This Health store is the best I have ever been associated with. The woman who owns and runs it is named Becky and she is very knowledgeable of ALL the products. Customer service is outstanding and you don’t feel pressured into anything. This store is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had only been in the store once and that was over ten years ago. I went there the other day searching for a natural remedy for tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Becky was very helpful in showing me various products and explaining how they might help. Positive experience there and I will shop there again.

I was visiting from out of state and looking for something specific. I wasnt sure if theyd have because I hadnt had much luck in finding it... but they had it! I also picked up some locally made lip balm at a great price which is an awesome little souvenir from Tennessee! Ive recommended the store to my friends who live in Bristol!

The owner of Bristol Health Food is an amazing lady. First of all she is extremely knowledgeable on the products that she carries in her store. Second, she will spend as much time as you need to answer any and all questions that u have. Plus she has always been very honest and up front about the products that Im interested in. She goes above and beyond what she has to, to educate and to make me happy. Its not just about making a sell to her. It is by far the best customer service that we have ever had. First time going into the store looking for a way to drop my weight.....as soon as my daughter and I walked in we were immediately greeted by a very friendly lady who was very helpful....plan on going back in a few days to try some B vitamins/supplements that she recommended so hopeful that I can get this 50 pounds off sooner then later😀
