Clean pilot like always hot food, these is a bob tail lit so be early or do come at all

Clearly from all the reviews basically saying the same stuff, none of the comments made from the owner changed a thing. Needed showers and was told that they were not working. Apparently thats the new response to not wanting to clean them. While we are on the road 8+ hours from home, we depend on taking showers at truck stops. We count on the name Pilot. But after this? Wth

Happened to be our 29th year Anniversary yesterday. All we wanted was a shower, some hot food and sleep. We had a reserved bobtail parking. No showers until 4am and we got woke up and told to move at 3am. We had to leave with no hrs on log book. The pilot employee wouldnt make anyone move out of reserve parking for us just told to leave.

I do love pilot but this location is just horrible!!The manager should be embarrassed!!I am waiting more the 1 hour for shower.. in one hour they didn’t call o e person..Some pumps are out…Just horrible customer service to!I feel bad because a real like pilot but this location never more!! Just destroyed my day!!

Came here during the night, store was filthy. Coffee stations were disgusting, spills, everything sticky. Bathrooms, same thing. Trash cans over flowing. 6 people waiting for shower for 3 hours, didn’t change.In the morning there was a custodian fixing night shift mess. He was friendly, cleaned everything up. With that being said, it still took 2 hours to get in a shower with 3 people ahead - afterwards it was a 13 person line. Ridiculous. They could of made their showers a little slower and fit more instead of having 3 rooms in a busy truck stop.Management here is horrible. Manager passive aggressive.

Was parked in the middle row by fuel pumps. Was a bobtail another bobtail right behind me acting as a truck to help with room manager with blue shirt on I think named Denise knocked on my truck and many others to kick us off the property pretty sure first row on the side only says reserved so whats the deal drove illegally out of hours because of you will not ever be coming back my go to truck stop in Chicago will be going to thortons now. Never coming back I advise no one to sleep here rude peopleWill be calling to report her to corporate I was in a public spot shouldnt be charging every spot to make money

Terrible place for showers, poor management; be prepared to wait more than two hours for a shower if you see only 3 or 4 people ahead of you. And forget about parking because parking lot became in a private parking for people leaving around.Good for fuel, drinks that’s it

Beware Truck driver!!!!!!!If you take your 34 hr. Reset at this Pilot. Make sure you have food already in your truck.Im not sorry about this review.This is the saddest Pilot I have seen since since my husband been driving truck.This place is not fit for truck driver. Whats more sad, it seem like they dont care.The food today was so horrible looking with flies flying around with only 3 or 4 option.Its already hard trying to get a good meal on the road. But this place took the cake.Then the cooler was barely full.And the parking is so horrible. Its like playing dice to see if you can get a parking spot.This place needs a new make over and try it again.At least have another restaurant to cover what there not doing.Only 1 thing is good, the cigarettes is the cheapest I seen in this state. But thats only if you bought 2 pk.

All the parking gets stolen by local bobtails. All this place is good for is fuel. Dont even try to park here.

It’s really sad they allow local drivers to leave their trucks here and there is no parking for drivers to take a break or get a shower. Other than that it’s always clean and friendly.

The Pedro employee is awful, its bad enough this pilot is not the shining star of the region, why hire some guy that disrespects and runs off good paying customers? He needs to lose his job, or be prepared to lose a lot of business.

This place is very small, not much parking. I parked next to a few trucks in the center to take a shower and as soon as I got in my truck some old lady was going truck to truck knocking on doors. You have hardworking drivers taking a break and a miserable old lady is harassing people for parking. She seems obsessed and determined to inconvenience drivers that are doing nothing but trying rest after a long night its ridiculous. She eventually called the police and 4 police cars came. I thought someone got hurt! This woman probably hates her life based on how bad shes fixated on truck parking.

Denise the manager with short hair was VERY RUDE to me and every one else in line. I was shocked. I love pilot though

This pilot is nasty and shouldnt even be a pilot. Dont waste your money on a reserve spot because they dont honor them. This is the 2nd pilot that didnt care I paid for a spot and didnt make the drivers move that didnt pay.

Reserved shower at 6:15pm…9 people ahead of me…at some moment there were 18 people waiting. At 10:25pm there was 1 person ahead of me, I went there and found out there were 2 showers empty but not cleaned up . After letting them know they got back to work and made them ready at 10:40!!!On my way in, board was showing 14 people waiting after me and on my way out 11 people still waiting.Well, It took over 4hrs 8 people to take a shower - btw this place has 3 showers - 2 persons per hour per 3 showers!So, it was not about number of drivers needed a shower, it was about staff didn’t work their job - shower cleaning takes a few minutes!!! They don’t appreciate our time, our effort, our business!!!

