I called Agren on Tuesday late afternoon looking for a new refrigerator as mine was failing fast. Ben was able to not only help me on the phone but make arrangements for a delivery as soon as Friday. Everyone else out there (big box) was 2-3 weeks delivery and didn’t have the knowledge about the appliance like Ben. Agren is the go to for your appliances throughout Maine.

I recently bought a new refrigerator from Agrens of Bridgton,Me. They were great. I had a few questions before I ordered, which helped me make my decisions. For delivery they gave me a delivery window, then called about 1/2 hour before they came. Their two delivery guys were very efficient removing the old one and bringing in the new one, setting it up and cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely buy another appliance from them. Very impressed with their service overall!

The entire Agren team has been great. Peter really knows his stuff. The delivery crew is very accommodating and always keep me up to date on the delivery. We have even utilized the service department. Very convenient.

Buying a new drier at Agrens was the most stress-free purchase of an appliance that Ive ever had. Peter was patient with all of my questions, and when I changed my mind to a different drier after he was drawing up the paperwork, he didnt seem to mind at all. The service and delivery were excellent. Within 5 days of visiting Agrens, the drier was doing its job in my laundry room. I couldnt ask for better service. And it is reassuring that I can call them if I have any questions.
