I’ve been a customer for more than a couple of years, Kris and his team are always eager to help.I came for a tire swap but not only got good service in addition he pointed out other areas that needed attention soon instead of just swapping out the tires and send me out on my way, he also was able to get me an estimate for the other service that y vehicle needs.For this and many other reasons I keep coming this way, thank you Wilrae.

4/9/2021 had tire repaired for classic car that has rally wheels they damaged the ring around rim and said there tire guy said he didnt do it, i baby my car and i know right away they dented it...shop some were else they take no responsibility. ..............................this is after they posted to contactthem wich i did and i Reached out to them after this post and still they dont respond even after they said to contact them....i hate when business play games not professional at all.

The older gentleman upfront was really nonchalant didn’t care that I had to come back two times for an alignment that was incorrect after he said it was corrected it would still pull to the right claim it was the tires when I drove the truck there it was no pull in at all only problem was Steering wheel is crooked also BRAND NEW now the trucks pull tremendously to the right. Would not recommend these guys for any service They didn’t care about my problem at all Also after they checked my front end I had to cracked rotors that I wasn’t told about

I have been bringing my vehicles, yes plural, vehicles to Tom and his team for as long as I can remember. Everyone is treated with a unique respect and a quality of professionalism that isnt found anywhere anymore. And in the EXTREMELY RARE occourance where there was an issue, they gladly took care of it with no hassle, no arguments and no tears. I appreciate them for always being there and never treating me like a paycheck, but like a person.

Have to recommend against ever having Wilrae service your vehicle! Went to Wilrae last week for a oil change, tire rotation and tire repair then the next day all my power steering fluid leaks out oldest shop trick scam in the book they loosened one of my power steering lines and used a pick to damage the seals on my rack and pinion now its a major repair thousands shame on you Wilrae. Had new power steering pump and lines installed last year what a racket happens the next day after I go to your shop. Are you that desperate for work that you are now sabotaging peoples vehicles? Used to be a good honest shop been coming here for 20yrs but never again you can add Wilrae to the worst shops in America list. I will be making complaints to Attorney Generals office, Illinois Commerce Commission Police and Village of Bridgeview.

Customer service was great came in with a screw in my tire they were able to pull up my purchases from another place and fix it for free under road hazard

Never buy your tires at Wilrae I just bought a set from Sams Club includes free tire rotations, balancing, and tire repairs for life of the tire! Wilrae will charge you for everything. Wilrae hates it when you have other mechanics do work on your vehicle then come in for an alignment or oil change they will say the work is done wrong dont believe anything they say their desperate for work now. They may even sabotage your vehicle too friend came last week for oil change rotation and tire repair they pour brake fluid in his power steering pump damaging whole rack and pinion system. They always take advantage of women and senior citizens too charge them more say everything wrong with the vehicle.

Been goin here for a few years now and always do a superb job! Phil is the man and super friendly! 10/10 recommend for your automotive needs!

Id give them 6 stars if I could. I needed new tires for my camper trailer. They had to special order. They called me to confirm when my tires were delivered the next day. I came in on a busy Saturday morning. They got me right in a special bay big enough for my truck and trailer. I didnt even have to disconnect my trailer. They got a guy right on it while I waited which wasnt very long. Tom, the store manager and George, who was working customer service, were very friendly and helpful. When I asked if I could get my bearings greased while it was in the shop, Phil said he could do it right away, and they didnt even charge me extra. Ill take all my future business here.

I just found out that these people completely took advantage of my grandpa and charged him $800 to replace his front brake system yesterday. My grandpa is too sweet to complain. Wish I had known about this robbery while his car was still on the rack as he lives on a fixed income. I’m so disappointed!

They used to be honest, not anymore. I couldnt get appt at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation for 3 weeks and my oil change was overdue so I had to come here so i wouldnt screw up my vehicle warranty. There was nothing wrong with the tire valve stem stem caps, then they came to me and said they couldnt get the caps off. Either they stripped the caps on or put loctite on them, because they are completely stuck. You want to get revenge just dont pay your bill and file bankruptcy. Hope they get looted and lose their business like all the honest companies that are suffering.

