The entire staff is incredibly wonderful. Rob is an expert when it comes to not only knowing how to fix and repair watches but knows just about everything imaginable. Of course everyone else is great to. I go there to buy and sell. Go there for whatever it is you may need, you will understand why this review is 5 Stars!

Brought in some old coins that I aquired in the 1980s with my father who was a coin collector as well as a cocktail ring which I inherited and had been sitting in my drawer forever....got what I felt was a very fair price as well as a great deal in a Beautiful diamond bracelet. Could not be happier with the experience and this place has some beautiful jewelry and some very cool items!

Excellent service. My wife has a wedding band, that was in need of serious repair. They did a fantastic job repairing the crack, and had no trouble dealing with the 9 missing stones. The price was unbeatable, the quality of the work was fantastic, and the timeline was days. Excellent work, very nice place. I wont let anyone else fix my jewelry now.

I drive by here weekly. I had a coin I wanted to sell. 1797 English 2 pence. They have a sign in window for coins bought and sold. I stop in he looks at it and says its a fake. He doesnt even research it. Hmm. I ended up going to 2 other coin shops and they said it was real. I ended up in Boston lots more foot traffic and better prices.I never go for the first place.It looks like a nice place but not a smart owner I wont be back.

Great place for unique items

I recently had two antique paintings stolen from my house. I sent out emails to all antique shops in a 20 mile radius to be on the lookout. I was a little late because Timeless immediately called me and the police saying that they believed they may have already bought one one the paintings. This despite the fact that meant they would be out the purchase price. Thats what I call being honest! With Hanover police and with help from Timelesss video cameras we were able to catch the thief and get my other painting back. I am very grateful to owners Gary Epstein, Robert Cohen and Timeless antiques and would definitely patronize them in the future.

Great money given for tired jewelry, resonable prices charged for repairs, and lovely new pieces to consider. Ive been three times after being brought by a friend whos been there 4 times who brought yet another friend whos been there twice. I recommend a visit!
