Have been coming to Friendship since we moved to the area. Service department is fantastic, honest, timely, professional and technically advanced. Love the automated system that gives updates, reminders and shows images of required repairs. The facility is beautiful, clean and has an amazing waiting area.
Disappointing car buying experience with Friendship. We were quoted one price (see Adjusted Price in pic below) and then told we couldn’t buy it at that price unless we purchased all of their add on features (which are listed in the blue box below). The seem to have a bait and switch strategy when trying to get new customers. After speaking with the manager he was not willing to sell the car at the “Adjusted Price” unless I bought the “extras” because that’s the only way they are able to discount the car. Quote listed below...be aware
Rick and the entire staff that helped with my purchase was beyond great!!! From start to finish they went above my expectations. I would highly recommend this Dealership for any of your auto purchases. The process was simple easy and fast. I will definitely use them for any future purchases. 🙂 Thank you Friendship Chrysler.....
First of all they mislabeled the vehicle on their website, saying it was one model while it is another. Secondly, I received a quote from the dealer printer. They didnt even send it from a valid email address to main professional communication. That shouldve been a red flag already. Same horrible experience of them quoting you one price then adding in nearly $3,000 of add ons that they deemed non-negotiable. No thanks, walked away. Dont ever buy a car from a place like this. Total BAIT and SWITCH. They claim theyre able to offer you below invoice to get you in, then switch it up by adding almost $3,000 of protection items that you dont even want or need. Weather mats package for $600, no thanks. Will never give my business to a place that tries to rip you off and make a quick buck. Dont do it either. There are plenty of honest places to give your business to. While it is a sellers market now it wont always be. Dont ever trust those that try and rip you off when their market is good because theyll do even worse when they are desperate.
Ive just had the worst car buying experience! An 8 year old car was posted on their website and we were willing to purchase based on the price listed on the site, plus tax and document fees. They got us interested and then added almost $3K of warranties and paint coatings that we dont want and arent part of the advertised price. Then, they said they arent able to remove these costs. Unbelievable!!! We were ready to fly there and drive 1000 miles home but not for UNFRIENDLY and deceptive service like this!
I highly recommend Zach Bunche. I got my first car through him, definitely one of the best car dealers I have met. Wasnt pushy at all, was incredibly patient and kind. Being a first time buyer there was quiet a few questions I had. He made sure to answer each one the best way possible. He also filled my new car up with gas before I left! 10 out of 10.
I had the most pleasant buying experience. I searched the vehicles in inventory on the Friendship Jeep website and found one I was interested in. I drove to the dealership and walked the lot to make sure the Jeep Grand Cherokee looked as great in person. My Salesperson, Dale Morrell answered every question I had. We agreed on a price and then headed over to the business office. Kelsey Goad assisted me with financing and answering all the payment questions I had. Chris Childs, the manager, made sure we were well taken care of and right at home.I will definitely recommend this dealership, the finance department, and salesperson Dale Morrell to all my friends and family.
Absolutely horrible, called this morning to make sure a certain vehicle is there. Was told yes of course, drive 2 hours and it was sold the day before. Then they were like well we have some others at about the same price. Lol there’s no way I’d buy one after the lies. Thanks for wasting my time. Wouldn’t recommend you to anyone
I drove an hour to test drive a jeep at this dealership, and the internet sales consultant named Grayson setup an appointment for me. When I arrived, he didnt have the jeep ready and he couldnt find the key. after waiting 20 minutes, he told me the jeep was sold. The thing that really bothered me was that he specifically told me to call him if I couldnt make it AND he said he would let me know if anything changes. I just cant handle being lied to.
Best car buying experience that I’ve ever had! They go above and beyond for their customers as I witnessed it while I was there being waited on. Thank you Madelyn for showing us every option and how everything worked. Your knowledge is outstanding! I love my new Jeep!
We came in on an extremely busy Saturday to see a used Jeep but left with a brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee Limited L.Tim Counts was so patient (everyone was patient) and helped us in every way possible. We are extremely happy with our Jeep and we are so glad we picked Friendship Chrysler Jeep to do our business with. Once again to everyone there, THANK YOU!!(P.S., I never got theTucker keychain)S & T Monday
By far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Gracen and Josh were stellar, I cannot stress that enough. It was very in and out, no bs and that was a huge relief. Thanks so much for your held gentlemen, keep up the great work!!!