The shower wasn’t so bad for me it was a couple minutes and I was in there !!! from what I understand I was the only one in the shower but my team driver was next to drive and he had to wait an hour or so and he was hoping to get a little sleep before leaving and to top that off there was no where to sit so by the time he got back to the truck he was tired !!! we decided to try this again wasn’t as long of a wait still a little wait not as bad getting better could be better!!!! 02-10-21 at 00:11 my team driver is still standing in the same spot well past an hour now it’s ridiculous to wait that long for a shower I was lucky and was able to go right in when we got here there was nobody waiting for the showers cause you got to stand in one spot and no where to sit down if there was a pilot or flying j close by we would not come here anymore

The management needs to train the cashiers to know the difference between a regular refill and Pilots Philmor refill. I am constantly being charged for a regular refill when should be charged for the lower priced refill. I dont have time to wait for a manager to void the sale and then charge the correct price since I am also working and need to get back in the truck. Its annoying that Im being charged extra.

The place is garbage, 3 shower are open need to get clean so I could one but I had to wait and wait untill I decided to just walk in a dirty shower to take a shower and use my own my towel I bought from Loves. No wonder I like Loves way better than Pilot J and cleaner.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of police officers in my life. I had paid for a parking spot at the local Pilot truckstop. We Arrived there on Sunday night at 7:30 The management was too lazy to get us our parking spot so they moved us in one of there Tanker spots....... A new management crew came on at 11 oclock Irma Z was the manager and the Tanker drivers name was Chris Sphar that night woke us up at 3:30AM in the morning. They proceeded to tell us that we were illegally parked. After in fact it was Pilot that told us to move to where we were at in the 1st place when we arrived at 7:30 the day before. I told officer Corey Flagg what had happened and he proceeded to tell me that it is a private parking lot they can do what they want. I told him that I wanted to have a report of this and he said he would not do it because I was Illegally parked when in fact I was not and showed him the proof and told him what they had done but he did not care he was too busy to do the right thing. The only thing I wanted was something on record and he would not do it at all. He told me that this happened every week so that right there tells me in a nutshell that the police department is helping that local Pilot and not doing the right thing for drivers. The management made us backup so the tanker driver Could park his car which Pilot has private parking for automobiles also. There was enough Room for 3 trucks to park their It is a shame and a disgrace that the police department who knew that Pilot was wrong would not help they should be ashame of their own actions. And Pilot should be a shame for selling a driver a parking spot and then making them move during their 10 hour Break after telling us were to park in the first place. After they made us move They parked us in a fire lane for where fire trucks come which is Illegal also and to make a long story short a US food truck showed up to make a delivery and they made us move again. So after everything was said and done they put 2 cars in the parking spots and left us with nothing making us have to break the law by moving our truck to another location. And forcing us to use a personal conveyance move on our ELD. So thank you Pilot this is not the last of this and I can assure you that the same goes for Bridgeview Police Department.

Good luck finding a parking spot. This is a parking lot for local drivers. And for some reason the bobtail drivers dont park in the bobtail area. On the plus side, the restrooms are clean.

Poor customer service, dirty store and parking lot, employees refuse to clean showers so customers have to wait hours, coffee is not fresh. Sat here for a couple hours and watched 3 employees joking and playing around just running out customers not a single one came to refresh the coffee or clean the showers. Next morning was told no showers until the next shift because she’s too tired to clean them. Nothing will change because they’re relying on fuel and store sales couldn’t care about anything else

Homeless guy was harassing everyone in the pump including me threw me a can soda while trying to give him food... made me drive 20miles away to next stop...

Parking sucks. Very small lot. People. Will double park infront of the back row. Good luck getting out early in the morning . Slow as hell cleaning the showers. Lots of bob tails taking of space. No laundry or restaurant. Friendly staff but I saw the cinnamon bun lady take her bear hands push the garbage down to tie the bag closed, remove the garbage, changed the bag and went back to baking cinnamon buns. Didnt wash hands, no gel sanitizer, no gloves, nothing!Not worth the stop. Fuel n go.

Best gas station food, any other places around theyre food is nasty and everyone has the same kind of pizza, this place however pizza completely different and good

Shower is been down since July 15, I ask why and no reason provided.

Inside facilities are clean and friendly staff. Outside facilities are over crowded ... Inconsiderate drivers blocking each other in ... The grounds are absolutely ridiculously litered and gross ... Garbage everywhere ... Even a mattress LOL.Update a few months later ... I wish I could post pictures. I cant believe the City hasnt said anything. It seems to get worse every time Im here.

I been coming here for about a year now in a daycab and last night at 2230 8/28 the manager came up to me and said I cant park by the fuel bays I was in line to get a pump to fuel. I try to explain i was waiting to get into a pump but she insisted I leave i was here for more then for more the 2 min. I told her again I need fuel and that I waiting for pumps to clear then she said she was going to call my company and report me for what waiting for fuel?

I requested a shower at 3pm called me in at 5:38pm they have three showers 8 people in line ...the manager on duty was rude waited literally till rush hour to scream over the microphone for trucks who had been parked, blocking the entrance/cat scale since 2pm. There is no sense of urgency from the staff. Everything that would normally take 20/30 minutes at the most takes an hour minimum. Its too small of a location too have such big issues...where is security???? The nonstop honking should have been a huge clue to staff there was a problem. Not once did I see anyone leave the store until someone from roadside/tow company started booting/hammering trucks tires... Forget about reserving a spot once you arrive it will take a village to help you park since everyone is parked wrong and blocking you from the gas pumps. It was one of the worst experiences being a professional driver for almost two years. Worst location.

