I come here for inspection every time. Today I had came and it was a few minutes after lunch time and the sign was still up. I figured he was running behind and I didnt mind to wait. Well 20 or so minutes passed and a guy apologized for my wait and said Brandon who does inspection should be back soon that he is running behind. I told the guy it was fine and I dont mind to wait here. Almost 45 minutes later another customer came in and said he needed and inspection too and that is when Brandon pulled in. Another employee came to the window area and the older customer went to the window at the same time as I did and I was so livid thinking I was going to be skipped like I always am and the employee spoke directly to me and asked for my keys and told the older customer that he was after me. I almost cried because most places would have just ignored me and skip me even for how long Id been waiting for. My point is Im really impressed on their professionalism and will continue to go here because of that. Im very appreciative of people who do their job to their best of their ability. Its very rare nowadays.

These guys are very friendly very knowledgeable and theyre not the cheapest but but theyre not the highest either theyre really good

A little on the pricy side however I know my vehicle is in excellent hands with them and would recommend them over anyone in area make shure to make Opointment before hand.

Love, love, love this establishment and their customer service. Im from Bristol and I always took my car there for routine service and more. But I have not lived there in 10 years, and when I go back to visit I purposely wait to get my car serviced by them. Good honest, reasonably priced service... key word being HONEST.

I was told to bring my car in after 2 pm. I arrived around 2:20 and by 3:05 I was on my way home with a new muffler at the price quoted. Very nice people and no long wait time. Highly recommend them.

Tech told me: cant align to factory specs. Toyota says: 120 bucks, we can. I just doled out 500 for new tires. I have a huge headache. I want to be fair. What would you do?

Use to be a good place to have your car worked on. They have expanded and now they are too busy to even get an inspection sticker. One of the guys that works there does a crappy job when working on your vehicle and he talks about his fellow employees to the customers.
