Waited 3 weeks for a Chevy Malibu for a frame pull and alternator. They gave me a price that I agreed to then upon arriving they upped the price.The alternator they sourced from global auto recyclers for $250 and charged me $400 for just the part(I asked for my old one they said it’s a $150 core charge). When I called to tell them the alternator is not fixed because my car has the same issue they told me to take it to another shop because they don’t specialize in hybrids (so why did you change the alternator in the first place). Will not return( also they could not put on the belt tensioner for the alternator and said it was broken, I took it home and did it myself. Nothing was wrong with it)

My Uncles car was towed here from Palos Hills. His total experience was not pleasant at all! Not only did repairs take an excessive amount of time, it was hard to get a straight answer whenever he called ... a total run-around continually. My uncle would not recommend this shop to anyone.
