This business has need to focus on have a efficient method for high volume of customers checking out at the same time . Weekends can be very busy for larger towns. One has to know the right time to go to avoid heavy influx of customers . Some stores have more to offer that others all base on location.

I always love taking a Walmart trip, I always find things I need, and also fun things I want for reasonable prices.

Walmart in general is about as convenient as you can get if you cant wait for an online seller to ship you something. If you want almost anything they probably have something similar to fulfill your need. Id also say that the customer service is pretty great considering the volume of people and the volume of items that need to be stocked. While the customer service and organization of the items in the store are not always amazing I usually give the staff the benefit of the doubt that theyre trying their best considering the circumstances. If you are kind to fellow humans, they will usually be kind to you... Or less grumpy at least.

Employees are so nice and very helpful to me always! Only 4 stars because the availability of products is spotty at times and shelves are frequently empty

The pickup service is worthless waited for 45mins or more, definitely a Walmart, bad customer service and super trashy... checked in at the parking spot for pick up and waited over 25 minutes and no one was there to bring the stuff out, went inside to the “pick-up” area (register 15) and there was no one to help, had to call for the manager and the team lead (David) helped (took another 20mins), the person in charge (name unknown because apparently she has no identification/name tag/badge nor can provide her name) was on lunch and there was NO ONE else in the entire store to cover for the shift???!!!! ... The Coach (forgot her name) heard my complain but really didn’t do anything about it, I hope that the store manager knows that no one works there on the weekends and that she needs to write up everyone.Will definitely escalate this all the way up to corporate because this is ridiculous.

This walmart always has what Im looking for, doing my return was way too long of a wait due to a person sending money I think a western union type of issue...there should definitely be 1 person/register for that type of stuff not to hold up return customers, it was a bit frustrating and cut back on more shopping time for me.

Its Walmart; they have basically everything you need at a cheapish price but the staff are either trying their best or not trying at all.

Hit or miss with who you get in terms of customer service. Ive had helpful and the useless thats not my department type of worker. If you like savings and rolling the dice this is your place! Might get in and out or you might spend a year trying to get help. The more you allow employees to say thats not my department the more popular you make Amazon FYI.

I buy my over-the-counter meds at Walmart because theyre cheaper than I can get them anywhere else. I make a list before I go into the store of the meds I need and anything else I want to pick up. I dont think Ive ever left the store with my complete list checked off. Im still miffed at them when I went looking for sweatpants in the summer. One of the employees told me they dont sell sweatpants in the summer. Like people dont go jogging or work out in the gym where youd want to wear sweatpants. I know what I can get there and Im learning quickly what I cant. Its a Walmart.

It an ok store, been to better Wal-Marts. The staff is a bit rude at times and the store is never really fully stocked even if you look online or call to confirm an item is stocked. Also, theres always carts blocking the way you need to get through, which is annoying.

Worst place on this godforsaken earth. I dont even know why I bother with Walmart especially the bristol zoo location...... its a medical I dont get into a fist fight whenever I do come to this awful place.....

What can you say about a store that is timeless? You want it, they have it! Always very busy, always well stocked or stocking the shelves. One big issue....there are never enough employees around to ask questions. They are usually in a huddle talking to each other!!!

Id give it zero stars if possible. A line of over 20 people because there was only one cashier.

Friendly employees. Im not familiar with this location so I asked an employee where something was located and she stopped fixing her shelves and brought me to the location. She even waited for me to get to the aisle because I walk a little slower due to a disability. The employees in this location are friendlier than a different location that my daughter and I were in a few days before this.

Autumn who work at the Customer service was rude and unkind, terrible work ethic .She should not work at the customer service desk. If she doesnt like to work she should quit the job instead making customer left before getting service.The worst experience I never had in my life at the Walmart. Does this Walmart of a policy to follow and watch those of a darker skin tone at the self checkout line? The helper who waves people into the open spot walked right by my side to the scanner then proceeded to watch and I suspect count every item I scanned. She wasn’t paying any attention to any of the other 4 people checking out but had eyes for me until I printed out the receipt then she walked back to where she was before I came in. She didn’t even try to hide the fact that she was watching and waiting for me specifically!I come into the store 1-3 times a month and spend 200-400 each visit. Why are your employees watching colored individuals? Maybe it’s time for an ethics overview to address what is, and may be deemed offensive to your customers.

Hi with all the walmart I have been, I didnt really liked they were understock, & not to many items on the shelves, & other than that its ok, however the cashier were nice shame that they have to work on site, please corporate do something, its a good & nice location.

When you go shopping here in groceries always check in the back because they put old stuff upfront so u got to check expiration date

This Walmart is always well stocked and easy to navigate. The staff is always very helpful. The checkout lines arent ever really long and they move fast.

When visiting a store this size please remember your not the only one that shops there. They will be out of stock on things from time to time. Most of the workers here do their best to keep the shelves full and get people the necessities they need. I have alsmot no issues here and get what I need and get back out.

Had three small items, no Express checkout, self pay wont take cash, the few lines open were packed . Avoid the Bristol store.

Not the biggest fan of this walmart. Its very unorganized and has limited supplies. More than likely due to covid. I only go if I have to go. The staff was extremely friendly so that was a bonus.

Their customer service is terrible. The employees look like they dont even want to be there half the time and the other half they just dont give straight answers or the answers you need to a question especially when it comes to online orders. However, I do like that their prices are decent especially during Black Friday sales. And their parking is better than other locations.

This store is in a convenient location. The service was quick and lines were a bit busy not bad. I came to this walmart garden center for the first time and I was very dissapointed. There were barley any plants and the succulents and cacti I came to see that were left in stock were poorly handled I mean aloe on the floor. The plant that heals....you have soil in most succulents causing them to rot God I wish I worked there to make it better....so I grabbed three to take home and got them for 1.50 I wish I could take them off your hands cause they are hard for this location to take care of living things.....l am satisfied with my cactuses they are as healthy as could be no ty for the cheap plants....

Always such long lines and so many employees walking around staring at the massive amounts of people waiting in the only 3 of 15 register lines they have open. I have also noticed that some employees are super great and friendly time and again while checking out and others on the floor have besn repeatedly cranky and unhelpful.

The worse Walmart besides Waterbury that I have even went too. You can never find someone to help you ! There are way too many young kids fooling around and not doing their jobs. I waited over a half hour just for someone to acknowledge me at order pick up after I checked in . I also called electronics 9 times stayed on hold then decided to go there and guess what they were doing NOTHING! Just not answering the phone ! This place is a nightmare !

I been going here for 5 years and I always find what Im looking for everyone is so friendly, they try they best to help the customers the best they can.

Dressing rooms were disgusting filthy while pandemic is not totally over! 1 checkout register open, self serve register were being forced to use long lines while associates wondered around aimlessly very disappointed!!

This store programs their registers to redeem manufacturers coupons at a lower rate than the product rings up for. They are committing fraud. Be careful!

This Walmart is somewhat clean and well organized. Ive been going here for several years so I know where everything is. For a small Walmart they have a good variety of stuff. I would like to see them replace it with a super Walmart one day just because there isnt much food options. Most of the employees are nice but could be better. Its 2021 and the only reason I say that. If it was 1990 still most would probably be looking for another job. Lol o be over all a good store.

After waiting close to 30 minutes, I tried to make a holiday return with a receipt and they refused, even though they could not show me any policy on receipt or wall that says no holiday returns.
