Buyer beware! These people are a bunch of crooks! I dropped off my chainsaw to be looked at, I never got a phone call about what was wrong with they claimed to have installed a whole bunch of stuff. They never gave me the option to say if I wanted it repaired or not. They never gave me the option to know what it was that was wrong with it. I called them to find out if it was ready and I was told I will $180!!!I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE REPAIRS AT ALL!!!!

I went in looking for the snowblower belt replacement. The guy at the counter seem genuinely annoyed while I was trying to explain the issue. Then he said sorry I cant help you and walked away ... so lame

Went in with my Spartan mower that was having an electrical problem. The owner jumped right on it to repair it. Then his mechanic took over the repair. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Nobody gives you that kind of service. Jeff and all his guys are the best!

My company just bought 2 Spartan mowers from here and the service was excellent. This is our second mower purchase from them. We will be back.

I have spoken to Chris numerous times. They have always pretend they have a bad connection but ultimately- I purchased a Spartan mower from them and got a quick shield accessory with the mower. They said it would be drop shipped within 4 weeks. It has now been 4 months and I am paying for something I never received. I have called on multiple occasions s and never receive a call back. Not only that- I called them to inform them that the grease fittings fell out of my anti-scalping wheel (3 of them) and they gave me the run around on this. I originally wrote a good review but have been highly disappointed since then. I would love for this problem to be resolved professionally. Hopefully this reaches the right person.

What a place. Instant threats the second you mention you need warranty work. My spartan lasted 2 hours before the engine let go. Ignored all calls and texts until i showed up in person. Its like the little boys Mafia in there. Owner seemed decent once i got to him though and helped. It was the mechanic that is a threat to everyone.

Dropped of a Stihl trimmer that ran for a tuneup. They said it would take a few days…over 3 weeks later I just got it back. Got home and now the trimmer won’t stay running. My equipment is in worse shape now after having Merritt Rental work on it. Would not suggest going here.

Watch your sales slips!!! They purposely overcharged us by $1K. When our accountant discovered the issue we sent all of the documentation and told us too bad and to sue them.

Hit or miss, I brought my lawn mower in to be repaired. They did such a good job that I brought my snow blower in for carb work and it came back a mess. It was missing the carb cover, levers were relocated and items that were attached to the cover were now zip tied to the frame. The carburetor also dumped fuel all over my attached garage floor. They took it back and repaired the leak but the cover was not replaced and it still looks like a backyard hack repair.

Ordered a replacement Kawasaki motor for my scag thru Jeff. Got it the next day at noon. Talk about some good service. Not to mention he was about $400 cheaper than 2 other dealers around here.

I was a little nervous dealing with this company because I found them on Craigslist. I have to honestly say I could not have been happier from the initial contact to the final sale. I purchased an inclosed trailer. The pricing was awesome and they delivered it to Long Island for $99.00 ! It would have cost me double that if I went up to pick it up. I dealt with Tony. This guy is a huge asset to this company. He kept me in the loop, took my multiple calls after hours on his cell and kept every promise he made to me. There was a one day delay because his supplier was late but he let me know and delivered on time the following day! This operation is a class act. Great customer service! I brought a Fastcat Pro on Saturday, my buddy seen it used it and loved it. We went back that day he was closed and pulling off and still asked us how can he help us. My buddy wanted to buy the same machine he told us come back tomorrow which was Sunday when they are closed.The guy came down on Sunday and sold Charlie his own Fastcat Pro, talk about amazing customer service. You just dont find customer service like this anywhere anymore. Jeff was his name I refer this place to everyone.

Way over priced! 730.00 for a snow blower service that should have been 300-400 bucks. Service was ok but far from what I paid. Jeff is definitely a crook, if they think your not knowledgeable they will Jack your bill up. Definitely get a quote for any work to be performed! I would never go back or recommend their services. I was going to purchase a new stand on from them but I definitely wont after my experience with them, I see nothing but shady and crooked business out off that place. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Should have listened to the bad reviews. Rented a cotton candy machine, half way through my party it started going crazy spitting cotton candy everywhere. I was also charged twice on my credit card and am still waiting for my refund. I will not use their services again nor will I recommend them.

Fantastic service before and after the sale. They service all products they sell. I bought three Jonsered snow blowers from them for that very reason. Awesome down to earth staff all knowledgeable. Rented a cotton candy machine to later find out when we plugged it in that it did not work. Waste of time! Upon returning it we let them know that the machine did not work. They apologized and said they would refund us, as if they knew it was broken before they gave it to us.Took 2 weeks to get refunded and thats because I called them and showed up at the store requesting my refund. NEVER AGAIN!

Dont believe the Nick David review...Jeff is a classic high volume, low price, zero service operator. He is often very rude...even truck drivers delivering stuff to him dont like to deal with him. He has a nearly nonexistent service department. Jeff has left an 80+ year old woman in tears after ripping her off with an overpriced, poorly done repair that failed to fix the problem. Look for real people who have dealt with Jeff...like the companies who had to sue him to collect tens of thousands of dollars for products supplied to him. Even his lawyer had to sue him to get paid. This is all public record. Decide for yourself.
