!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!The technician want to do their jobs on repairs but the company does not provide material. If you buy any hot tub from them and need repairs the company will try and give you cheaper parts. when the technicians comes out they wont have all repair parts. 3 times this happened to me. They dont give the technicians the proper material for any jobs.

I thought American Sale was too high at first. I went to the Bridgeview location. Jose explained to me about all the safety features, weight limitations and warranty on the trampolines. None of the other companies compared to all these aspects. I purchased a 13x13 with my family in mind. I would like to thank Cassie as well for a beautiful showroom and a demo section. My daughter loved it. We also purchased a pool. Thank you both for help making my summer safe for the summer holidays.

Planning on purchasing our first above ground pool. Like any smart consumer, we are going around and price comparing and doing our research . Our first stop was the Great Escape. Sales person, Ray was so nice and gave us great information. Prices were also marked right on each pool. They also had installation prices listed for each size pool. Didnt feel pressure or mislead. Our next stop was American Sales and was the complete opposite experience. Had to get prices on each and every pool we were interested in. I asked why the prices arent up front and there was nothing physical I could have showing prices. She blatantly told me because there was once a Great Escape across the street and people would come in and price compare... Ummmm okay ... Well I like the upfront pricing. I guess Ill be purchasing at a place that doesnt feel they need to hide prices from smart consumer!

I will never order a pool again from American sales! I went in the store to get a Pool and I ask which one would I be able to get they said the only one they have in stock is a 15 foot pool so I ordered it. They then gave me a delivery date I called off work and waited no pool called them and they told me another date still no pool told me another date still no pool. Finally I received my Pool and when the installer put it up no ladder or cleaner! Called again and it on back order until august! Never inform me! What is a Pool without a ladder! They are just trying to sale and they are not inform of what they have! Update only received one part of the ladder! Why when I put in the order you guys said everything was in stock! How can I enjoy my pool if I can’t get in!

Ordered a filter for pump. Never gave me an idea when it would be delivered to store. Tried calling for 3 days phone rings then states good-bye. I needed a wrench to open filter cover, didnt have one was told to order it online. When I ordered per their instructions wrong part. 25.00 didnt need to spend.When I inquired about the phones. Answer was tea, they have issues.Customer service need improvement

We returned to American Sale to get our pool closing materials because they were so helpful in the spring. We bought a house with a pool and had no experience with it. The online videos they have were great as were the employees. Super knowledgeable!Billy did a terrific job helping us today and when he didnt know an answer to a question we asked, he didnt give us any old answer, he went to ask another employee, Cyndi, who was able to answer our question.We got everything we needed and went home confident that we would be successful now, just as we were in the spring. The experience was wonderful at this location. Me and my husband went into this location to buy some pool stuff for our new home and we ended up buying a whole new pool. The seller/sales persons name who helped us was Cyndi.She was so nice and helpful in helping us order our new pool and explaining everything to us very clearly. Would recommend asking for Cyndi if your ordering a new pool from the Bridgeview location :)

I BOUGHT A HOT TUB!! I live in Illinois and Florida and while Im in Illinois I really needed WATER. I started researching tubs on line and reached out to American Sales because my friends had just purchased a Hot Tub recently. The response was awesome. I was contacted and helped by both Cyndi and William and was given an awesome deal! I am over the moon happy and cant wait for my tub to arrive. I love my back yard and look forward to spending lots of time with friends and family.

I’ve been going to American Sales for years and have had nothing but a good experience when shopping there but wanted to take the time today to give a review of one of their employees. Cyndi. I recently had in my mind what was a panicked situation, I put up my Christmas tree that I purchased from American Sales in 2019 (which by the way, this same person sold me my tree) and when I took the tree out this year there was no remote. I recently moved and misplaced it. When I plugged the tree in it was on demo mode and going from one feature to the other. I called the store and Cyndi answered the phone and she went over the top to help me and was my “Cyndi loo who” of the season. She was a great help! (I’ve since found the remote :-)

I just purchased a spring free trampoline. Cyndi Rose ANDERSON WAS MY SALES person. I have been going to American Sales for a long time. Cyndi is always very very helpful. My experience buying my merchandise was wonderful.

Great sales experience. Ryan Merrick was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained all policies and product information to us and gave us all possible solutions. And that is about all good I can say. The rest is a nightmare because 4 weeks later we still have no installation done and they want to set up pool by the end of July (weather permitting) Dealing with customer service is terrible, charging $600 on restocking fee. So think twice before you buy from them. Nice sales person doesnt mean nice customer experience.

