Nice store but they are closing way too early. They use to close at midnight. Then they went to 10:00. Not bad but now they are closing at 9:00. Its hard to get there because of my schedule.

Always a pleasant store to visit and complete transparency with its operations but respect your feelings and importance.

Went here as an alternative to the Walmart nearby. Everything is great but the self check outs. Im convinced they are the worst self check out kiosks out there. Schnucks needs to step it up and improve them or get rid of them and staff more checkers. I prefer not going to Walmart because of how stressful shopping there is, these checkouts however are so stressful that it balances out with the hectic mess that is wally world. I want to want to shop here, but these checkouts make it not possible. Too laggy and very overly sensitive bag scales

Getting too expensive to shop here, one cart of groceries spent over $400 and I have never done that before, maybe $250-300 max in the past. Must be inflation the news talked about.

Schnucks in Bridgeton is always good nice clean store stacked and stock good people are friendly checkouts Quicken friendly I like the place unfortunately prices are getting high but thats everywhere

Groceries have become extremely expensive here. I bought 2 items from the deli today and I was very disappointed. 1 - potato skins, they put a whole piece of bacon on top which meant when you bit into it the whole piece of bacon came of at once. The bacon also was not cooked done enough. 2 - broccoli raisin salad, which I normally love, was horrible. I had too much mayonnaise in it. I took one bite, spit it out and threw it away. I will not buy it from Schnucks again. There were also no baggers helping the cashiers when I went threw so I had to pack my own cart.

I have to say I was very impressed with this location . The manager a short skinny lady with glasses was very helpful with me purchasing roses and liquor for a date I had at the last minute... She even helped me find a couple of trivial items....at 9:45 at night... Needless to say I was shocked since my expectations were low due to the location of the store. Thank you I truly was pleasantly surprised.

Schnucks is my fav grocery store but Jazmyne was very rude to one of my staff members who went next door to get a few things that we ran out of at my nursing facility. It only takes a few mins to listen to a customer complaint.

I found everything. The cookie cake I bought tasted good but didnt come to the edge of the container. Also, it seems like the plastic was more flimsy and the lid kept popping off.

Over priced. A lot of dairy items are expired but they keep them on the shelves.I bought Sliced turkey I’m fortunately they cut the bones into sliced turkey which means when you bite most likely you will break your teeth it’s a horrible..... I do not recommend buying sliced turkey or roast turkey

Still observing most covid regulations, but Im a little iffy about the donuts case. They make sure everyone is wearing a mask, but people still sometimes think their nose should be outside the mask... So maybe get there really early if youre getting donuts or pastries from the self-serve case. Other than that, everythings clean and normal and nice and all that good stuff. 😉

Love shopping at this Schnuck. I have two that are closer to my home but Ill drive the distance because this Schnucks store quality is much better.

This is my Favorite Schnucks. Everyone is polite. The checkers know how to bag groceries and do so fast.The store is always clean andI always find what Im looking for at this location.

Lots of products out of stock. And the lady that was running the self check out was very rude to me when I tried to show her my ID, but had no problem helping the AA lady with her transaction. I also prefer my shopping experience to not be political with the new uniforms.

Just had to pick up a couple things. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Ended up getting more from the sales on endcaps.No lines regular checkout and self. Had many lanes open for regular cashier checkout which I like.

Great except I REALLY wish there were thicker cut ribeyes. They’re so dinky that I didn’t bother getting any and that’s what I went there for.

3 times I have been in this store to get certain items and they have been out of the items. I buy any brand, Im not picky. I would return a few days later to check if they have restocked the items and they would still be out. Its simple things may be they need to order more of certain items if they see them selling out.Other than that the store is good.

Im giving 3 stars because the customer service at this location is sad. Your cashiers need a reality check!! The cashier at the self checkout today...right now at 1:20 pm, her attitude is not good. Maybe shes having a bad day I dont know. You all need to talk to her cause she can cause some problems with that attitude...and this is not the only day your workers are snobby. Your door greeters arent any better. I hate this location! 😠 I normally only come here to pay bills but needed to shop today. Im done here! Smh🤦🏼‍♀️

This is a good sized grocery store, with all the products you would expect to find in a full-service grocery store. The prices are not terribly high, and there are decent sales from week to week. The staff seems willing and able to help with questions or requests as well. I like that they have both large and small rolling carts as well.

The 3 stars arent so much a reflection of my experience at Schnucks as it is my problems with Instacart. On my last order after I pulled into the designated area, using the Instacart app, I clicked, Im here. I got an acknowledgement that indicated my shopper would be out within 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I tried to contact the shopper but wasnt able to through the app. I called Instacart, spent 10 minutes with an agent, then got cut off. I called back and spent another 15 minutes with a 2nd agent, who put me on hold several times, and finally came back and said I cant get hold of anyone in the store. Just as I was pulling out I saw an Aldi employee loading the car of another person who had arrived just 5 minutes earlier. Later, I found out Instacarts software was the failure point, in addition to a communication problem between Aldi and Instacart. That afternoon I got into chat with Instacart and they persuaded me to try again and I did. This time the process went fairly smoothly, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

Is a pretty good visit I want at 6 in the morning so nobody was there one of the things I went for was not there some meat but they went and gave me a more expensive cut at the same price that good check out girl was very friendly and it went well

Its cool its, schnucks you can find certain things that you cannot find at Walmart or Aldis and I like a lot of their deli meats and theyre pre-cut fruitless a pretty good time theyre just still a touch too expensive on some things

I only go there to buy there steaks. The last few times Ive been there especially when I check out myself the workers are rude and not helpful. While checking out the person who is supposed to help you was new and had a guy standing with her made a rude comment towards my niece and I. I can say this because no one was around me. I should have said something but Im not wasting my time on them. Its ashame that they have workers like that. They dont need to be in this type of work.

Schnucks like most stores are trying to cope with the new guidelines to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. But the single aisle for checkout isnt the best solution when grocery carts and overstuffed displays make maneuvering a bit daunting. But the friendly cashiers, baggers, security guards and the young people gathering the carts made the downside tolerable. I will certainly go back to this location if delivery services are not available in the future.
