Ive used many storage locations over the decades, but this one, by far, has been the best. Its Very Clean! The personnel are wonderful! They have multiple four wheeled long dollies for customer use. My Job has an office in the building. I have had no problems since I have been here. The front desk officers are great. And they keep the place Clean! Bathrooms!!!! Any issues we have had they are always professional and helpful to the fullest. We also have a storage unit for the company. When I am inside the storage area they are usually making rounds cleaning other units. Keeping the place impeccable. Keep it up!

I really cannot say enough good about this place. Ive been a customer for several years, and seen staff come and go (as theyve outgrown the place). All of the staff is always friendly, especially Nancy, who Ive known forever while at this location. The staff is always happy to help, responsive, and courteous. While Im sad to leave this place, I left because I moved to the north side of Chicago, and found a space closer to my home. I will really miss this place and am happy for the excellent service.

I came into the store last week with a friend who rented at this storage and was amazed that a storage facility could look this good. Both Leo and Nancy were so friendly and were constantly making us laugh and feel comfortable. Leo even convinced us to buy a lock.

When I arrived I was greeted promptly and with smiles. The facility was clean, even though there were lighting issues they did explain they were getting new lighting. When we are ready to rent we will definitely rent from bridgeview. Nancy and Leo were great.

Ive been parking my Peterbilt truck here for a few months now. Very happy with everything. Place is clean, secure and people working are pleasant and helpful. I like that everyone gets their own passcode to get into the automatic gate. Highly recommend.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get some boxes and to find out about storage sizes and rates. Nancy and Dennis were great, when I began to ask questions they were able to respond in a way in which got me the info I needed about storage and the exact boxes I needed for some fragile and odd sized items. Nancy gave me some additional information about the process of renting a truck and they were both super helpful and pleasant.Not to mention I was in and out quickly! Thanks a bunch.

Best place to keep your excess items. I left Public storage down the street it was so filthy dirty and they did nothing. Life storage is less money ( made my life easier ) and they are so very clean. The staff is wonderful to speak with ( always friendly ) I like being inside out of the weather .... they have the rolling carts to help get your items to the storage or back to your car. Check this place out... worth the trip to save yourself some money and no hassle ever....... I am so happy I changed referred by our Bridgeview Chamber of Commerce.......... best referral ever.....

If I could I would give them 0 stars. The management here was very racist to all people of color. The parking space outside were never cleaned when it snowed. They raised there prices monthly with no improvement to the spaces.

I was looking online for a storage places and I seen this one was near me. What stood out to me was that it’s an indoor place! I’ve never rent a storage out and I’m so glad I got it here. It’s very clean and the ladies that helped me were so professional and helpful. I reserved my storage online and the very next day, I had someone call me which was very impressive.Then I found out I was in a time crunch, at last minute I had to get my storage a day before my reservation. I ended up at Life Storage at 5:40pm and they took care of me so well, I did not feel rushed or like an annoy customer that comes right before closing. LolGreat job ladies :)

I spoke to Nancy today to help me change my email address in the system. She was very helpful as I was having trouble navigating the system at first. Problem was resolved. She was a great help.

Before they were taken over by Uncle Bobs they were nice. I told them I get paid the 22nd Wednesday off the month so I did. Now I get a $20 late fee every month. Even though when I got the new terms it said if you have special arrangements you can keep them, the Manager refused to believe me. Dont RENT from here.

This facility is very well organized and Nancy is always more than willing to accommodate tenants and their needs. Been here for about two years and dont have signs of leaving.