I just had the easiest and greatest car buying experience with Friendship. I found the vehicle I liked online, the salesman Eric Coalson went out of his way to take up close pictures of the vehicle and send them to me. Living 9 hours away, this was amazing. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to provide a great experience. All questions were answered quickly and professionally by any staff member I spoke with. They even delivered my vehicle from Bristol, TN to St. Augustine, FL with no hassle. Had a couple minor issues when I got the vehicle, and Eric was on top of it to get it taken care of. Highly recommend Friendship for someones next buying experience! Thanks Friendship!
The best place to deal with. Josh, Andrew, & Marilyn were the best. Kept us up to date.We knew exactly what we were looking for & they hooked us up to exactly what we wanted Not living in TN coming about 2 hours away they were right on what we asked for. One of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with & i have already recommended them to my family. They were all so helpful & never pressured us & that is what we wanted Great dealership to deal with & highly recommend. Thank you Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge for all your help!
I recently decided to purchase a Jeep after always being loyal to the Dodge Brothers, I always saw advertisements for Friendship Jeep of Bristol and the Lifetime power train warranty along with the excellent and very friendly staff put the icing on the cake. I decided to special order one exactly to my liking, and Dale Morrell is the man to get your order in! He made the process very smooth and trouble-free. Weeks later, my ‘21 Jeep Cherokee arrived. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and friendliness as well as professionalism they have. I would recommend them to anyone and other dealerships should look at Friendship Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as their standard. Now I see why so many people go to Friendship.
Took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for repairs in February, didn’t get it back for almost a month. Most of the repairs, minus $450, were covered by my warranty. They replaced the transmission. They did not replace the transfer case or differential. It’s still making the same noise when I put it into 4 wheel drive. When I got it back there was an exhaust leak where it wasn’t put back together properly. I am very disappointed in my service experience. I will not take my Jeep back there for anything. I do not recommend anyone taking their Jeep there for service.
Andreu was great to work with. He knew what I was looking for and helped me get into the new vehicle with ease. Andreu had the right vehicle I wanted in my price range and it had accessories that I didnt know I could afford. I paid cash for my purchase and the finance department helped explain to me the warrenties which I received.— David from Gatlinburg TN
This dealer loves to show big discount then cover up the fact they add in “coverages” that was a issue to remove saying it’s not able to be taken off, then adds accessories that aren’t on the window sticker and refuse to remove them. Not to mention the remarks of the salesperson when I implied I’m not paying for dealer added accessories. Im sure other salespeople are better and I got the bad apple though. Absolutely the most unprofessional salesperson I’ve ever delt with hands down. Sorry I asked you to do your job 👍🏼
This place was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found the car I wanted online, they went to one of their other stores to get it. It was priced fairly, the finance manager Kelsey got me a great rate and payment. I was in and out in leas than a hour. I want to specifically mention David Lynn who was my sales person, very knowledgeable and hilarious, Kelsey Goad she was dynamite and the other staff were so inviting. It was like a little piece of home. Definitely not like your traditional car dealership. You hear laughter and fun! You owe it to yourself to check these guys out! You won’t be disappointed!
