Very disappointed with their repair of a double pane window. They used silicone around the edge of the new glass that was amateur at best. To much silicone was used and was all over the glass. Took it back and it was redone, not any better. Go some where else for double pane window repair!

Window was returned in 2 days. But inside struts were crooked. When replaced, the struts were dirty, with debris on the inside of the window. Would recommend factory replacement.

Took in a window 2 months ago. When they rarely answer the phone, they have no information on it and take a message but no one returns the call.Stopped in and was told window was delivered to them broken.I have left 8 messages with no return calls.

Ordered a replacement glass 5 weeks ago, been calling the last 2 weeks to see if it has came in, they dont even answer the phone, nor return my calls.
