Wonderful business to work with! All of our jacket embroidery and orders were completed on time before the Marching Bands Competition. The kids looked great and the jackets kept them warm. On behalf of the THS Golden Eagles Marching Band, we are truly grateful for everything they did for these hard working kids. Highly recommend!

My spouse and I travel nurse around the country for assignments. We lived in New London while working in CT, which is quite a hike to this store. I called all over the state searching for ceil blue scrubs for my spouse’s next assignment, which I couldn’t find anywhere, including online. Peter took my call initially and said he had a couple of options. I drove down to Bridgeport and there were one pair of the brand/style I was searching for. Peter offered to order the additional pairs needed and ship them to our upcoming location in Texas. He also provided the in-store discount for my order, and even called the following week to confirm my order would be shipped to the new destination. This place exemplifies great customer service! It’s a rarity to find any business that personally answers the phone/calls back these days. I plan to use Uniformz again and order via phone on our next assignments.

Their customer service is poorly. They are judgmental and that’s not respectful or great customer service. In order to keep customers happy, you do your best to keep professional. I had a return with the tag still on and lab coat that did not fit. Needed another size up and they didn’t give me another size for a small mark that could have easily been there when the coat was bought. Didn’t even realize the mark until it was back in the store. I’ve worked in retail before and regardless of the way the item is returned, we would always do our best to make the customers happy... NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! But do to the lack of customer service skills, I will no longer ever buy from that store again. I will go to Scrub Wear House in Milford CT. They are better at customer service.

Best local business for any of your printing or embroidery needs! Recommend it with no hesitation. Ordered a gift item with a complex logo and text on a very short notice. Pieter, the owner of the business, was very attentive from the start with all of my emails and phone calls. He said that it would take a week, and I picked up my order in exactly one week as promised. He provided a sample of the embroidered logo to show how it would look on the actual product. I was very pleased with the final work. The gift recipient was so happy to receive it.

Huge variety of colors of scrubs and sizes. Lots of non slips really comfortable and pretty footwear options for females as far as clogs.Female staff didn’t catch the name was helpful immediately. Nice clean place.

Very unprofessional I ordered about a week ago 2 chef coats to be picked up and was told they would be ready in 3 days. I called back on wednesday they told me it would be ready friday. when I called on Friday they told me monday, so now I call today a monday to find out that their embroider skipped town the first week it was one story now this week its something else. I told them the deadline i needed these shirts by and due to their lack of professionalism i have to suffer the lost of my job because i couldnt bring in simple uniforms like I was promised by them i would have. after I already payed for them and everything. Plus if it wasnt for me calling and going in person to check the status of the coats i wouldnt have no clue what is going on and would still be waiting around.

It was my first experience shopping for scrubs. I have no idea where to begin given the store carries such a wide range of brands, styles and colors!Peter, who is the store owner, was very helpful in guiding me to the contemporary designs and cuts that I like. Uniformz also has nice fitted hoodies and lots of fun color shoes to compliment your outfits. To top it off, I received a nice pin as well as other swags with my purchase : )! Very rude and horrible customer service! Owner argue with me because I came to pick up my order and it was not ready! Told me its not sweater weather any ways so why am I making a big deal! Will never ever shop here againWhether or not a customer is irritated or not I paid! It was not FREE! So with that being said you can not tell a paying customer how he or she should feel u do your best to please your customer because thats what customer service consist of! I dont have to be nice when Im spending my hard earn money I wanted what I paid for and thats it you failed to deliver and unfortunately your the only vendor for my sons school so hopefully I can have the school rethink that decision

This place takes in large amount of orders and does not produce on time. Ive ordered two shirt for my children which has now received detentions because they are not in uniform. The sale rep at another location was very rude over the phone. Told me to contact peter the owner. When i check there reviews the store as five stars guess from whooooo. Peter him self and the employees. Do yourself a favor print your own shirts with iron transfers. Much cheaper and fast production.

In construction its important to ensure our employees wear safety green or safety orange shirts identifying our company. These shirts can get pretty roughed up at times. Uniformz offers quality material and quality screenprinting at competitive prices, also, I rarely have to replace the shirts because of such quality - meaning, I save money all around which adds to keeping me competitive in our pricing! Personally, I like using Uniformz because of the customer service, I feel welcome and appreciated whether Im asking for 4 shirts or 52 shirts, and theyre done in a timely manner - in excellence.