I just had the best buying experience at Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Jessica Bellamy, is the best to work with! She made it so easy and convenient. Kelsey Goad was awesome too! And thank you, Kris Childs! I highly recommend this dealership! I LOVE my JEEP !!!I haven’t named her yet thank you
I bought a 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk from Friendship in Bristol, TN at the beginning of January. In the process of buying it, I asked if there had been any incidents related to some paint scratches on the back that may cause issues, such as a leak, as I’ve seen other people having similar issues. I was assured that there were no issues with the car at all and walked through the rest of the purchase, including the purchase of an extended “bumper to bumper” warranty, that I was told would cover any issues that could arise with the car over the next 4 years. It’s been 6 months, & I have had to bring my vehicle back to Friendship 3 times. The first time, it shut down in the middle of the road and wouldn’t get out of low gear. Effectively leaving me stranded on the highway. I called the dealership and they gave me a number for what I was told would be free towing, covered by my warranty. I called the number and was told I would be charged for the towing. I called back to Friendship, & they gave me another number to call. That number was for the Canadian branch of the company. I sat on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting to get a tow truck. The second time I took the vehicle in, I was receiving an error message a few times a week that could be caused by a number of things. They told me since they couldn’t replicate the problem with the vehicle at the time they couldn’t do anything to resolve it.The third time I’ve brought the vehicle back has by far, though, been the worst. I noticed water was getting into the trunk area whenever I would take the vehicle through the car wash, and a soapy stain on the paneling above the window. I scheduled an appointment and was told to bring it in “first thing in the morning,” that day. Upon arrival at 9:30AM, I showed them the stain and said that I thought the leak was coming from somewhere behind the paneling. I was told that I was not on the schedule for the day. Afterwards, I was told that leaks from windows are not covered under the “bumper to bumper” warranty I was sold on the premise of it covering “basically any problem you have with the vehicle.” Then, I was told that the company they subcontracted for leak work already had me on their schedule, but that they weren’t sure what time they would be able to get there. When I brought this information to the used car sales manager, I was told that, “When you buy a used car you’re rolling the dice,” and then asked if I was interested in trading in the vehicle. It’s embarrassing that a company won’t stand behind its product, but it’s actually infuriating to think they believe they can try to upsell you after selling you something with numerous issues. The subcontractors arrived around 2PM and saw the leak was NOT coming from the window, but instead from the spoiler on the vehicle. In short, if someone had taken 30 seconds to pop the panel off and look while a water hose was running over it, the issue would’ve been quickly identified without me waiting all day. I was told that the part in question was not currently at the dealership, so that I would have to wait until they could get the part to replace it and that they would check to see if this was covered under warranty and call me back, as it was a manufacturer’s defect and they said it should be covered. They then told me I was free to head out, but they lost my keys. I had to wait an hour for the subcontractors to return with my keys.I hadnt heard anything for two days & decided to call and was told they still hadn’t heard anything & would call me back. I just received the call a few minutes ago that it won’t be covered under warranty & was told maybe I should talk to the sales department to see if they could do anything. I then came to the conclusion that no one at Friendship can take responsibility, & no one there cares about the customer after the sale. I would highly advise that you dont purchase a vehicle there, especially a used one, because, as their sales manager said, you’ll be rolling the dice.
I had a great interaction with my salesperson, super nice guy and was straightforward with everything, he did his part exceptionally well, however the sales manager I finished up with was less than ideal to work with. I was at the dealer for 5 hours the day I bought my car. Once we finally got in to the office we signed everything and left, only to find out later the vehicle was titled wrong and several other details were written up incorrectly. The manager was a bit cocky too. Liked to brag about all the expensive cars hes had in the past. Im in love with the car but the experience with the dealer was less than ideal.
Bought a car here a few days ago from Madelyn Ferrell and it was the smoothest car buying experience I ever had she was a great car salesman answered all my questions and made the process smooth and clean I will definitely being telling everyone what a great experience I had here and will be buy all my cars from here on out.
Great Customer service. Even though we couldnt get a deal done due to inventory and pricing, they did try and thats all you can ask for! Grayson deserves a big high five for leaving the door open for possible future business. #WarmUpTheBalls
Recently bought a dodge 5500 for my company and had the pleasure of working with Zac bunch who went above and beyond to get us the best price
I have only had (2) what I would call great dealership experiences, this dealership being the second, first one was at Lexus, I have already recommended this dealership to many folks, great job! Sales staff - awesome! Great to deal with!
My family and I recently relocated from California to Tennessee. We focused on 4 wheel drive vehicles due to the property we purchased. At Friendship Auto, we were introduced to Dave Lynn, whose exemplary customer service and personable attitude led us to purchase three (3) vehicles. Dave understands that business ethics is the essence of sustainable success. I highly recommend all of the Friendship dealerships for all of your vehicle purchases. I would like to personally commend Dave Lynn for a job well done and look forward to future business endeavors.
Edit: Original review below. It wasnt easy but I was able to buy the car. My experience was bad, but NOT the fault of Zach Bunche the salesman. The problems are systemic, and as far as I can tell they dont want feedback, despite all the emails requesting feedback and 2 promises to get a call from the GM. I was told again that it was sold before I finally got it. It took 6 business days to complete the sale.------------Ive been trying to buy a car from out of state for 4 days and the salesperson isnt very responsive. I didnt hear from him all day Wednesday, called the dealership and they told me it was sold. Thursday morning he wrote me to say it wasnt. I asked the manager to contact me yesterday and havent heard from them either.
