I was in the area and came across this shop by chance. As soon as I walked in there were a few hats to the left. I started looking through them and was immediately startled by a cockroach on the brim of a purple bucket hat. I instantly let out a yelp and turned around and left. I didn’t even get a chance to look through the store but I will never return. My skin is still crawling just thinking about it. Now I think twice before purchasing preloved items. Gross!!!

I love bargain shopping and really LOVE consignment and thrift shops. I had heard about this place and decided to check it out. My first impression upon walking in was that the store had a strong odor (which made me not want to touch anything). The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and explained their pricing system to me. They use the Syms method, which means the longer an item is there the cheaper it is. Personally, I thought their pricing was a bit expensive for what they had and if you did see something you liked you would have to keep going back and take the chance that it would still be there. The jewelry counter and the shoe area were very organized, everything else seemed to be all mixed in, making it very hard to find the correct sizing. A positive was the clerk explained that if you did purchase something, to save your receipt for a $1.00 off your next purchase (within a time limit, of course), and if you are collector of vintage handbags they had a decent collection. Would I go back? Probably not.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME! To consign clothes they make your appointment a month out which is not a big deal. I had to make and reschedule 2 appointments because of other conflicting appointments. They were happy to do so but each time the app.s were pushed a month. I finally get an app. on the 31st of May and drive 40mins to get to the store. The woman behind the desk (half black/gray hair ponytail) does not greet me. I say Hi & I have an 11:30am appointment. She proceeds to tell me I dont and nor have I ever had an app. there in the past 3 months. Now I have spoke to these people more than 10X in 3 months. This woman did not care how far I drove or if they messed up my appointment time and did not even try to accommodate me at that moment. And even if she couldnt she did not offer me a new appointment. Extremely unpleasant woman! My reason for this review is so the owner will know how incompetent this woman is working for them, she is working against you. And to future consigners beware and make sure you call right before you go to your appointment so you dont waste your time like I did.
