I have been very impressed with everyone and everything associated withThe Garage Door Center. I ordered a garage door in 2018 and a garage door opener in 2020. Both my experiences were outstanding from the product selection available, the installation, the knowledge of Gary and Joe and the customer care ever present. This combination of outstanding is rare. Recently I had the interior of my garage painted. The painters disconnected wires associate with the garage door causing the door not to function. Gary came within 30 minutes to take care of the problem. This is a quality and reliable company that I recommend highly.

The worst company Ive ever encountered. Shocking dishonesty, unilateral decision making and implementing w/o consent of paying customer(by Joe, the installer). Company has multiple addresses and phone numbers, very slippery, defensive when confronted about problems, their 5 star reviews are written by their installers and other employees. I only wish Id figured it out earlier, before hiring them. I hope this will help some unsuspecting consumer not to be deceived. I hired them b/c they were available quickly. Another (well respected, honest service provider) was too busy and I would have to wait...

I live in Fairfield, CT and had an older garage door that stopped working. These guys came right out and repaired it. I probably need a new door but just cant afford one right now. But when I am able, I will call Garage Door Center to install my new door.

Piece of wood got jammed in the track and significantly damaged the cable and rail. They were quick to respond and fixed the door in about an hour.Very friendly and courteous. Very fair pricing.Id highly recommend them.

You cant go wrong with this company- they are responsive and know all about their products and are very competent. This is a great example of a local company who really care about their customers and their satisfaction. We ran into a small problem and our call was returned within minutes- some basic solutions to common problems were given to us - (which fixed our problem) and we were told we could call back to schedule a service if we still required assistance. Saved everyone time and money.
