Before coming to mattress by appointment I went to many different mattress store where I felt rush and pushed into purchasing a mattress that I did not liked. However coming to mattress by appointment my experience was very much pleasant. I was not rushed into anything that I was not comfortable with. I purchased my mattress from here and if I have a need for another one I will come back.

After struggling with renovations in the kids room... I had to get mattresses- I saw Mattress by Appointment in passing Barnum Ave a few times and decided to try it out. I Called to make an appointment, the owner was very accommodating to my schedule. When I arrived, he was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped load the mattresses(2 twins) in my car and even followed up the next day!! I will refer him to all y friends and when I need another mattress, I know who to call.Thank you Jay!!

I am late to review because moving is not for the faint of heart and i have been BUSY!!! I contacted jay after realizing my mattresses from Macys would not arrived as promised. I needed a bed at least for my son and Jay came to the rescue! He was kind and courteous every step of the way and even made conversation with my son while I cleared things up with my bank on the phone. The process was so fast, I dare say 25 minutes or less all together! He loaded my truck, even though he does offer delivery, and we were on our way. One week in and we are very happy with the purchase!

Worst place to get a mattress that people lay on sit on then to be sold,by people .YUCK.doesnt,spray mattresses after people lay on them Or,sit on them without the plastic,on.that against health regulations.when you order a mattress and you dont like it for,some reason you send I it back they have to burn,them because of health regulations
