I’ve driven down to Walgreens to grab a couple of quick items on several occasions and the doors were locked well before their advertised closing time, which is supposed to be 9:00pm. It’s bad business, and it just happened to me for the last time because I won’t be shopping there again. Tonight the doors were locked at 8:37 pm. The associate was standing right there, she knew I was at the door as I gave it a friendly knock and wave. She pretended not to hear me as she turned her back to me pretending to be busy. I never had this problem when it was RiteAid. I used to spend a lot of money there, I won’t be anymore.
A very nice store with nice staff. I went here with my family and were standing in line, when a store clerk asked for ID when a family member was purchasing alcohol. After a few minutes of my family member looking through her wallet to get her ID, a customer behind us dropped his stuff and said that this was ridiculous and that they just lost a customer before storming off. I don’t usual write reviews for drugstores, but I thought that the rude customer might leave a bad one, so I thought it would be nice to share my experience.
Clean Store and Knowledgeable Staff. Like a Convince Store inside( minus the Killer Hotdogs!) Newspapers Available, Magazine Rack. Beer and Wine. Drug Orders usually up in a few hours. There has been a Drugstore of one form or another there since at least the Mid 1970s. It was a Rite Aid before Walgreens. Lots of specials 50% off at the Store Front.
The pharmacy is a joke .My doctor called in a antibiotics for me to take took two days to get it . My wife put in a prescription and the have her the wrong one . The outside of the store is full of mold and bugs and the people inside is rude
Very friendly people and very clean
The only reason we still go to this store is because of Nick from the pharmacy and the blonde girl working the register. Mary is probably the rudest person Ive ever met, she shouldnt have a job in customer service let alone a managerial position. Shes rude, insensitive, the furthest you can get from professional. Dont pharmacists have to respect patient confidentiality? Mary certainly does not.If it was a rating on Nick and blondy I would give 5 stars. They both go above and beyond no matter what it is you need. Keep up the good work!Mary and the ones that follow in your footsteps, make everyones lifes easier and take a hike.
The people here were insensitive and I never want to do business with them again.A woman working in the pharmacy called my doctor to ask her about one of my medications. She was batting my name around like a football and discussing my private health issues and body parts like I was a piece of livestock right in front of any customer in ear shot. There is no excuse for this.
Been going for over 15 yrs to this store. It has its ups and downs. But the pharmacy Is the worst. Hands down rude and WONT order the script until it’s up for a refill.
