I have been going here for years dont go as much because i moved further away but when i need anything for me or my daughters hair i always take the longer trip to this store they have a big variety of things... you WILL find what you need in this store if you cant find it there are very nice women that work there and will help you with whatever you need they all are great and very helpful. Love this store

Awful service. Arrived at 6:45PM and by 6:55PM I was told Maam youre the only one left in the store so we are waiting on you. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Prior to that I had asked about a specific hair brand and was told I should get something else if using for my hair type. That WASNT my question though. Glad I didnt buy a damn thing.

Girl took me there and while buying stuff found she was messaging her boyfriend while telling me she was single so I ditched her and brought the stuff back but was told I couldnt get a refund even though everything was untouched and still in their packaging and when I ask where the no refund sign they show it covered by a bunch of hairbands and other thing very Anti-consumer to not mention no refunds and cover the sign that says it will be disputing this with my bank

I love coming here because of the customer service. Everyone has always been happy to help me (no matter how dumb I think the question is lol). Has great hair care products, extensions (synthetic and human) and wigs. If they dont have what you need, they do give awesome recommendations.

They are very friendly and always helpful. Their prices are the most reasonable in the area. A pleasure to have them in the neighborhood.

Visited on 2/24/18 went to buy a wig cap and the girl with the blue hair didn’t even say hi and look irritated then didn’t even tell me my total then when she saw I was using a card said “ oh you can’t use your card “ and I asked her to repeat what she said because I couldn’t understand her with the attitude she had and she got mad I asked her to repeat herself .. get better workers I walked out definitely sticking to the hair store on Belmont those girls know about products and such a great energy store,

Love the store. However the hours of operation need to be expanded. Speaking on a pwrsonal level of onw that qorks in boston or cambridge 7 days a week. To get all the way back to Brockton is a task before closing hours. Hours are not customer friendly.

There are other places in Brockton with the same or better products like Floras at the Westgate Mall what a difference many many bargains better deals.

They have good stuff and prices are okay. But their customer service is ass. The girls are unhelpful they know absolutely nothing about the products. And other times they just flat out ignore you. Oh did I mention the creepy little guy who follows people around store. Do your self a favor and just go to BSW, located on Belmont st. Atleast when the people there follow you around. They are actually helpful!