Alicia was best. Right from the start of the process for my Nissan Murano and till delivery she was excellent. She made sure she answered all my questions, and she got it delivered we were 180 miles away. All paperwork/vehicle delivery was done pretty quick. It was a smooth/best remote buying experience . I will surely recommend her and dealership for any one.
Remember the name Jessica Bellamy when you shop at this dealership. Her dedication to customer service 5 star rating is a 10. The best experience shopping for a car ever. Absolutely no stress or anxiety that usually occurs when going to purchase a vehicle existed. Highly recommend Friendship Dodge. Made our move from Utah even better
We are very disappointed and never going back to Friendship Dodge. We recently went to use our last prepaid oil change and tire rotation. They came back about 30mins later and said that our breaks were 3s in the front and 4s on the back. I’m not sure what kind of measurements they are using but went to another local Auto Service place and they said all of our breaks were 6s. Dodge also said we had extra things we needed to do and was going to cost us over $1400 before tax. The other place said only one issue was found that Dodge did and it was half the price of that one thing. I am never using dodge again. They are liars and just want your money. You have lost our business!
Zach Bunche was our salesman and he was amazing. A very good experience buying and getting what we wanted. 100% would recommend.
Alisha was great to work with. I love my new Sahara!
Took a diesel van to be serviced. They recommended replacing DEF tank and pump assembly because it was leaking though they refused to show us the leak. Then when the service manager was asked why they wouldnt show this he claimed that we never asked. This dealer may be good to work with for purchasing vehicles but the service department has treated us poorly and I have felt they were dishonest with us on multiple occasions.
I always have great experience when I take my car in for service. Everyone is always so nice and keeps me up on what going on with my jeep.
Very bad customer service experience. Did not have the cars on the lot that where listed even after giving the stock# so they would be ready to test drive. Didn’t seem to want to make any kind of deal. Told we would think about it and call them back. Called x3 and left 2 voice messages still no return call 4 days later. Will not return to this dealership. Poor customer service.
My husband and I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with the assistance of salesperson Jessica Ballamy. Best experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle, used or new! Jessica was extremely knowledgable regarding the features of the Jeep. She knew the answer to each question I posed her. Jessica was helpful during out test-drive pointing out the best features of the Jeep and hidden features of the Jeep. During our closing transaction, Jesssica assisted us with the transfer of our stuff from our used Jeep to our new Jeep. She gave my husband and me privacy in her office to discuss the final financial transaction. I would highly reccommend Jessica and Friendship for anyone purchasing any vehicle, used or new. We felt like we were family! Should we need an additional vehicle, Jessica will be my first contact! Thank you Jessica and Friendship CJD!
5 Stars for Madelyn she was amazing and had great customer service. Was very pleased with my purchase. The head manager Kris was also great for the most part as well. Kris did however go back and mark out some items on the we owe list after the dealership signed and I both signed the paper. Great experience other than that.
I cannot thank this dealership enough for the service they provided. Madelyn Ferrell went above and beyond and I highly recommend anyone to ask for her. She will give you the best deal she possibly can work! Thanks to the entire management team, also!
Madelyn Ferrell was the sales person who helped me with my purchase of a 2020 Ram 2500 truck. She went way above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible deal. Even, after the purchase when I call with a question she immediately takes care of me. Make sure you stop by and see Madelyn for your next auto purchase! Thank You Madelyn!
Awesome people and nice vehicles. I would highly recommend them. They did everything to get me approved and driving home. It’s the way all people should be. Courteous.
Just purchased a truck from this dealership. We had the pleasure of working with Zach and Eric. Zach worked with us to get the best price on the truck and he was even able to get us all our trade in value for our car. So no negative equity! We did this all over the phone and when the end amount was perfect they had everything ready when we arrived. Would highly recommend! Thank you.
Great experience with this crew from salesmen to financing!
Not a good experience at all. Bought a suv not long ago and was beyond excited about it. Left the dealership, 150 miles later my dash illuminated with different check lights. Pulled codes and it needed a huge fix, literally its worth just buying a new engine. 3600 dollar fix the second day of ownership.Told them what happened and they wanted to get me in the shop the next week.Once there basically the only thing I hear from them is it isnt their problem at all. I really thought a place with a rep like this would genuinely want the best for their customers. All this trouble and I havent even gotten my metal plate in the mail.Go elsewhere.
