This company will take your money and not complete your order. When I called because they did not set up some furniture correctly, they tried to charge me to replace it. I ended up buying that piece of furniture somewhere else. Everytime I tried to call, they answered, put me on hold and never came back. I would hang up after half an hour and would try to call back and get no answer. There are too many decent department stores/furniture stores for me to ever buy from there again.

My mother has bought furniture from this store 2 times now and each time the prices is NEVER WHAT THEY SAY ITS GOING TO BE. Always different from the original receipt. I went to the store with her this time & checked for her and they have ZERO explanations for why the price does not match up - Total CROOKS! Do not shop here! Looks at the nice items and search for them elsewhere

They didnt deliver the bedroom set on time. They wont give me my money back (only store credit). They never cancelled the lease I had with them and I am still being charged. Go somewhere else!

Excellent Store with such beautiful and unique items that you will simply not find anywhere else easily. Great management and ownership as well. Customer service always top notch. Ive been furnishing my new homes here for years! Did I mention they give you credit without credit checks just like that! Boom!

I had a bad experience at Teddies on Boston Avenue in Bridgeport Connecticut, I shopped at this Store for 11 Years, I am a Healthcare Employee so I always buy my Scrub at Teddies, so long story short, a week ago I bought a Scrub Pants, while I left the Store at the Door the Employee heard a alarm and held my Bag with the Scrub and receipt, I said to him excuse me i paid and this is my receipt, I felt so embarrassed because I have been shopping at this Store over 11 years, the next day I returned the Scrub because I felt humiliation i spoke to the Manager and he said because of their policies, no refund just exchanged, so I left the Store, I would never go there again .I am 40 Years old and I never steal, I work hard for everything I have .

I like this place you find beautiful house decor and furniture for all the rooms in your home, I also pick up work uniforms from here although it was a struggle the section was way over crowded and needs better organization with the sizes you really dont need so much out, may be have a sale once in a while buy one get on 1/2 off

Lots of homeware stuff. Although store is so overstuffed with merchandise you cant hardly move around with basket and cart. Prices pretty high as well. Seen same items cheaper some place else.

By far one of the worst stores in Bridgeport. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money. The customer service is horrible and when you ask for updates on your order they give you attitude. After waiting over a month for my order and getting the run around they finally gave me an answer and no accommodations. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!

Nice place but the costumer services will make you rethink plus talking to the manager is like talking to-- Jon-senas elbow -- not sure if he understands or play dumb but my order never came nor appeared after 2 month I was just bout to take them to court but got a refund so never buying from them again.

Well Teddies is a store were you can get work uniforms and school uniforms, kitchen curtains, living room curtains, room curtains etc. Blinds, sofa, and other house hold items, the price is good not a bad store to shop.

Teddies has a little bit of everything...it might not be to some peoples tastes but you just might find something youve been looking for - at a great price! Go up & down each aisle-- or you might miss something good!

Worst place and the manager is rude and curse customer and avoid them when the furniture at not delivered on time. Will update the local news department

Its a great place.To get credit. If you dont have none. Its also nice furniture, clothes. you need it they have it. theyre nice understandable. I love the place. Been going there for years. sometimes I find stuff that are not sold in other stores. Free parking.

Great store for the value. I was in need of curtains for my living room. After going to Walmart and finding nothing I remembered about teddies. Came out with the perfect panels at a really great price. They have a LARGE selection of curtains for every room. Every color and style. Cheaper than Walmart and the same quality, if not better. Would recommend. 10/10

If I can give 0 stars I would I ordered a queen bed set to be delivered and they didn’t deliver everything that was supposed to be delivered so I went into the store and the man tried to make me pay for delivery again I refused. Then the next day they came back to deliver where again they left a piece! And what makes it even more irritating is that they never answer the phone!

Well I hate to say this but teddies do not honor what they say. After spending thousands of dollars there I brought a 29.99 bluetooth speaker from them .. after 60 days it stopped working I was told there was no warranty on the item ...but after a little bit of haggling they did say they was going to send it to the manufacturer. ...I just went back (3 weeks later) only to find the speaker sitting in the same place that I left it. ...and only to be told that the manufacturer said it had water damage but its supposed to be awaterproof speaker ...they didnt want to hear it and just handed it back to me and walked away.. I will never shop at teddies again

Unprofessional establishment wait for something to arrive at they store that I was told would take two weeks but took over a month and no one knew anything excluding English cause they hung the phone up a few times when I called to find out about my order. I just had too keep going in the store and told them I wasnt leaving until someone explain to me what happened to my oder and how I was going to be helped.

We bought a table in September of 2017 the next month the mirror glass cracked on its own it took like six months to get a new glass finally when we get it the glass was again cracked in the morning this store is refusing to take the table back or exchange it for a different one please stay away from this store don’t get ripped off like we did beware from Ahmir the sales guy he’s deceiving and most important don’t spend your money there bad business dishonest staff too bad I couldn’t give them 0 stars ps if your a customer who got ripped off don’t bother calling they block your number
