Bristol Auto glass went above and beyond. 13 Ford Fusion and Safelite wanted 479.00 plus an extra 50 if they came to me. I took it to Bristol Auto glass and they put my windshield in for 269.28. They cant be beat. Will definitely be the only place I go for any auto glass repair. And will be recommending to all family and friends. Thanks again Bristol Auto Glass!

Ver nice and they do great work

When my windshield was cracked/chipped this week by concrete fragments which fell from an unmarked truck with no license plate (photo attached), I looked online for a repair shop nearby & called Bristol Auto Glass. The phone was answered promptly & after a couple questions, I was told to bring my car in at 4pm - about 3 hours from the time I called. When I arrived, a tech came out immediately & confirmed that the repair could be done & also confirmed the price I was given on the phone. He pulled my car into the bay & had the repair completed in roughly 10 minutes. He brought the car out & asked if I could locate the spot he had repaired. I could not - it was flawless. I went into the office, paid & was on my way. The staff was very friendly & the service was great! Id always rather give my money to local businesses & this one is definitely a gem!! I would highly recommend this business if you have any need for auto glass.

Did a good job...fast and friendly.But they reinstalled a windshield wiper at the wrong angle, but it was a simple fix. I did not mention it to them Im sure they would have fixed it. Plus the receptionist / scheduler, is very sexy..😁

After a national chain completely botched my windshield in my armada(broke every piece of trim around the windshield and tried to glue it back down), Steve and the crew got me fixed up with all new trim and a new windshield. Quality work and great customer service.

Called around and got a few quotes. Not only was Bristol auto glass the most affordable quote they were also the most helpful. The friendliest and able to get the job done the Quickest. I had a 2017 tacoma that developed a crack in the windshield that quickly spread to the length of the windshield. Bristol auto glass was not only professional, friendly, and timely. But they were able to get the correct replacement glass that 2 other places said I would have to obtain on my own from the dealer. If I could give 10 stars I would.

To the response of Ryan Ryan.First thing is we do not repair windshield cracks in the drivers line of sight on any windshield.2nd Yes sometimes they do crack when trying to repair them.3rd is we never accept money up front for any glass before the installation so this sir is a lie. As for the safelite comment, They have been using our name and address for 2 yrs with there phone number that they have been Looking into for yrs.As the owner of Bristol Auto Glass, You sure didnt come here for the repair. So Im guessing that you either work there or have a friend that does to make so many false statements about us.As you can see You are the only bad review.And community, A portion of every glass or car we clean goes to bringing awareness to the Dont suffer in silence bullying support group sponsored by the Bristol va crisis center.