If I could give No Stars I would! I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I found exactly what I was looking for over the weekend. On Monday morning at 8:37 am I received an email from Marilyn Delorey who said the vehicle was available and gave me several times to come test drive it that day! I explained that I live in NC and she transferred me to the Forest City NC dealership and they took it from there. I spoke with the Business Development Manager Katherine Minter who confirmed with the Bristol Dealership that they DID in fact have the truck I wanted and was still for sale and that they COULD transfer it to the NC dealership. All day Monday I was in constant contact with Elizabeth Dechant who was now helping me with the purchase. I signed the Financial paperwork, gave the $500 holding fee. They hit my credit, which I have excellent credit, for the credit check. I was advised they would transport the Truck Tuesday morning and I could come pick it up at 3:00 pm Tuesday afternoon (today). They advised me to add it to my insurance which I did and I cancelled my insurance on the vehicle I was trading in. All of this was done on Monday. 3 people verified the truck was available. I get a call at 7:00 pm on Monday night from Elizabeth Dechant who informed me that she just found out that the truck I am purchasing had someone who put a $500 holding fee on it on Saturday and that they couldnt sell the truck to me! You can imagine my SHOCK!!!This is a dealership who sells vehicles all day long and they made this huge mistake! They blamed it on some salesperson who didnt put a holding tag on the vehicle! I went through the entire purchasing process and I have absolutely nothing to show for it! All I got was a sorry from the manager in Forest City. This is completely unprofessional! Be careful because they will sell a car right out from under you!
We purchased 2 Toyota preowned vehicles on april3. 2021 our sales consultant Ricky Leonard went above and beyond to help us get the best deals we could we are very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!!
I recently purchased a new Ram 2500 4x4 truck and was very pleased withthe ease of the transaction and great sales support from Madelyn Ferrell. She was very professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help make our purchase as smooth as possible.
No pressure on trying to sell me a vehicle. Only asked what I was looking for and when I told them a truck just wanted to know how I planned to use it. Great friendly salesperson that wore a mask the entire time.
Dave Lynn is the person to go to here. We had such a wonderful buying experience. He goes above and beyond to help you find your dream car, and the lot has so many great options. Thank you Friendship!!
I had driven my old Cherokee for 14 years and it had done about all it came here to do. I needed a new car badly but hadnt had a car payment in over 9 years. After figuring what I felt I could afford I went to Friendship Chrysler/Jeep in Bristol, Tn. I was hooked up with Dale Morrell and he started working on something that would fit my budget. After deciding on the Jeep Compass we started working on figures. Dale did everything in his power to make the deal work and finally on Friday, July 28th I proudly drove away in my new car. I have never had anybody work so hard to seal the deal and even when I was getting discouraged Dale never gave up. I couldnt be happier.
I went looking at Friendship Chrysler Jeep and DodgeFor a new vehicle, My neighbor had recommendedJessica Bellamy to me, When I got their Jessica was waiting for me and showed me vehicles I was interested in and I choose a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and we made a deal. Jessica was such a great help in the process of getting my new Jeep,I cant thank her enough for showing me all the features on my jeep and things I didnt know about it.This young lady is a real professional and knows how to treat a person. Thank you Jessica for all you did for me.
Everything went smooth. Andrew Hawksby was a great salesman and our finance guy was great as well. They stayed late to get us finished up. Overall a really good experience
I wanted to share my recent experience with Friendship Jeep Bristol. I have always used Friendship for service on my vehicles due to their outstanding service department. On January 1st 2021 I had the oil and filter changed on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk Ecodiesel at the new Bristol Dealership. I drove the vehicle back to Shelby, NC were I am employed. After two days being back in NC, the Check Oil Filter light came on and the engine started to heat up. I was able to return home and when I opened the hood I found oil had spewn all over the engine, up under the hood, all along the under carriage of the vehicle and was dripping on the concrete driveway. I called Friendship and I was directed to have the vehicle towed to their other dealership in nearby Forest City, NC. Jeep Roadside assistance towed the vehicle but in the process they damaged the front fascia and tow hook. The service department at Forest City was able to pressure wash the engine but the vehicle was still dripping with oil underneath. I again contacted Friendship Bristol and spoke with Frankie and he asked if I would agree to have my vehicle picked up in NC in exchange for a loaner vehicle. Frankie wanted to detail the vehicle and repair any damages. I agreed to his request and I was given a new vehicle to drive while my vehicle was in service. In the meantime, (over a period of time) I had several calls and emails exchanged with Jeep Roadside in attempts to file a claim to repair the damages they caused. Unfortunately, Jeep Roadside was extremely difficult to deal with and my claim was denied due to lack of a witness. However, Friendship Bristol (Frankie and his department) stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for the damages incurred with Roadside assistance and repaired and replaced the front fascia, tow hook and hood liner. The vehicle was returned to me today (in Shelby, NC) and I was impressed with the workmanship and detailing on the vehicle. They did a superb job and I am extremely happy. Frankie and Friendship Bristol took a bad situation and made it right with no questions or hesitation. This is the standard and example that other dealerships should follow. You can rest assured your vehicle will be properly serviced and issues resolved with responsibility when dealing with Friendship Jeep in Bristol, TN. Thanks again!!