The worst pilot that I ever been, somebody need to take an action ASAP, this will be my last time that I will ever step a foot on this pilot.4 hours waiting on shower and they are 3 showers I get it but, 2 hours they are available and no one is attending them. Dont ever bother to ask them or you will receive the most unpleasant talk in your life.

As I was purchasing parking for my bobtail, the manager lady named isbel was un professional rude and simple mean. As I were purchasing my parking she was on phone and over talking to another customer, while I was first. This was really disappointing and unbelievably, I told her what is going on and she told me to leave and either wise I’ll call police. I was shocked to see her unprofessional and just let it go next time I go to this I will take my matter with legal action because I get fuel pilot/flying j almost 250 gallons per day so if they not happy with my business I’ll gladly take it somewhere else or else wise they lady needs to proper training how to deal with customer!

I went to the store and bought a brentwood coffee maker and it was awesome but I also went and there was NO ROBLOX GIFT CARDS so im mad now and for that I give it a 3 you need roblox gift cards

There is no parking for trucks there are parking spots taking up by trucks that just sit there holding the spot for Bob tail trucks to park been going in there the last 3 weeks same trucks in same spots unattended had to move from a reserved spot to next to the pilot semi just to take a sho and a hour in a half wait for a shower then was told I must leave after my shower and I was out of hours rediculas

Everytime I get there to take a shower it’s about 10 people in line but the gas station it’s always empty. They don’t clean the shower so we truck drivers can use it. Worst place in USA.

Regardless of the type of vehicle youre driving and/or if its for work or pleasure, Pilot has you covered. Big parking lot at a nice location on Harlem. Its not out in the sticks next to the interstate. Staff is great here too. The woman who I usually see in the AM really runs the show well there....Pizza here is good too! Amongst the buffet style comfort food they serve hot & fresh.

Soap dispensers were out, cashier was rude, never said thank you and have a good day . Just was ready to be speedy and get the sale processed.

Worst pilot Ive ever been to..dont stop here..3 hrs for a shower..I finally left..no parking dirty clogged up restrooms..its a mess..good luck for those who visit this place..

Food, facilities and fast service!

Im a trucker and its a shame that we purchase thousands of dollars of fuel from these truck stops and have to pay to park at most of them and then when we make places to park because our clocks have run out, we get knocks on our door to move. Now they want us to violate our clocks. Remember, we spend thousands, millions, billions, on fuel and no where to park.... No matter what stores you may shop at, a trucker gets it there for you. Im at pilot in Naperville. Smmfh

A Great Stop in the Heart of Chicago! As a truck driver of 8 years I stopped here expecting a dirty run down city truck stop and instead found a clean, updated location and within seconds of coming in the door was greeted by Vivian at the front counter welcoming me with a genuine smile. Awesome Job Pilot Flying J management, you have a great location with great people! 👍👍👍😃

Their cashiers are slow they dont have a shop and their bathrooms are dirty and they almost have no food for truckers.

Lets start with the staff is short handed and NO breakfast up just FRIED food and 🍕. Who wants 🍕 and fried chicken in the Morning! What happened to the greetings in the morning no smiling faces, just eyes rolling like they dont want to work. 👎 Its getting to the point Pilot is going down.

They keep us waiting for showers just so they dont have to clean them. Once I waited two hours and all three where empty.

Great national Truck stop. This one is the smallest that I can remember but remember its in a big city close to town. If youre a trucker and youre looking for parking get there early because the lots always full. Everything for and then some for a fuel stop. Everything for a traveler and the trucker is available here! Stop here.

2 to 4 hrs shower waits. No parking places. Trash over flowing. Bathroom not clean. Jus terrible period. If it was up to me and many others it jus either needs upgrading or shut down period.

Parking are limit. Shower waiting over 1hour. Ladies over here they put all there time for the parking and calling drivers over the speaker 🔊. This truckstop needs quick change. Truckstop is our homes we don’t need rude people and lazy people here.

Good gas stop. Cashiers are quick, the lines can build up, but the staff gets customers waited on and out fast. This station offers a variety of hot foods and drinks. Grocery items and car items also. A true one stop and shop place! 👍

Nice people, nice staff but they are lacking in their service. 2hours 45 minutes for shower. even though they do not have anybody waiting in the driver lounge. moreover, when i asked the attendant she said drivers are waiting in their trucks and the number will disappear soon in 15minutes or so. please hire more people you guyz are busy busy busy..

The service is wonderful. The cashier greeted me with a smile and after u purchased my items she wished me on my way with safe travel. Made me feel special. The station was clean and very warm and friendly.

Small . Not much parking or fueling. Clean feeling, and nice people. Casino room with good games. Yes br. Would be great if pilot bought the lot across the street to provide parking. Good prices. Only draw back is parking. No complaints if you want the good typical decent quality pilot, and dont plan on spending too much time here.

Vivian at the register had a very professional attitude. Most of all I felt the managers response to my female team member should have involved less attitude and more professionalism. Did not catch her name. Plus the pot roast is amazing for a truck stop. Etc...
