Was just in to purchase some equipment. Told the staff what I was looking for was very helpful in finding it. Which was great then he printed out the equipment spec sheets handed them over and did not pay attention to me after that. I stood rite in front of the salesperson for 10 min and he acted like I wasn’t there. Long story short I will take the model numbers off my print out and spend my money elsewhere. It’s a shame what has happened to customer service!!

I’ve never worked with a more unprofessional bussiness. I placed an order for steel casters for a range and asked for the casters to be next day aired to me due to having a range delivered with legs instead of casters. I later received a phone call accusing me of being a fraudulent bussiness. My family has owned and operation a bussiness in Tampa, FL for over 20years. We are a small mom and pop restaurant in dire need of a part that is back ordered locally. I believe this issue runs deeper than possible fraud and based on the call May even be about race. I can’t believe we are in 2021 and this is how this company is treating our family. Good luck to you.

The only great thing about Globe equipment is that it’s Convenient location. Their prices are not competitive and high. The customer service is nonexistent. You walk into the store and you’re ignored. This is not my first time visiting nor will it be my last. Acknowledge and help your customers.

The staff is rude, condescending and disrespectful. They are ridiculously overpriced too. Stay away.

Its locally owned and operated by intelligent, knowledgeable people. This store supplies a greater range in products than other stores that I have been to. They dont sell food, which is fine for me. We looking for quality products and excellent service, that is why we shop here. We also think it is important to give our money to other local businesses, not big box stores full of low-end goods and poor service. It has always been worth the trip.