This was my first dealership vehicle purchase in many years and I did not want to have to buy/finance but it was time...Jessica Bellamy immediately found some prospects based on what I told her and within a few minutes I had decided on one of them. The rest was a breeze thanks to Jessicas communication with myself and everyone else (and their work as well).Ive never had a better dealership experience (and I have had many).Go there...ask for Jessica Bellamy...no worries
Awful customer service. I cannot even begin to describe the unprofessionalism of the sales staff. We visited last Friday evening and made an offer on a vehicle. When we were FINALLY waited on, and the car was FINALLY located, we were able to see it. The vehicle had not been through service or detailing so we couldn’t drive it. We were told we would be called when it was ready. We had to call instead of them calling us. We called three times this past week. Each time, we were told the vehicle wasn’t ready. Called today and for some reason they had no record of ever talking to us and they didn’t honor the deal we did offered them last week, which they said they would. Won’t ever try to deal with them again.
Recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade Sport from Friendship CJD. Our sales associate was Tom Jackson. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. During the shopping process, we had some delays due to our heat going out during the coldest part of the winter and scheduling conflicts. Tom checked in with us to ensure that everything was alright. He truly treated us like family. The purchasing process was easier than any other dealership that I had delt with. Negotiations were met with relative ease. The manager was also kind, and willing to work with us. Also, due to scheduling conflicts as mentioned above; we were only able to to get there shortly before 6 pm. Both Tom and Dominic (financial department) stayed well after closing to finalize the purchase. Dominic was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the different warranty options. He took the time to explain everything in great detail. From being to end, there was no pressure.
Dale Morrell was my sales person and he went above and beyond! I thought I had found the vehicle I wanted to buy at one of the Friendship sister stores and they were going to deliver it to this location in Bristol for me. Unfortunately, that other location sold that vehicle the same day I found it. Dale spent the next several weeks pricing different vehicles that I had found on their site and suggesting others that he came across until I found the perfect vehicle for me at their store in Boone, NC. Even the manager got involved a few times to price a few for me and when I found the vehicle I wanted, he contacted the manager at the other store and ensured they didnt sell it so that I could buy it. Dale went personally that weekend and picked it up and brought it back for me. He made sure it was detailed, fueled up and ready to go for me to test drive it. Dale and Kelsey (the finance manager) made the entire process of purchasing the car and trading in my old vehicle SO easy! Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Friendship!
Detail Shop~Top Notch on final cleaning, ceramic coating & interior protection!! Detail Manager thank you for taking care of our New 2020 Ram!!Madlyn Ferrell & sales team thank you for getting is in & out so quickly!! We love our new Truck!!
Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Bristol has a great selection with super helpful employees! Jessica Bellamy assisted us with the purchase of our new vehicle. She was very efficient, friendly, and made sure we had everything that we needed. The whole process was stress free and convenient. Also, their facilities are nice and clean!
I had a great jeep buying experience working with Jessica Bellamy! She was amazing at helping me find the exact jeep I was looking for in the price range I wanted! I would highly recommend talking to her if you are looking at buying a vehicle! Not to mention she seemed like the hardest working one there all three time I was there! Thanks Jessica!
I would say that the employees are very friendly here, the main issue is communication is lacking. Jessica Bellamy was our salesman and was working on our information with banks, we were denied (I’m assuming) because she never reached out to us about the decision. Back in 2018, I myself decided to try to finance a vehicle here and had the same issue and with her, as my salesman then. She lacks communication, which goes a long way when you do have the resources to shop for a new vehicle in the years to come. My s/o and I will go to Blue Ridge or Autonation for any of our Mopar needs, going forward.
