Had a great experience and found exactly what I was looking for. Kim was very helpful in helping me find what I had scouted out online. Great selection for every occasion. Only reason I didnt get it 5 stars is I feel some of the products are overpriced.

Fun place to get last minute Halloween items. But unfortunately low on costumes for kids.

Big store with such tall, tall shelves. They honestly reach so high. I don’t know who needs to hear this but this place carries the TY beanie boos and mini boo blind boxes. Nice employees but understaffed (I guess who isn’t during pandemic?). Fun place to browse.

Didnt really have anything for Halloween. I hope it was because of Shipp issues goin on right now.

Party City is a great source for parties AND for seasonal decor. I really didnt know the place was so huge and had such a wide variety. Prices are great. A ship-to-store option would be helpful but hopefully in the future.

I love Party City!! They always have really neat things and the prices are pretty cheap compared to some other places! Always end up buying something while Im there. And the staff is so friendly. They greet you as soon as you come in the door and theyre always happy to help you find something if you need assistance. Definitely going to be coming back.

Its a really great place to play around in. Went with my friends and we tried on half the masks in there!Im sure its great for purchasing too. 🤣Saw wedding decorations in there if youre looking for any. They also have stuff for birthday parties of all ages, and for upcoming holidays. Cosplayers should also check this store out. (Candy can be found here as well)

I have actually just left Party City today about 14:20 (2:20), after having placed a curbside order for my upcoming graduation parade supplies. The worker in the breezeway, I didn’t catch her name but I seriously should’ve for the sake of my review, was so friendly! Of course she was the only employee I had contact with but sometimes the first impression is the best! I had some trouble obtaining my CAC (Common Access Card) from my RFID blocker which had me feeling slightly guilty for slowing progress but the employee showed no signs of unmotivation! All in all I could say I genuinely enjoyed my brief experience here.

Very wide selection of all kinds of supplies, but there were a lot of candy wrappers and gum stuck in random places... It didnt feel very sanitary.

Its been kind of picked clean but that can be expected this close to Halloween. But the employees are very nice and helpful

Not during Halloween 🎃. These high school kids that work here are incompetent and just ...well they don’t care. Prices were marked wrong. Machete was stocked at $3.99. At check out it was 9.99. Went back and forth. Kid working there said the manager was on the way. She never called. Watched another customer storm out because of wrong price. And it wasn’t even busy. So that being said, don’t bother during Halloween at party city pinnacle Bristol 😉

They greet everyone that walks through their door with, Welcome to Party City! In my opinion, good customer service stops there. Went there in the afternoon and seemed to have quite a few workers on hand. But, when I went to the checkout, there was only one cashier and she was checking someone out and getting a bouquet of balloons ready for the customer. So, the transaction took longer than normal. I understand and that was all perfectly fine. I stood in line through this process, waiting..... I was not even acknowledged. So.... where were the other workers?? I put my item back and left.

Way to expensive for an adult costume. I spent $116 just on 3 costumes for my 3 kids which I think is crazy considering they will only be wearing these outfits 1 time!!!!! Also, the outfit I wanted was $40 and it was literally a shirt and an overall skirt!!!! The only good thing I can say is that they have a friendly and helpful staff and they have a wide variety selection.

I normally do not post a negative experience because their are enough negative already and people can have a bad day but our experience with Party City both locally and corporately has been TERRIBLE!So I work for nonprofit and we needed 600 Easter baskets to distribute to local children. We placed order online and got the confirmation email. A week later we checked order status and it said in warehouse so we waited couple more days before contacting them on which we were told the order was placed on hold and that they sent us an email. When we asked why it was placed on hold and had since been cancelled was told that we would be charged extra for shipping (keep in mind out order is around $650). We contacted local store and spoke with manager about purchasing through the store and we would pick them up there. She said she would check on it and let us know. We never heard anything back from her at all. So we went ahead and ordered baskets again online and had a free shipping coupon which we them were told that they could not honor because of amount of baskets (the fine print didnt say anything about weight only must spend over certain amount which we well exceeded). We had to have these baskets to begin packing so we placed order. When they arrived we had multiple broken baskets so we took them along with invoice to store to be exchanged for more baskets. We were treated very rude by store manager who would not do the exchange because to lady who drove 30 minutes for us to exchange them didnt have anything proving she was part of our organization. I would understand if she was returning for money but we only wanted to exchange them. We tried multiple times to work with Party City on local and corporate level and no one seemed to want to help. I would say that is definitely worst customer service Ive ever experienced

Costumes are double online prices. Was looking for a Luigi costume for my 12 yr. Old. Only had 10-12 in kids for $29.99 and adult small was $49.99. No attendant at the costume wall or the storage room with walkie talkies like Knoxville stores. So I had to kind of help myself. The lady at the register was nice tho. Oh an NO returns ever, only exchanges.So good luck with that part!!

For some costumes you have to look at a wall and get the costume number then tell the employee. They will retrieve it for you. Good place to shop.

When you think of party city you think of having literally any themed childrens party you could want. Thats not the case. You cant even find anything candyland themed and they only have the themes you can find at stores like Walmart but for an outrageous price.

This place has so much cool stuff especially at halloween but my only complaint is that they are majorly overpriced. You can usually find the exact same thing for 1/3 of the price on Amazon.

Have tons of party stuff I bought two balloons a 1 & 8 shaped rose gold colored for my daughters 18th birthday party with star shaped pearl colored balloon weights.

Bought a costume for my son for $35. Got it home and the glasses didnt work. Okay no big deal just return it. Stopped by WalMart and found the EXACT same costume for $20. Apparently a little over priced... And the only friendly assiciate out of the 3 we dealt with was the girl sending into the back what costumes were needed. She was very busy and still kept a smile on her face.

Plenty of themed things for any type of party you may want to have.

Definitely can find what you need here. And the prices are not to bad.

Overpriced on everything. Was looking for steampunk goggles & they had NONE. Was looking for dark fairy wings, also had NONE. All I could find in feather wings was white & they were $20. I bought nothing. Staff was not helpful. Came home & found both things I needed on Amazon for $8 each w/ prime shipping. This store is overpriced, & staff is useless.

The purpose of Party City is to facilitate parties. Someone should really tell the employees that fact. The balloon area (a cornerstone to a party) was a HUGE disappointment. The employees were not helpful and blamed us when some unsecured balloons made it to the ceiling. The joy for the pending party had been deflated due to the horrible experience are Party City.
