We recently used Granite Emporium to remodel our bathroom. At the office we purchased granite for the counter top, a sink, vanity cabinets and tile for the wall and floor. Dana at the office helped me put together a great look of cabinets with a pull out cabinet for laundry, plenty of drawers and it all fit like a glove! Everyone was very helpful and the price was more affordable than Home Depot! George came to our home with his handsome son to install all the tile and bathroom vanity. See my pics how symmetrical their tile work laid out perfectly! They even installed an outlet with a USB plug! Within 2 weeks they brought to life my dream bathroom! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I had my entire kitchen done with Granite Emporium. Cabinets and Granite are stunning! The entire experience was delightful, everyone friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I would have put less than 1 Star if I could have. We had counter tip installed. Beautiful piece of stone and the owner Tony installed and did the seem himself. Completely screwed up the seem. 2 colors Showing. And it stands out. He was supposed to come back to fix. After numerous phone calls to him directly. And his promise of I’ll call you back and let me check my calendar. I stopped called after 7-10 attempts. He does not take responsibility for his work or care to fix it. Stay away. Cheap with low quality is no deal.

Professional team with reasonable pricing, and a large selection. I received multiple quotes for new granite countertops from a few different companies claiming that they all have the cheapest pricing. Granite Emporium was by FAR the cheapest, they even offer a discount if you pay in cash and throw in a free sink of your choosing. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Our counter was installed this morning. We are more than pleased with the whole experience. From Stella to the installers.Very professional and pleasant. Also they were very mindful of the Covid-19 and showed up with masks on this morning.Most important our new counter looks awesome.

My mom had the backsplash done in her kitchen which Dana very kindly designed for her. This company was very promising until the actual installation of the tiles started happening. George and his son came to install the backsplash and showed ZERO customer service towards my mother and was very short, aggressive, and extremely rude towards her. This was only the beginning, as the service they had done on the backsplash looked as if they had done the entire job with their eyes closed. He managed to get the grout on top of the beautiful tiles and all over our newly painted walls. He also instructed us to wipe off the tiles ourselves after the grout dries, which is understandable as grout should not be excessively wiped during the drying process, but we were unaware that he had done such a sloppy job that grout would be crusted in so many other places that we would not be able to fix ourselves. They also sloppily did not cut the tiles according to the outlet plates, so weve been stuck with exposed electrical wires since we are unable to put our outlet covers back on. My mother was so upset with his work, she called Tony who simply called a different employee, Ferdie, to come in to fix the job, since my mom refused to have George in our house again. Ferdie was very friendly and honest with Georges work, as he explained that he is only able to clean up so much of the grout without having to start from scratch. To this day, our backsplash is still not completely fixed and we are trying to fight the company on fixing THEIR god-awful work and THEIR mistakes that they have not owned up to.My mom simply wanted a service done and have it done correctly, but this company is excellent at only one thing...scamming customers into their beautiful products and then providing them with unbelievably awful service. DO NOT get work done from these people as you can easily find someplace else with much better customer service and actually does a good job.

I bought my whole kitchen from then. Tony doesn’t know how to measure. My stuff came out bad. I need to replace many pieces. Dana wasn’t around to help when she designed my kitchen. These people are not professional. They blame their mistakes on everyone else. I wish I didn’t Spend all that money with them or refer them anyone because they don’t deserve it. Bad customer service.

Love our new counter top and back splash. Tony came and measured and had great ideas/suggestions for our kitchen. Dana was awesome, she listened to what we wanted, got to know us and our tastes then pulled our kitchen together. We have received so many compliments and raves on how gorgeous everything turned out. We love it!

We had such a wonderful experience. I wasnt totally sold on granite when we remodeled our kitchen, but the slab was beautiful and we went with it. Im so happy we did. Its been a few years and its still gorgeous. Everyone we dealt with was awesome and I simply cant say enough about what a great job they did. Thank you so much!

Tony and his crew of installers were personable, professional and did a great job. We love our granite countertops! They are beautiful in our newly remodeled kitchen, giving it the polished, classy look we were looking for. Tony even came back out 6 months after install to fix a little seam near the sink that opened up with the natural settling that often occurs. Would recommend them for sure!

