Staff is over the top in customer service. Had a few issues I couldnt figure out on my phone. Todd explained everything that was happening and how to fix the issue(s). Highly recommend!

We recently switched our service from another provider to T-Mobile. Eddie assisted us and was very professional, courteous and patient making it a smooth transition.

What a good experience at the store. Eddie was so helpful and provided me with so many options. Most knowledgable person I have ever met in the phone industry. Sadly I can only give 5 stars.

We stopped in to swap sprint sim cards for the new T-mobile sim cards in two iPhones and activate a new line as well. Todd was very friendly and was able to get everything accomplished during our visit.

Todd and Eddie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and professionals with transferring a number from one account to another the actual problem is when corporate gets involved it took a over 3 hours and one supervisor to another supervisor to another so why bother having good knowledgeable professional employees like Todd and Eddie if you tie their hands and instead of calling the store to talk with Todd or Eddie it was a 3 way call on speaker for everyone in the store to hear the conversation and personal information given was totally inappropriate and uncomfortable for all and unprofessional of Tmobile corporate executives to handle this situation like that Maybe these two should give corporate a lesson in what to do in situation like this Thank God for Todd and Eddie for keeping us calm

Eddie and his coworker (Jenna possibly?! He told me and I forgot) were absolutely amazing. We thought the store closed at 6 today, not 5. We got there right before 5 & they were so nice about helping us, staying late, etc. I felt awful coming in that close to closing but really needed the replacement phone & they never once made us feel bad about being there. 20/10 experience.

The sale rep Ronnie was amazing. Answered all my questions was through and patient with all my needs. Didnt push anything on me but was sure to offer me everything. I would highly recommend asking for Ronnie and will definitely be returning to this location.

I had a promo mess up from awhile ago and the manager Jeremiah was there to fix it and he was nice and then I called him to ask about it and he was let go so they’re back to having no staff again, why are there always new people. I found a store I liked and they let jeremiah go how is anything ever going to get fixed.

Prior Tmobile employees made a mistake inputting my 2 for 1 deal on my s10e phones, when they allowed me to pay for the first phone in full, up front. I followed their instructions and allowed for 2 months for my bill to reflect the 2 for 1 deal. Tmobile headquarters continued to charge me for the second phone. Though Tmobile headquarters refused to refund the first phone amount in full to fix an issue that their agents/employees messed up, Eddie helped remedy the situation and got Tmobile HQ to credit me back the $700 for the first device.Eddie was helpful, presistent, and put the customer first, unlike Tmobile HQ. Thank you Eddie for all you did, great job. The five star rating is for Eddie.Please note, I would give TMobile HQ zero stars if I could, because they refused to refund the full $700 to my credit card as they should have, to rectify the mistakes of their prior employees.

My mom and i came into the store looking to switch our service to a new carrier but weren’t completely sold on T-Mobile. Adam was the rep who helped us out and he was great, we told him what we were looking for and he broke everything down for us and answered all of our questions. He seemed genuine and upfront, which we liked. We were sold! The switch took a little while because my dad needed a flip phone that they had to go to another store to get but the guys kept us entertained and laughing the whole time. It was an overal great experience and we’ve had the plan for over a week now and I get service everywhere and have unlimited data which is a HUGE improvement from Sprint! We will be recommending to everyone!!

Worst service, will tell you anything to just make the sale: I bought a iPhone 11 Pro and asked the lady 5 times I only want to buy it if it’s unlocked. The lady tells me it’s unlocked and the manager is in the back room and I confirmed with it and it’s unlocked. Well I take the phone out of the country and what do you know it’s not unlocked. Now calling customer service for the 3rd time trying to figure it out. What an inconvenience especially being with T-Mobile for 11 years.

Showed up at the store during posted business hours (shortly after 10 am). Walked up to the door and it was locked. Called the store and it continuously rang, not even going to voicemail. Was hoping to get a new phone but not from a store managed in this way. What a disappointment. So unreliable. ** waited 20 minutes and yet still nobody around. So I am submitting this review. Get your act together.**
