Walked in looking for a recommendation on a all in one system to add to my Volvos factory system and walked out with a Rockford Fosgate Punch P300-10. I can’t remember his name but the taller guy helping me was amazing in helping me settle on this and even included some T Taps free of charge. Would definitely shop here again.

After waiting a couple of weeks for an appointment, I showed up for a scheduled install. The owner told me they were overbooked and said the cost of the system had went up. They had no idea why I was there, Did not know what they were installing, was trying to tell me only one deck would work with a jeep, said they didn’t have what was needed, if I hadn’t have had my original quote they were going to charge me more because of inflation, and wanted to keep the jeep for multiple days after telling me it was a four hour install. I left my jeep there anyway even though I knew they did not want to honor the install. After three return calls from the store complaining to me about a shortage of installers, my jeep seat being wet, and only one deck would work, I decided to go get it from them. If you had these issues, why would you not call me before I came and ask me to reschedule? When you give me a price and a scheduled appointment you need to honor that. Or at least have the common curtesy to call me before I waste a trip. Not a good look guys.They were at least nice about it, however that does not get the job done.

They did two cars for me and both times the system was so loud and beat the ground and my tires to submission like it should be bro if not RIP it out your car I think they gave me what I wanted both time and it only took a half a day to do it also posted the system and both cars they did for me I will never take it anywhere else to do my systems thank you customs enclosures for the great job both times.

These people are always friendly and willing to help, Ive had windows tinted and a remote start installed here. Windows tinted 8 years ago and are still perfect just bought a new car and going to get them tinted here again along with some speaker upgrade.

Knowledgeable staff, professional installation, good value for the dollar, quality brands. I really like the Kenwood sound system in my Jeep Wrangler and now I can talk hands free with the new Bluetooth capabilities.

They installed a remote start system on my 2013 Infinity G37X. Awesome job!! Can start the car from about a mile away. The car is warm ready to go. The 2 way remote confirms its running.

Custom Enclosures does a great job. We have had windows tinted on several vehicles here and there has never been a problem. They went out their way trying to find accessories for our 2019 Sorento - it was just too new. They are always friendly, professional and prompt.

Had a Rear Backup Camera put on my Moms car for a surprise The guys at Custom Enclosures car audio were awesome by playing along with the surprise they went above and beyond by taking my Mom to the place she needed to go while they installed the camera then picked her up no questions asked for a great price. Had my system install February 8th for 2 weeks my satellite radio work just fine apparently the other day it quit working and said check tuner I took it back up to Custom Enclosures they checked it and told me that they reset the box and it came back to working sweet guys they will not do you wrong at all that is the only place I trust in the Tri-Cities area to do customizations