They are very unprofessional I attempted to take them my 88 Chevy suburban wanted to get a fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel filter, and a fuel pump a whole over haul in the fuel system they didn’t wanna accept my vehicle I felt discriminated due to me being a woman calling in for these parts I was treated very poorly over the phone and I spoke to two different people Chris and Peter where the names and both were very rude to me and I felt like they didn’t wanna help me at all I have the money for the work but they didn’t want to take my vehicle and refuse to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me

They seem to be available when I need them and have a comfortable waiting area with free wifi. They have been around for generations.

I had a great experience with Wilrae. Kris was very professional and explained what was wrong with my Impala and how to fix it. Their price was competitive (I had called around) and the work was quick and on schedule. Ill definitely be coming back and will recommend Wilrae to my friends.

I always get good service when I go there

Got my srt4 aligned there. They called me half way through the job to inform me I need camber bolts and f I want to get them and have the put on to get perfect specs on my alignment. Other shops wouldnt bother. Great service.

Terrible for low car alignments!!! Although they have an in ground rack they moan and complain about your car being lowered. They tried to blame the excuse that their machine isnt reading to pass up on doing an alignment. They will try to charge you $160 for a single alignment on anything specialty/even a littlw lowered. You can get a lifetime alignment at this price at firestone. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is incredibly rude. Apparently they felt they were doing me a favor to sell me a set of tires. Also said it would be a one hour wait, turned into two hours.

Buy the tires now and they will screw you up laterMy first and last time to deal with this placeAnd I don’t recommend Good Year Tire‘s get different brand

Called ahead to see if I could bring my van for an alignment once I got there they told me they didn’t have time. If this customer service is a reflection of the work they do I would not advise bringing your vehicles here

Friendly mechanics always answered my questions and gave me advice. They show whats broken before telling u how much to fix and dont push u to fix it. Its a little pricey but at least u know u wont get swindled.

Terrible. I took my truck to get aligned and they had every excuse in the book saying that they couldnt do it. All they want are easy in and out jobs. They still charged me $47 to put it on a rack only to tell me they couldnt do it. Went to Chicago Driveline in Alsip and they aligned it with no issues.

The real professionals! They stand behind their work and they tested my car after the work was done.

If you want professional auto repair its the place to go!

This by far is the worst mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Twice they missed Diagnosed my truck, costing extra money in tows, and repairs. When my son tried to talk to the service manager, he became rude and defensive. He told him, if he didnt like the services take the truck else where. This is after we spent thousands of dollars with them. I am a business owner myself. I would never dream of talking to, of treating my customers like that in a million years.

They can be pricey but the fact that they dont have a high pressure sales force is worth the couple extra dollars.Also, I dont usually recommend extra warranties but for the price, the tire warranty has paid for itself with replacements and fixes several times over.

Took car had bolts loose and stirped bolts allso had to replace them all made it alot worst after job was done make sure double check your car allmost crashed my car they are a big rip off

Replaced front tire in my 2011 f350 6.7 powerstock + balance the guy who do balance not professional he didnt do it rite have to drive to New York when I am in high way the truck shake to hard called them first the try to balm the pebbles is from front tie rod ....... Etc they where thinking I have no Michanic knowledge after I did my trip came back to them they still want to bush me doing tie rod .... $1200 I said only make the balance again in front my eyes let me see the guy how he balance after talk to supervisor they agreed with no charge. King story short found out not balanced right but already drove it 1000 miles with shaken to bad make my left arm control have play will may cost with alignment $..... The answer what I been told this no way to be from un rights balance that heavy truck shaking for 1000 miles will not heat it ..........In same week also my other truck 2003 f350 for replace two front tire the salesman call me said have to replace upper boil joint in order to do have to cut the bottom one and stability steering shocks with alignment my cost will $1450.I find the upper boil joint is bad $58 from dealer regular hand tool I have in my home grave 2 hour job replaced the bad part and saved the resetThey are not honest people there beware

I really don’t recommend anyone to go there .... I took my van to do Alighments and they come back to me asking for $1360 I was shocked and he says to do alignment you need to change the bearings and the tires so I asked him to just change the tires and to do the alignment..he says no I can’t unless you change the tires and the bearings I took it and charge me $47 for service ( theft) then i took it to the dealer they said you bearings totally fine and it cost me $94 dollar for alignment not $1360 and after I told them the story trying to get my $47 back since it was lie and they refused to give me the money back they literally tried to steal my money
