Tire City was awesome today, great business to be in or even around. Everyone seems very welcoming and pleasant, and will do anything to help there customers out. I had a flat on my trailer on a side road a short distance from the the Tire City shop, they gave me a great deal on a new rim and tire. On top of that Rich had lent me one of his impact guns so this way I could get back to business and go on with my day. Came in needing 4 new tires for my Civic so I could pass an inspection. Was incredibly impressed with the efficiency of the whole operation, the staff’s knowledge, the tire selection, and most importantly, the price! Well, today I got married.First let me say that, Rich and the entire staff at that establishment helped me out in a awesome way. I have NEVER bought new tires or rims for a vehicle that I have ever owned, and I had plenty of them. So I decided to go there after driving by that place for many years. They were AWESOME SAUCE. After I told them quietly that this was my first time buying tires and rims, they went above and beyond to assist me, patiently giving me my options based on what I needed. So the day I went to get the service done I was absolutely in love, they were happy for me and I was overly joyed with the service I received. Oh and when I went in to make the appointment I told them that I wanted. some SEXY rims lol..and lo and behold thats what I got.I will be a customer for lifeI totally love the place, the people, and the atmosphere. New to the area I had looked up the nearest tire shops to get a slow leak fixed. After reading such amazing reviews about Tire City it just made sense to go there. I chose take the car at 11 am on a Monday, not expecting it to be so busy, but I was wrong. They were swamped with work, always a great sign of quality work. My problem wasnt that the place was full and the wait was going to be long.... my problem was that I stood at the front desk just waiting for someone to acknowledge me... I waited about 8-10 min...while their office employee Mike glanced at me...proceeded to fill out paperwork then called over a waiting customer to recieve payment. Again, I understand there was an order as I patiently waited but I just figured someone would greet me and tell me that they would be with me in a moment. Then shortly after a woman walked up the the counter, to the pc directly in front of where I was standing and did everything in her power to never look up at me as I stood 5 feet from her. My experience this morning caused me to walk out disappointed... I truly hope the choice the front office employees made to ignore me had everything to do with how busy that were and nothing to do with any other factors pertaining to my appearance......

They did very fast work of replacing my tires and I was under the impression it wouldnt be done till end of day. They are very helpful and quick, I will recommend.

Just got free tire rotation since I bought my tires there only took like 15 mins!

Tire shop that couldnt get a tire rotation done because of one lug nut they took out one that was damaged they claim.i took my truck home and did it myself in half hour with a cross lug nut tool and a roll up jack.i wouldnt recommend tire city

So lets start off with the negative, the wait time. I waited about 1hr after coming in to request a tire plug. Then an additional 40min to get the tire plugged. The tire plug only took about 15min.The positive the environment was welcome. First with the seat spacing I felt comfortable sitting inside. 2nd I left after waiting so long because I loved only 4 min away. The person I talked to said he threw my slip away after I called to see if they forget about me. Instead of an argument or a refusal to service. The person was really kind and said come on in youll be up next and well I was up next. When it was my turn they took off my spare filled it with air, plugged my tire for the low, low price of free. With all things considers this is a really great business. I would recommend this to more people.

Just another 5-star review. Excellent service here - I will not take our cars anywhere else for tires. I have been here for tire repairs on a few occasions and they rarely charge for the work. When they do charge the price is beyond reasonable. The work is always solid - theyve also been able to repair damage that other places could not.

I was in the area trying get a mail on my tire out and had googled nearest tire repairs because the garage i stopped at couldnt help meTire City was a block away. I waited in line a few mins and spoke to the lady at the counterand explained my situation. She was very pleasant and kind and assured me to drive into bay one and they would take a look at it for me. I didnt even have to leave my car as the gentleman lifted the back and in 5 minutes he was done. I was under some anxiety thinking for all this service I would need to pay quite a bit since i am on a retired budget. As i went to pay four the written the lazy begging the cone countertold me out was a small nail and there was no charge. I was Moore than happy to day three least. They turned my day that was starting off wrong into a positive experience. I want to thank the people from tire city and would recommend them with 5 stars.

I get this place has good reviews but hear me out I went in for tires there was a nasty lady with a horrible attitude towards me not only that but the techs or I don’t even know if they deserve to be called techs but the people who put the tires on take way too long and it shouldn’t take long to put tires on with a full staff and it’s not even busy there’s so many other places that will have you done fast if you like to waste your time and have an attitude towards you then this is the place!!! NEVER COMING BACK

What could i ever say negative about this amazing family owned business. I am a 12 year+ customer who has never felt wronged using this place. They are honest, upfront, kind, and courteous. They are experts in what they do and they deserve to be recognized for all they do for their community. If youre taking your car anywhere else than tire city than youre making a mistake.

First Id like to say that Im always treated well at Tire City..New tires were installed by the dealer at the time I purchase my carThe tires were buckling, ribbing and basically produce so much cabin noise that it made me feel like something else is going on with this car.The tires only lasted a year..I asked Richie and the team to look at the tires and tell me whats going on.Turns out, they were the wrong tires for my vehicle!I asked the folks at Tire City for a recommendation, they told me 4 new Coopers and an alignment and youll be good to go..I could not be happier! The car is fun to drive again!Thank you to Sherry, Richie and the whole Tire City team

Best place to get ur tire(s) looked at. I ran over something small that caused my tire to go flat. I was new to the area so i went to the nearest place by me after pumping it back up and they couldnt find anything and my tire went flat again the next morning. I then brought it to Tire City even though it was a bit further away but the reviews were outstanding and they were able to find the problem and patched it up for me in a quickly manner. Ive been driving for a couple days now and the tire has been perfect. Don’t waste ur time and go somewhere else.