I had to number of things to get my pool started up so it don’t get super green and to get my filter ready to run properly. I lived in Burbank my whole life . I never been to American Sales . I went there yesterday cause This is the first year that I’ve lived in a house. Brian G was the first person I seen there and probably the only person I’d see again when I go back. He was so helpful and he definitely has years of experience in decorating. I showed him a picture of my house and how I wanted to decorate it. He pointed me in the right direction of everything. In fact everything he pointed out that he thought would look great I bought. Our beautiful 25 year old daughter died at the end August so I was less than thrilled when my mother in law wanted me to go to a Christmas themed store. But the experience from the time I walked in the door was so amazing and the place was such a winter wonderland with everything you can imagine that I actually left with a 7 foot tree, garland and ornaments in tow and a song in my heart. Everyone from the sales lady to the guy that put the tree in our car was friendly and instantly helpful. Every step I took there was someone to help or answer a question without being pushy. I don’t see any reason to shop anywhere else for Christmas decorations. Its a one stop shop for all your holiday needs.

My family and I have been in our new house almost a year. This is our first Holiday season in our house and had NO IDEA how to decorate it. We were told to go to American Sales in Bridgeview to purchase our decorations. When we got there we were VERY LUCKY to run into a man named Brian who not only helped us find what we were looking for, but also explained to us how to decorate and where each individual decoration goes. BRIAN is BY FAR the greatest person I’ve dealt with in retail for quite some time, if not ever.......We hope that everyone has the opportunity to deal with this man (Brian G.) as his professionalism is second to none......

I went to American Sales Bridgeview to buy a new pool. Not knowing anything about a pool or how to start Bryan G. helped us out. He explained the entire process and what to expect. He did an outstanding job showing us how to maintain the pool and keep the pool clean. He kept us in the loop throughout the process. Highly recommended to see Bryan G with all your pool needs. If there is a recognition program he deserves to be recognized.

This is the second Hot Spring spa we have purchased here. Cyndi Rose is just phenomenal, so easy to work with and handle everything through the process, which was why we came back to her for this spa. The delivery team was amazing, we ordered the wrong lift cradle for how our tub was aligned and we needed it in place the same day as the delivery. The delivery team waited on site as the store (an hour plus away from our home) brought out another lift cradle. Just AMAZING customer service on all fronts!

We came for their after Christmas Sale. We had already been to several larger chain stores, and my husband didnt see anything that caught his eye. We came here and found so many things for next year. The staff was great and started ringing up our purchases while we continued to shop, we kept finding more and more that we liked and the deals were great. Thank you!

I was very happy. When I got to the store I could not go in ... however they had the phone # on the in door. I called it and was able to charge the items over the phone and they brought the items out to me. THANK YOU WILLIE & CYNDI . Me and my hot tub are set for several more months now.

Cyndi helped myself and my mother out today in our purchase of a hot tub. I expected this purchase to take hours and we were done in (maybe) 30 mins! She explained everything so well and didnt oversell. She was mindful of what we were looking for and honest on the lag in delivery to make sure we had realistic expection. She knew what she was talking about and got right to the point. I would definitely ask for her if you in there.

Horrendous customer service. Bought a new pool and within one year the wall was corroded and sprung a leak. We were told since it was under warranty the wall would be replaced, but we needed to pay $300 shipping to receive it, pay for a new liner and pay for the labor to take down the defective pool and the labor to put the pool back up with the new wall. They finally agreed to add the wall to their next shipment to save us the shipping and cover the liner, but we still had to pay for the removal and installation--AGAIN. Many months have passed and no one has reached out to us, nor has anyone returned our many calls, emails or website inquiries. We have now had a defective pool sitting in our yard longer than we were able to use it, with no outreach from American Sales. Do not trust American Sales to do the right thing if you have a quality issue.

If you ever go to this store make sure you ask for Ryan his a amazing guy he had helped me with so much with my pool problem . He knows everything about the pool what you have to do.Just so kind person, a people person, a great guy.

Very prompt service these guys were on it as far as scheduled arrival time. Organized and knowledgeable of the product... they got right down to the business and installation was complete within the two hour allotted time. Very pleased with service and my Gazebo.

They’re all nice and attentive till you actually buy the pool, then when you go in to ask questions about chemicals or get your water tested or anything other than buying a pool or hot tub they completely ignore you.

My husband and I went into the Bridgeview location back in May just browsing for a new pool for our backyard. It was the second place we visited that day. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew so much information about the different pools American Sale has to offer. He didnt try to push a sale on us. He answered all of our questions right away and if he didnt know the answer he looked it up and was able to find it. We left that day not 100% sure we wanted to commit to such a big purchase. Long story short, we went back and purchased an Oval pool from Brian. He has been a big help. I would definitely ask for Brian when you go to the Bridgeview location.

My husband and I went to American Sale Bridgeview on this past Sunday. We were looking to purchase a grill for our new outdoor kitchen (currently being built). We didnt know much about what we exactly wanted, just something very nice to complete out outdoor kitchen. We were lucky enough to be able to work with Brian Geever. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. We asked lots of questions and if he didnt know the exact answer, he made sure he found it for us. Good selection of Christmas trees without the hassle of shopping at big box stores. Prices are a little high but they have sale items. Staff is small but knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me load up the tree into my truck.
