I would strongly not recommend cornerstone lab located in PA. They made wrong promises on delivery of the cases when they wanted my business. Once I started working with them, first few cases came as promised and then they did not keep up with their promise. Dave and Cale were so rude over phone with one of my team members. Lab is suppose to be a partner to provide excellent oral care to patient. I dont think Cornerstone understands this and are not professional at all.Honestly I am not sure cases are completed in states or overseas. As when cases are sent via scanner and still taking 2.5 weeks and not notifying office makes me think that I am paying fees to get my work done in states not overseas.

Cornerstone Dental Labs is one of the best in Bucks County! They are a full-service dental laboratory that is committed to excellence. Their client success team is amazing! They always take the time to make sure I have what I need and all my questions are answered. Their technicians are knowledgeable, do amazing work and really care about patient outcomes. When I need to work with sales its always a pleasure! You can tell their really care about my success.

This lab has been nothing but superb. The work is excellent and Ive never had any issues. Dave and Jay showed me around the lab. All employees were positive and motivated and it was clear everybody truly enjoyed working there. I will definitely continue sending lab cases to them.

Ive been working with the technicians at Cornerstone (formerly Bio-Comp) for 20 years. During that time they have consistently provided me with the highest level of customer service and quality. In recent years most of our cases are digitally fabricated ceramic restorations. The fit contacts and esthetics have been excellent. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Dental Laboratory.

Cornerstone dental lab is the greatest. They have a lifetime warranty on their work and it became needed recently when a patient bit funny on a piece of pizza crust and fractured a sizable portion of his implant crown. Being only a year and a half in service, the patient was very distraught about having to pay for another one. I re-sent the digital file and Cornerstone made a new crown at no charge. Needless to say, the patient, and myself, are very happy with the results. Cornerstone stands behind their guarantee!

Our experience with Cornerstone has been nothing less than horrendous. We started off OK, but slowly and surely our dentists became less and less happy with their work product. Additionally their invoicing had many flaws and caused excessive administrative time on our part. Some of that may have been related to our having multiple offices and providers, however, those issues were addressed up front by myself and our business requirements in lab invoice reconciliations in their initial sales meeting with our company. What is of greatest concern is that we decided to no longer use Cornerstone and sought to reconcile their invoices with our accounting. I had allowed cases in progress to be completed. The result was that Cornerstone has held the cases that they were working on hostage to being paid. Despite my representations that any $ shown to be due would be paid, Cornerstone has adversely affected patient care by not releasing cases that they have been working on. Any one doing business with or contemplating doing business with Cornerstone Dental Labs should clearly beware of what should be considered unethical business practices.C.Lisman, DMDPresident Dental Health Associates, P.A.