Horrible customer service. Was lied to about by Alicia about how damage to vehicle would be fixed and ended up having to leave the vehicle there for 12 days. The taillights lights no longer sit flush due to the horrible repair job. The GM Kris says it must have just been a verbiage misunderstanding. Had to call and request the locking wheel locks, 2nd key, and 1st place finish I had paid for. No one returns calls and everyone’s voicemail is full. Had to have the rear differential repaid and axle replaced 3 months after purchase.
Excellent service department and follow up. We all reach out for help no matter our profession and this facility always does an excellent job in sales and service!!!
I got my Jeep Cherokee from Friendship in March. My salesman, Eric Hayes, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable of the cars and was a great help in figuring out what I wanted. I was so pleased with my experience there. My mom also got a car from Eric in May! We highly recommend Friendship CDJR and Eric Hayes for you next car purchase!!
Not sure how this post even occurred. I have never owned a King Ranch - and even if I did - I wouldnt bad mouth an employee like that.
I had an excellent all around experience with this dealership! Zach Bunche is a class act, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for all of your car buying needs!
Had nothing short of an exceptional experience here! Our sales consultant, Eric Hayes, did everything he could to help us but never once made us feel pressured or pushed, which we experienced frequently from other dealerships. He actually made the purchasing process fun and we wouldn’t have been able to drive our new car home without him. Could not be more thankful for him or this dealership for helping me get my dream car on my terms! Outstanding service for sure!
We bought a Jeep renegade in May! This was our second purchase as a family! It was a great experience both times. Eric Hayes was by far the greatest salesman ever. We will definitely buy from here again.
I live over 6 hrs away and did everything over the phone with Eric Coalson. He was quick to call me back and answer any questions. It was the quickest deal I have made and I got exactly what I wanted! He even had it delivered to me very quickly by some really nice guys!
No complaints.
So pleased with this company! They went above & beyond to get us in the truck my husband wanted! Salesman was not pushy at all, and the finance guy was incredible! Highly recommend buying your next vehicle with them!
If you’re looking to buy a vehicle ask for Eric! It was the quickest deal I’ve ever made and just a down to earth guy.. not the typically salesman who’s just looking to make a quick sale! My next vehicle is wherever he is at!
We have dealt with Jessica Bellamy for several years and she is absolutely amazing. The service center is fantastic and we have only awesome things to say about the dealer has a whole. 10/10, highly recommend.
I’ve been researching some vehicles lately and Madelyn has been very attentive to my search and providing me with knowledge
I found just was I was looking for at Friendship CJDR. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Dale Morrell was very helpful and knowledgeable and made my buying experience a pleasure. I purchased a 2020 Dodge Durango and couldnt be happier!
Just bought my second Jeep Renegade from Jessica- got a great deal. Very nice and courteous staff. Thanks Jessica
Had spent a whole week last week speaking with people at the Chrysler dodge Jeep and ram dealership. Came in last Saturday to see about making a deal on a brand new car. The gentleman that I dealt with was not very helpful he had only worked with the company for a month. However I had certain stipulation that would allow me to buy a new car from them. When it came down to it the sales manager (wish I had caught his name) sits down slams his hands on the table looks at my wife and I and says that what we are asking is unreasonable. Now let me say that our “unreasonable” request was the difference of $1,000 that’s all it took and we would have had a deal. But honestly the biggest problem was the rude sales manager and his mightier than us attitude. But it’s ok because I drove 15 minutes down the road to the Wallace dealership across from the fancy friendship billboard and got what I asked for for a extremely nice new Subaru off the show room floor. So your rude sales manager and $1,000 cost you what could have been $40,000 sale.
My overall experience with this dealership is nothing less than outstanding. The quality of their vehicles (both new and used) is nothing less than top tier. My family has bought a total of 3 vehicles from Friendship. If in the future I am ever looking for another they will be my first stop, and I will recommend them to any and everyone that I meet that is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Jessica Bellamy sold me my 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited yesterday. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase. Staff was awesome, great place to buy a Jeep.
Staff was amazing and helpful. Zach, Brittinee, Micheal all went above and beyond to get me in my new vehicle. They were not pushy like normal sales people and really had my best interest in mind and I really liked that. Zach is top notch. He is funny, helpful and genuine. Would definitely work with him in the future.
Dale and Andrew are great guys. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable!

