Doug is the best and most caring person to work with. He has made every purchase easy and stress free. He truly cares about each customer. I absolutely love him and will return just for him. Also Mary made the signing and financial easy and fast. Every time I called and had a question they are always helpful and quick to respond. Amanda is always super helpful and can answer just about any question. So thankful for all the kindness and help I’ve received.

Only problem with this place is theyre always low on inventory. But the service and staff are incredible. Love just going here and looking at the bikes they have on stock and chat with the staff. If youre looking to buy or sell a bike this is the place.

A huge shout-out to Jennifer, John and Tim. They found an electrical short caused by another dealer. They knew I had been stranded and had brought my bike to them by way of flat-bed truck from NC and they gave my bike priority. They didnt have to do that, but they did. They found the issue [incorrectly attached battery cable] and then made sure my bike was fixed. They even went so far as to make sure my tires were properly inflated. I was in an unexpected and uncomfortable situation, but these 3 made me feel comfortable, safe and important. They were kind and professional and obviously great bike mechanics. Im grateful for them.You cant go wrong with the service department at Friendship Motorsports.

Wonderful experience with Friendship Motorsports from start to finish. I called from another state after seeing a motorcycle on their website that i wanted. Spoke with Scotty and basically closed the deal over the phone. No unwanted surprises when i arrived to pick up the bike and it looked just as good in person as it did from the photos. Best experience ever. The staff here are the most friendliest people. Doug was the salesman that helped us. And he was the kindest person. I looked for a Polaris Outlaw 70 for almost three months. Most dealerships had none and if I like I could have ordered one but I would have to wait 8 to 12 weeks or longer. And some dealerships were charging over a $1000 more for fees and taxes. I called Monday looking to see if Friendship Motorsport had one and Doug said one just came in. They had the best price, it was no comparison to the other dealerships. Told Doug we be up today. He had everything set and even sent pictures of the progress. Today my son is a happy boy.

I purchased a 2021 Indian Scout Bobber from them last week and I had the best experience possible. Doug Hurd was my sales person. Scotty was super to with with today. My wife and I had never been in an Indian motorcycle dealership before. We were passing thru and saw it so we stopped. We are looking for an Indian but not quite ready to buy. Didnt matter to Scotty he was more than ready to explain a lot of things on an Indian and show us several different styles so when we are ready to buy we will know what we want.

They had a variety of bikes to choose from because of the trade ins fir Indians.

Very polite, helpful, outstanding one on one, they done everything they said they would do and more . They never did try too push us into anything at all gave us all the time we wanted and need to make sure that the slingshot was what we wanted, was more than willing to help out in getting a color that we thought we would want see, they made sure I had everything I needed in place so I could drive it home the day of the sale . I finally was able to make it by while they were open, and could not tell a difference, I am in the market for a upgrade and wanted to check the difference between the street glide and the chief and I guess I’ll never know. Walked through entire showroom and used not even a hello. I’d say mind is made up.. I will probably never be back in this store until it becomes a dollar store or a ihop. 2 months since purchase and still have yet to receive my hard tag..and also sold it to me with no keys and a old battery, went to take the battery back because I paid for the warranty when I bought the bike and told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get another.. Went to black wolf had me walking out with a battery under 5 minutes

Sold me a bike with no keys!!! I did NOT know this before the papers were signed or I would have NEVER bought it. I was told the keys must be at the other store but not to worry we will get them. The key came in and it would not fit so I had to take the bike to Smith Brothers and order new keys.The salesman took no responsibility to call the dealer to see how much it would cost nor did he offer to get them for me as he should have.I have my time, gas, and the cost of the keys. I have told them twice and even been to the store twice to get the money I was promised for the cost of the new keys and still nothing. Not to mention the two trips to Smith Brothers.It has been over three months now and still nothing.

I went here about 3 months ago to buy my fiancé a motorcycle, jack helped me and was really nice. But was very slow with the process and the speedometer went bad and they didn’t even tell us! They took forever with it so we had to pick it up and take it to Caps is Bristol TN, they are amazing!! I just went here to get my fiancé a new helmet, and I stood there at the desk, which were 2 people standing there and made complete eye contact with me several times and didn’t even once acknowledge me! Didn’t even offer to help with anything, and then 2 more people walked right by me (including Jack) and didn’t even offer to help! I will not be returning ever again! This is honestly the worst customer experience I have ever encountered.

Drove 3 hours to buy a used motorcycle here and couldnt have had a better experience. The price was good, the salesman (Jack) was friendly, straightforward, and no pressure. Pretty cool place to visit if youre in Bristol even if youre not a big motorcycle fan. Theyve got a whole tribe of Indians in the showroom. Indian Motorcycles are another great American made product. They even had a few vintage Indians in the showroom. They also have a large supply of t-shirts and accessories.

Jack and the sales team were great. We comunicated by phone, as I live 100 miles from Bristol. When I arrived at the dealership the bikes I was interested in were all next to each other, and Jack had the keys ready. He was polite and honest, which is rare in this industry. I was set on a price, and we were able to get the deal done quickly. He even helped load the bike on the trailer. I was in and out in less than two hours with all paperwork done. That is great customer service. Great people really cool dealership.

Everyone was super nice, cant complain about that. But 2 weeks for an oil change is ridiculous. Had to find another dealer that had more reasonable turnaround... they take it in, performed all maintenance and picked it up at the end of day.

My wife and I were on a road trip from Ohio and we stopped in Bristol to check this dealership out. Not only do they have an amazing selection of new and used bikes, but the sales team attentive, and not pushy at all. We walked around for an hour just checking the selection out, and then sat down and planned our next leg of the trip. Before we left I met their mechanic, Terry, who went above and beyond by making sure my tires were in good shape and everything was good to go before heading down the road. After discussing with him some of our comfort issues, he offered up a Roadmaster seat, and even installed it. Best experience we have had with an Indian dealer to date. Terry really knows his stuff, and the folks that work at Freindship motors are all around happy and helpful. If you are in the area, or even if your not, you gotta check em out!!!

I chose to take my motorcycle to have tires here for the deal. But boy was I surprised how helpful and friendly all the staff is. They helped me find right tires for a bike they dont even sell. Then once they was putting tires on ran into my rear brakes being shot. So they discussed it with me and showed me the bad parts still on my bike. They arent just there to make money they was sincere about helping fix my issue and they will continue to get my business. Best customer service experience Ive ever had.

Very rude. Came in interested in buying an Indian Scout and was never approached by any employees for the 45 minutes I was in the store. I saw a few hiding in the back who saw me and looked away as soon as I made eye contact. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted to buy a bike from Friendship, but the salesman Jack Brewer is a jerk! Trade in value is 19k on my bike, Jack offered me $1500 over value on my bike.....so they offered me 14k! HAHA Seriously! Offer me 14k on my bike that has a trade in of 19k! So I bought elsewhere, then asked him if he had pipes in stock for my bike, and he wouldnt even respond. Guess if you dont buy the bike through them, they dont want your business on anything else!