To be upfront, this review is about the post-care of Granite Emporium to their customers on their referral program.Basically - whatever they tell you they will do for free as a gift to you for referring customers to their business is a flat out lie.My wife and I were told after they completed our kitchen that we would receive a free cut slab of granite (that we would have to install ourselves) for each customer that we refer to them. We sent my wifes parents to them for their kitchen to be done, and some friends of ours as well.So, you would think that 2 referrals = 2 slabs, right?Wrong.Had two 5.5 slabs (26 wide) that we asked to cash in on - their basic Otter pattern - nothing exotic. The office assistant took the measurements, Tony said he would honor the referrals, and we could expect to have them ready within a week.Got a call from them a week later saying he is going to charge $700 (and the initial cost would have been $1,300) instead of the free slab that was agreed upon.Looking at some other places for granite, you can get the same 24 sq. ft we were looking for INSTALLED For LESS than what they were going to give as a basic gift.Lesson here is - get it in writing from them. Youll send some customers their way thinking youre doing everyone some good, and you will just end up having the rug pulled out from underneath you.So... as a result, I would second guess my decisions to send any more business their way, since they apparently wont keep promises they make.Make sure you get every single thing in writing from them, or youll end up getting screwed over.

Dealt directly with Tony, the owner, and his wife. They had a wide selection of granite and pricing was on par. They gave me a date they would be done with the stone, they hit. They gave me an install date and was flexible with my schedule. The guys came out and installed it and If the review allowed me to have 10 stars I would rank them with 10 stars. I highly recommend. Next time I know where I will go.

We guarantee the best job with the best price this is a real guarantee that we give to our clients when they bring in an estimate we do not match and we beat it,I have contacted google dozens of times on 3) false negative remarks one of a sink falling off this was not even our customer. They sold us a slab when they came and installed they gave us a different slab that was worse than the one we picked, they said they all were the same but they were not, they did nothing to help us, all they said if we wanted something different we had to buy a different slab and pay full price again. please watch these people as the will pull the bait and switch with you. and when you call them on it they said to bad this is what you bought even though we know it was not.

I didn’t buy any of their products but i was given priority to take advantage of their expertise. Our kitchen granite countertop needed to have a hole drilled for an extra faucet. I found the site one day, called them at that day and confirmed the service during that call. The crew came within the time specified, they were so respectful and friendly, asked where i want the hole placed, they put their instrument on that spot and in less than a minute it was done. I was so happy how clean the hole was, no cracks! And they cleaned up after!( i was looking for a stone company in chicago for months to do such service but they said they dont fo it. One of them confirmed but never replied back for weeks about scheduling.) Now i found Granite Emporium who is just 10 minutes away from our house. Thank you so much guys. Tony was very professional, honest and trustworthy. He came with samples in hand and spent a good deal of time discussing with me the many options in granite as well as the coordinating back splash. In the course of this meeting, I mentioned doing granite on the bathroom floor and Tony offered to help get me a deal on the tile for the bathroom floor. Not only did he help get a great price for my counters, I also had him make the top to my new kitchen island and the granite for bathroom floor at an incredible price. I found Granite Emporium to be great quality at a fantastic price with excellent service.In response to the last review, I dont know what you expected...a free countertop? Sounds to me like you were being greedy.

Would give a 0 if possible. The customer service while picking out the granite was very pleasant, but went downhill with the install. Talked to other granite installers and multiple things were done incorrectly. The slabs were not cleaned before the sealant was applied so there are long shiny streaks across the island, the sealant was applied on site in our home, and there is a crack or fissure on an overhang with no support underneath. When we called back to complain because the counters were extremely hazy, we were advised to use vinegar or acetone and a razor blade to remove all the excess sealant. From other installers were advised that these solutions remove the sealant that was applied. Completely dissatisfied with my new counters and would never recommend.

Great job at a great price. The granite was installed on time with exactly the correct dimensions.

Friendly and fair people nice to do business with

I had Antonios and his crew install granite kitchen countertops and bathroom sink tops in my house. They offered redesigned sinks and hardware that was impressive. They got a all the installation and plumbing done in one day. I wasnt on the premises and when I returned and everything was finished. I felt very satisfied with the prices and would recommend them. Actually I did and several of my friends had Antonios do work in their houses.

I Love my new Granite countertops and sink. After all my research Granite Emporium had the best prices along with design. Tony had the upmost patience with me on choosing exactly what I wanted. Remove and install went smooth. The entire staff are very professional. My family new this was a big step for me to take. So happy I did. They have been by to check results out. 5 so far walked in and said . WHOW!, then a little pause then WHOW! again. BEAUTIFUL.