Service was great...set up an appointment for an issue I was having...once the issue was diagnosed, I was in and out in 35 minutes.
I had a great buying experience this weekend! Eric Coalson was my salesman, and he absolutely knows his stuff. He helped me get into a new Jeep this weekend, and he was excellent at providing answers with all the questions I had. The buying experience was fast and easy, and I look forward to future business with Eric and the rest of the staff at Friendship CJDR!
Dee Dee & everyone in the service dept was very nice & helpful. I liked the fact I was able to take car in on same day I called. Very efficient & friendly. Time it took to get repairs done. Very impressed with speed & quality of work.
Truly a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. From the minute my wife and I walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly member of the staff. It was a pleasure to work with Al and Zach. Al did a great job with the numbers and Zach took the extra time getting us started on the deal. Ive had many car buying experiences and this was by far the best I have ever had.
I recently traded for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. My experience was extremely positive as soon as I met Mr.Dale Morrell sales consultant. We dicussed many factors such as price, trade in values, the vehicle itself, financials etc. Mr. Morrell was very courteous, accomodating and extremely knowledgeable and communicated very well! After our discussion, I was ready to make a decision but wanted to think about it overnight. The next morning I called Mr. Morrell with my decision to trade and drove to Friendship and completed the transaction. This was done smoothly and expediently. I have been enjoying my New Jeep!! I would recommend Friendship to anyone who wants to be treated courteously, fairly and with respect.
Best buying experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with Eric Coalson and he is really good at his job knows his product knowledge better than any I’ve seen. Excellent truck and excellent deal. Go see Eric at Friendship!
Best Experience Car Shopping This is the first time I didnt leave a car dealership with a migraine! Between Richards humor and patience to help me find a vehicle I wanted. And Al Kingburys professionalism to get it to the price I was comfortable with. It was definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone. They werent pushy and really cared about what I wanted. They didnt try to make me settle. I want to thank them so much for my new Renegade!!
Eric was great to work with. Purchasing the vehicle was so smooth! He has also went the extra mile to call me to see how the car was doing, if I had any questions, and if I got my tags in the mail. He is very knowledgeable.
Just a bizarre experience. Agreed on a purchase price and received the carfax and called back today. Car had been sold earlier in the day, yet they still agreed on a price and specifics to me. Zero inside communication and a bunch of sales managers for sure.
I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, had started the paperwork via phone and email, since I live out of state, had informed them that I had the money for the vehicle, we had agreed on a price and then I got a text message the next day at 4pm saying that they had sold the jeep out from under me that morning with the sales person, stating that they dont hold vehicles. He didnt even have the decency to call me. We were in agreement that i was buying it so Im still not sure how that is holding a vehicle since the paperwork was already in motion. This is very poor business practice and i would steer clear of any business that treats people this way. If i could have gave them 0 stars would have. Extremely disappointed.
Worst customer service ever! I’ve never been to a dealership where you have to question....do they sell vehicles here? Words of advise....keep your keys while test driving a vehicle. Not only could they not find the keys to their vehicles but they misplaced mine. All in all not impressed and although our first time here it will for sure be the last!
We were pleasantly surprised at how personable everyone at Friendship CJD in Bristol was, especially Mitch Hooper. I cant say enough how much we actually didnt despise the entire process of buying our new Jeep Rubi from Mitch. This is one of exactly two dealerships I would ever consider for a repeat purchase. Do yourself a favor if youre in the market for a new Jeep, stop by and ask for Mitch. You wont be sorry!
Brought a car in to check for the source of water/dampness in the interior and was told car was tested by heavy water application and no problems found. When I picked the car up right after testing was supposedly completed, it was still covered in tree pollen and had cobwebs on the rear wiper arm. Instances like this are why people don’t trust dealerships. Now I must question whether my oil changes and other required services were actually performed or not. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location or any other Friendship location for service or vehicle purchasing.
Jessica Bellamy really did a great job helping my son find his dream car and making it happen!
Jessica and Mr. Clark are excellent. Jessica is very knowledgeable about Ram trucks and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Clark will do everything possible to make a deal you as a buyer is happy with. Could not have asked for a better buying experience.
Jessica was very helpful and professional. She worked very quickly I would definitely buy from here again.
I have known them for the past 8 years, and they have never failed. Hats off to my good friend, Tom Hall, a straight shooter from the hip. Always very honest and candid.
