An hour and a half..couldnt get the glass off. I should of went with my friends company he gets it done in 45 minutes to an hour. Never calling them again. Teach these young people how to do they job better. I give them 2 stars because he showed up on time and he was respectful

Horrible experience. Installer Joel I believe his name is broke the ignition port. Basically told my wife and I he broke it. The rude manager Neil Bowman says there’s no way it happened on his property and basically tells us to screw! So rude! STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! scheduled appointment for a smashed drivers window for saturday 8-12 window. Called them at 1 p.m. after no call no show ....after being bounced around at the call center for an hour they were going to have a supervisor call back but that didnt happen. I called back and they suggested I drive to the branch to speak with someone because they were not answering the phone. I spoke with a person in the lobby that stated they over booked and will not be able to do anything till the following Wednesday. GO ELSEWHERE.P.S. they also told my wife they did not have the correct laminated glass so they could put in a regular piece of unlaminated and it would be the same..

These people are so incompetent they don’t even know how to use a screw driver. They damaged my car and refused to take responsibility even though I watched with my own eyes. Do yourself a favor and go to Dwyer’s Glass in Brockton. These people have no idea what they’re doing.

Quick service, awesome receptionist. My dad definitely called and yelled at this lady on the phone (just from frustration) and she was really kind and understanding. It took one hour and fifteen minutes, and it was just a huge relief. Thanks so much!!!!

Went with my car there to replace my windshield and they broke a part of sensor connected to windshield. My Business insurance made appointment with them to replace a windshield and they keep canceling that appointment and send over and over to other shop in others cities.... very unprofessionals if you are looking for any type of transportation business

The manager Neil has no work ethic and made me wait 4 weeks for the window when I had heard the girl at the desk say it was in the garage .this guy just pushed my appointment till further on throughout the month, WITH NO MASK IN THE OFFICE ! Will never come here or to safelite again.

Had my window pulled they told me it wasn’t a leak, manager refused to pay for the interior that was damaged by the leak, guy has no respect . So much for the so called “warranty” they give

They were fast and nice. Car got broken into, whole passenger window was shattered. Would’ve gotten a 5/5, but they told me all the shattered glass would be vacuumed up. I got in when I picked it up and sat right on a large piece of glass, come to find out there’s still glass all over the car. I understand that’s not the service I’m paying for, but don’t tell me it’s going to be taken care of if it’s not going to be done properly.

In and out with in one hour, very good service. Located at 806 Belmont street, Brockton.Only drawback To this location is that no debit card machine no credit card machine. I would suggest bring cash if you have any service done at this location!I had asked ahead of time if they take debit cards and was told yes, and they do, but I do feel not safe just handing over my card to be used over someones cell phone! Not cool at all! This location needs to update their systems!

Won’t be coming here again.. the guy working was very nice but I’m not sure who worked on my car.. the rubber that seals the window was done terribly to the point that I noticed it right away. I did have them fix it but it looked a little a better. Then when I get back in my car the window shavings or something white was ALL over my black interior. THEN to top it off the next day I noticed there was black grease of some sort all over the hood of my white car.

They were quick to set up an appointment and even quicker fixing my broken windshield. The best part after a very difficult day was the amazing lady at the counter. She offered to go get me a coffee, and then offered to buy me a coffee after I said I didnt have any cash! Finally, she saved me $300+ by encouraging me to get in touch with my insurance company. It was a bad enough day I really didnt want to call my insurance company. I went online and had my windshield paid for in about 15 minutes! Great job and very professional!!

There glass technician left broken glass and greasy fingerprints all over the inside of my car. The only good thing about this place was the girl at the desk who was friendly and polite. I was told that the tech was “new” but that should mean someone is checking his work. Now I’m concerned that my windshield may not have been installed properly. I won’t go here again.

Very bad customer service. Cancelled installation an hour or so before the scheduled time because a technician had called in that morning. Refused to fit appointment in that same day, even though I had shifted several other appointments to accommodate them. Their “battery of representatives” seems to consist of one young woman on a phone. And she didn’t seem to want to be bothered by my inconvenience. No personal touch here; try someone else.

The technician came to my house to change the windshield glass on my car but brought the wrong glass that doesnt fit on my vehicle. Waste of time. I took a day off from work. I called them to speak to the Supervisor and get another appointment to they said the Manager will call me but no one ever called me. Bad customer service.

Do not use them if you have a jeep with any kind of accessories around the front window. I used them around 6 months ago and the tech. REPLACED the windshield without any problems. I scheduled a appointment for today and another tech said he couldnt do it unless I removed the brackets and light bar which is bull. Anyway I sure would have liked to have known before I wasted my morning.

For the second time in 3 months, JN Phillips Auto Glass has missed their promised scheduled install time.The first time, they called me at 12:30 when the appointment was supposed to be between 8-12 to tell me they over booked the installer and he would not be there until after 1:30. Since I had to be somewhere at 2pm, I was not able to have the glass replaced. I ended up using Safety Glass.The second time with a different car, I got a call the morning they were supposed to come and they said they had a computer issue so they were not able to schedule the replacement for that day. They said they were completely booked. If there was a computer problem, how could you book other customers.I will never EVER go to JN Phillips again and I do not recommend anyone else use them! Horrible customer service.

Horrible service I sat and waited 5 hours they never showed up for my appointment I called them right away when the person didnt show up they put me on hold to come back on the phone and tell me the technician would be calling me back in 2 minutes 5 minutes went by so I called back and the office was closed then I get a text at 6:30 PM saying my appointment was canceled but I never canceled it they did because their technician never showed up

Set up my appointment online.Had windshield replaced no problem except the trim on the passanger side was put on incorrectly. My existing windshield had the greenish tinting along the top. I ordered an exact replacement with the tinting but they installed a windshield with absolutely NO tinting along the top. Now I have to go back to have the correct windshield installed. Not really a big deal just an inconvience. It is what it is and mistakes happen. But what really bothered me is when I got back in the car it was a mess. They did a great job replacing the windshield except putting the passanger side trim on incorrectly. They did not make an effort to clean up all the mess from replacing the windshield. The seats front floor and cup holders were a mess. I was aggravated that I had to clean up a mess that they were supposed to vacume up. Been here before several times with other cars I have owned and Ive never had a problem.
