Everyone was very nice and helpful with getting the sweeper loaded up, but the yard worker did not explain the how to use the sweeper that well. I had to spend the first 30 minutes on the job playing around with it trying to figure out how it worked.

We had a driver go against our explicit directions not to deliver unless someone was on site. He went ahead and delivered a boom in front of a handicapped school for children, obstructing pedestrian traffic for the school. As he tried to leave the property he entered another property adjacent to the school and knocked wires, resulting in various problems for our company, the school and the adjacent facility.
