The manager came out and brought us tons of examples in different colors to check out and to measure. We were sold, the marbles looked amazing. He measured and we moved forward with the order. Our experience with this service for their Wood Vents was very positive! We had a non-standard sized AC vent in our dining room that was difficult to find a new replacement for. We wanted the new vent to have dampeners that could control the direction of air flow (up/ down). We had called several other companies for a quote on a custom sized AC vent with the dampeners. Other companies could not make what we described.This company Wood Vents was a huge help! they spent time with us on the phone in order to understand what we wanted. They also mailed us samples of options so that we could visualize the types of vents and dampeners he offered. He asked us about the placement of the vent in the dining room. When they understood it was near the ceiling and pointed at the dining table, they suggested fabricating the vent with openings to the left and right so that air does not blow directly at people sitting at the table. Once all details were decided, the transaction went smoothly! We received confirmation and shipment (tracking #) e-mails. The shipping didn’t took long.The vent itself is absolutely beautiful! They look great even though our uneven floors tried to make things difficult for him.
