I walked into the store looking around to see if I can find some dark brown sandals which they didnt have. So one of the employees asked me if I needed any help finding anything? I told her that I was looking for some brown sandals and she looked into her computer to see if they had the brown sandals of a black sandal that I had found in that same style. It was at another store, but it wasnt the color that I was looking for. Another employee helped me find some sneakers that I was looking for. Both were very helpful.

I went to Shoe Carnival over the Memorial day weekend. I knew they would have a great sale. I was looking for some cute sandals to go with my new dresses. Turns out, I was right! They had a nice sale and a really nice variety of beautiful shoes. Thanks Shoe 👠👟 Carnival!!!!!

Social distancing, work from home and quarantined life syle has eliminated the need for a new anything. But I have been getting 15000 steps per day within my home as our group of steppers are challenged. So finally I do need something.....New Shoes! Yes I wanted to get out with this essential purchase and discretely shop and find the shoe for me and get back to safety. A little dramatic I know. Shoe carnival had so many great choices and I chose the one for me. A week later that same shoe was featured in the sale ads that comes to my home at double the price I payed.😱 I got a good deal.

This morning My sister wanted to find some white Crocs for a fishing trip, there was a woman unpacking inventory and wearing glasses (I assume she was the manager) she was very friendly and helpful. It was great customer service.

Horrible customer service !!!! Placed my pick up order at 9:23am and it got confirmed, called the store all day and been told by ANNA or whatever her name is that it’s still processing ! Finally call back at 5:30 and now she says it was cancelled this morning ! If you call this good customer service you are wrong, never will I try this location again !

Megan helped me not only pick out the correct tread but also assisted me with the return and exchange and was EXTREMELY helpful and seemed genuinely halt to help me . Finally managed to wrangle my grandson to pick out sneakers for his birthday/Christmas present. Found two he liked however he was disappointed to find out they did not have the grey Nike in his size. He did perk up when he tried it on in black and it felt great. I explained we could order it in grey and have them ship it to the house. And the best part is they still had the buy one get one 50% off. Win, win!

Dropped in just to browse. This location, just like when they were further down the road rarely carries a size 11 womens shoe. Sure there are some random brands but nothing consistently. I did find another pr of basic black shoes....

I wasnt bothered the second that I went in the store. The staff was there but they werent in my face. If I needed them, all I had to do was say something. Otherwise, I could shop to my hearts content. And I did. I have not been in that store before, but I will be going back there.

Big store but very limited selection, prices seemed a little steep. One floor employee (taller slim black lady) was very nice and helpful but while helping us they kept calling her to help other people even though there were two other people talking at the register when we went to check out.

Employees far exceed expectations of a discount store. Selection is acceptable and eclectic. Prices are comprable but think they are a bit higher than necessary. Stock is lacking on popular sizes and styles but employees offer to locate from other locations which puts a positive spin on a disappointing aspect.

My wife went in there looking for a pair of shoes that she saw in an ad they were very helpful they asked if we were part of their rewards program yeah they treated us really good they had a good selection of shoes and my wife found just what you wanted

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received here. It seemed as though the employees were bothered when I asked them a question. As soon as I asked if they might have a pair of shoes I was interested in back in my size they huffed & said no whatevers out is what we have & turned their back to me. At that point I decided there was no way I was going to continue shopping their & went to Famous Footwear where I was very happy with the service!!

I loved their sale buy one get one half off plus addtl sales. I bought as a family six pair shoes 2 sketchers, one clifft boots and kids shoes plus older daughter got shoes! I had great service to help me find a great fit. In hard to fit and my salesgirl went over and beyond!!

Had a problem the day after thanksgiving and I actually talked to the regional manager who quickly apologized and promised to fix the problem. The regional manager was happy to hear from me about the situation and was surprised because the store had only been open a few weeks. Please, people, if you have a problem ANYWHERE contact the corporate involved. They want to hear it, trust me.

I was in town for a short time and needed new kicks!Tobi at his appointments. Sweltering heat and work boots dont mix.... oh I was miserable, well my feet werent partying today..... Soooo off I went to burn up the credit card! WoooohooooThe boy that helped me was A++++!!!!!The sale they had going allowed me to get two pair of shoes for almost the price of one. Horrible experience at this store. The true rating is 0 stars! I went in the store placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes I wanted that were not in my size in store so I had the cashier place the order for the shoes and had the shoes delivered to store #618. Got the email saying my order was ready June 4th went to the store on June 7th to pick up my order and the order was did not have all the shoes I ordered. Informed the cashier Marysa I’m missing a pair of shoes showed her the original order confirmation and receipts for the shoes I paid for, she got her manager Laura showed her order and receipt and she said well that’s all we got and walked away from the register. They sent my out the store with the incomplete order and refused to refund my money for the shoes that were missing from my order that I had already paid for. Contacted online order support in the store spoke with Sandra, she was the only one that apologized and said they could refund me if they wanted too. The manager Laura still refused. So here I am out of almost $90 that I spent for 2 pair of shoes and only have one pair. The manager Laura never apologized, never provided a resolution, in fact she never returned to the register she left and proceed to check out other people. I asked Marysa for corporate number, called them and still waiting on a respond. DONT SHOP HERE! Amazon has everything they sell and more and plus you won’t have to worry about running into rude managers like Laura and lose your money! Very humiliating experience!

Theyre Ok. They do not carry wide width in any popular style nor any of the stylish shoes they retail for women. The womens selection suck unless you love 4in+ heels and over priced handbags. This is 80/20 a mans shoe store.😒😔🤔😃
