So of course my heater went out on one of the coldest days this year. Having young kids and being without heat is a bit of a problem. I called to see if they had a part in stock as it was only a few places that’s open during Sunday. I was advised yes but they would double check when they got into the office. I decided to leave earlier so I could grab it and go. When I arrived the owner advised he was looking for the part but was unable to locate it even though the inventory reflected as being on hand. The owner seeing the situation I was in tried everything in his power to assist me. Just for that experience he gets 5 stars. I was able to locate the part at a different location for more $ but had to pay up because of the kids.

My furnace stopped working the day before New Year’s Eve. I didn’t notice until I got home at 7 pm. After spending some time in my crawl space looking at the furnace and watching YouTube, I ended up finding what I thought was the problem. I worked New Year’s Eve and most appliance repair places were closed by the time I got out that day.I really wasn’t happy about possibly needing to call someone out on a holiday. My wife let me know about Jenin Supply which is really close to the house. On New Year’s Day, I gave them a call on a whim to see if by some chance they were open. I expected to hear a recording saying they were closed for the holiday. Instead, it went straight to voicemail which I figured was a sign they were closed.I started doing something else and got a phone call shortly after. I unfortunately wasn’t able to pick up the phone and the caller did not leave a message. They did however send a follow up text. I was very surprised to see that it was Jenin trying to reach out to me even though I did not leave a message.I asked if there was a chance they were open today. They ended up not only being there when I needed them but they also had the parts I wanted in stock. They offered to put together the new blower fan onto the new inducer motor for small additional fee which I took them up on.$275.00 later, I was on my way back home and installed my new parts. It was with great pleasure when I heard the whoosh of the furnace lighting up and starting to give us heat again.I am grateful they were not only available that day, but they took the effort to reach me back to see what I needed. Amazing service.

SOme time during the night on Valentine’s Day, my furnace died. Coldest day of the year. Long story short, I ended up at jenin for a part. Moody had the motor I needed, installed it on the part at no charge, saying he wanted me to have heat. At that point, the temp in my house was 52. Moody more than went the extra mile to get us set up. He was very pleasant and told me step by step want he was doing. ( although I didn’t have a clue what he was talking about) it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Jenin.

Great service they helped me out with a blower motor for my furnace that went out on me on the coldest day of the winter so far and on a Saturday they waited for me to get there before closing and helped me get a blower motor that would work on my furnace they took the time to explain to me how to install since it was a universal motor but got home installed it and worked perfectly thank you so much guys highly recommended

I bought a blower motor for my ac unit and I was doing the work myself. I ha e never done anything like this before but moody told me step by step on how to install the motor he also pre connected the copasitor for me because I had no idea what I was doing. Tony was super friendly and helpful. He helped me pick out a full HVAC replacement system for my house(furnace, coil, and AC condenser) which Ill be replacing myself with the help of my sister who is an hvac tech. It seems to be the only place you can get a brand name system like Trane and still be eligible for the full factory warranty.Even tho Im not an expert, Tony helped fill in the gaps and never made me feel dumb when I asked silly questions. Definitely will be my go to spot for all things HVAC. Best customer experience Ive had in a long while.

Saved us thousands of dollars. Jenin hvac was recommended to us for a second estimate after another company told us we needed a new furnace. Moody was honest and more than prompt. Did the service that our furnace needed, and also told us if we did end up needing a new part it would be under warranty - the first company told us it was not. I needed a condenser fan motor for our antique A/C system . I didnt have a model or serial number from the unit because they were gone! My A/C unit stopped working last week. I called Jenin to check their availability on how fast we can get the problem resolved. Moody was very accommodating! I had purchased a 96% eff 100k btu furnace from Jenin and installed the furnace for a customer, right when I go to fire up the furnace the board blew on me. I called Jenin and they came to there shop, opened it up for me and gave me a new board right then and there the same night. Ill tell you right now that they treat theyre customers with loyalty and respect. No other supply houses would do that for you. Ive been doing this for 15 years and never experienced the customer service as I have here at Jenin Heating & Cooling. They will help you out with whatever you need whenever!
