I went to bumper to bumper for the first time ever at this place (08/25/21) and they were awesome!!.the guy who did the work i wanted done on my truck went above and beyond what i expected..i will definitely be going back there again in the future..everyone was nice and courteous and payed attention to what i wanted done on my 2008 ford explorer…i am very happy with the service i got…i have never been to a place where they payed attention to detail as to what i wanted done…they hid all the wires and i didn’t really expect them to do that but they did without me having to tell them that…all i have to say is thank you so much…all you guys are awesome and i’ll be back to have a remote starter put in and a new double din with full screen stereo…again thank you to everyone at bumper to bumper…

Was quoted a price on fender flare install (3 hrs, initially), then they called and needed an additional 6 hours to be able to do them. Took my car home after that call. Spoke to somebody (that lives across the country) who told me the labor book says approximately 4 hours to complete bushwackers on my vehicle. Fine, maybe 5 hours if youve never done them on this type of vehicle. Then, I went to fill my tires after picking my truck up, & they stole my green tire caps. So aggravating. I wouldnt just say they stole them but I have a slow leak in one of my tires & I had just filled them the day before I brought it there. I was actually considering getting wheels & tires from these people too. Their loss.

I had them install powered leather seats in a 2015 wrx that originally had cloth manual seats. This install was flawless, and the service I received during this project was 1st class. Great guys and a great shop!

Great customer service. Compatible prices. Will try to meet your needs that you are trying to accomplish. They can get just about anything you want whether it be something to do with car audio a car alarm Plus remote start with many options. They know how to treat their customers and they are not pushy Im trying to make a sale which makes you more comfortable whether youre window shopping or just want the basic beginner alarm system which you can upgrade later. They also sell cars and this one was purchased by my mother over 12 years ago and came with very low miles for a 96 Accord only needed nothing LOL. Not sure the miles when it was purchased but it currently has 138,000 miles on it and still runs very good. Just did basic maintenance through the years put in a clutch just for the fun of it and replaced one axle. Through the years it had your basic maintenance but the car still runs and drives and I believe it was purchased for only $2,300 and looked just about brand new when purchased. Its been a really good reliable car nothing major ever happened. Im a mechanic so I did all the work on it and oil change every 3000 miles and throughout the years of New England weather its starting to rust in the common areas of on around the rear quarters. Took it off the road to redo the body and freshening everything up for next spring. I would buy another car from there if I was looking for a used one. Great place to go and I highly recommend them.

Bought lots of stuff from them over the last year for my truck. So I was driving by and I stopped in for a price on a undercoat on my truck and I asked for air in my tires. When I asked for air in my tires they told me to go down the street. So there you go after thousands of dollars I spent there and was about to schedule a appointment for more work. I was told theres a gas station down the street for air.

After installing at this location My vehicle automatically CANNOT START. Took the car back multiple times within one month of installation🤦‍♀️. They first blame it on my car battery- test my battery, my battery was good but bought a new battery since they wanted to blame the car battery.After explaining to the ASSistant at the front desk Vinny that something isnt right with the installation because my vehicle no longer starts he gave a sarcastic response that stuff happens.😒Dont do it unless you want to have issues starting your car.

I had purchased my wife a remote starter and installation as a Christmas gift through Amazon. When she went for the appointment she was pressured right off the bat to buy a different kit. After sitting there for an entire day, the service was not completed. I took a day off from work to bring the car a couple weeks later to get the starter installation finished. They reported to me that the module was defective but they had another one that they could sell me for $100.00. Not wanting to waste another day with a half installed system, I begrudgingly agreed. They told me to send the module back to the manufacturer and they would give me a refund. I did just that and low and behold, the module tested out just fine at both the distributor and the factory levels. Not only did this cost me a day of work, an extra $100 bucks, but I spent another 15 bucks in shipping. Complete scam. Why sign up to install things you dont know how to install.... Save your time, and your money, go somewhere else...

Don’t waste your time. Cheap products and bad service. They held my car for over a month trying to figure out an issue with my key they caused after installing a remote starter. Had them remove the remote starter and they said it wasn’t their problem any longer so I would have to go the dealer for any issues.I was advised by people not to go there and now I see why. Don’t waste ur time, go somewhere else

Bumper to Bumper!!! What can I say? It was the most incredible experience for me. Was there both on Tuesday and today and the customer service was simply amazing. The friendly environment made the stay go by smoothly while I waited on my car to finish getting worked on. Cant wait to come back in a few weeks for my radio. If you need ANYTHING done to your car, Bumper to Bumper is definitely the place to go.

From the initial phone call inquiring about a remote starter, I was impressed with this company. Very friendly and helpful. The installation was done on time and at the cost given. Post install the tech explained the operation and the starter works great.

Every vehicle I have owned when the audio/visual boom began George and his staff have been there for me... When my system was stolen from my car B2B order my exact system and placed my whole system in like it was never touched.I will NEVER go anywhere else in or out of Brockton for my vehicles.

Great after market quality stuff. Very expensive but quality cost money. The owner(s) are friendly and helpful. Place is pack with customer becuase of the selection and quality of their after market parts. Growing up in Brockton, Bumper to Bumper is a household name. Everyone in my family has gone to them so when I finally decided to get an automatic starter in my push to start, the choice was easy. Jay gave me an amazing deal and their service was quick! No doubt in my mind that Ill be coming back for my next service.

I didnt really have the best experience here. I went in to Inquire about some Interior lighting. I had my own parts. The gentleman gave me a rough estimate. His formula to find out how much it was going to be was based on the amount of hours they was going to put into my vehicle which was about an hour worth of time. I couldnt justify doing business here. Plus they were super busy. I wanted it done right away.

I went in on a Saturday to get a Viper remote-start installed. The installation was fine, as far as I can tell, has only been a day, however I had the worst experience dealing with the front desk person.I had called a week in advance to check if they would install it at a particular time and specifically asked for how much time this would take, I was told between 1.5 - 2 hours. The person on the other end was super nice and explained and booked a time for me 9:30 am on a Saturday. In the meantime I went ahead and bought the Groupon for the installation. Then I called a day before to confirm my appointment (I stay far from this place and did not want to wait), they had no record of my appointment, but booked me for the next morning and they insisted that I arrive at 9 am if I want the installation done in a couple of hours (already much more than the 1.5-2 hrs quoted). I get there at 9:20 am and the person at the desk (Tyler - one with glasses) was highly condescending, almost bordering rude. I had requested a shorter installation time, because I came from further away and did not have much to do in the cold and rainy weather. He told me that this could take until the early afternoon and that all their techs were super busy. I said fine, I will go get breakfast. About 2 hrs after, I call to inquire where things were and they tell me that they havent even started to work on my car yet! And it will only be done maybe by 4:00 pm. I could not wait till 4 pm and so asked them not to start the installation and I would get it done another time or perhaps some place else.Somehow surprisingly and suddenly (after checking in the workshop) I was told the installation is done!! The miscommunication was blamed on having another car of the same make in the shop. So if I had not called and cancelled, they would have made me wait for another 4-5 hrs.I left the shop very frustrated, almost cheated of my time and comfort. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this place.

I have sent a good amount of money here making my car different from every single one out there and I dont feel like I wasted a penny. For all those people who talk down about this shop are just to cheap to spend money to get QUALITY work done.

0 STARS...MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE!Had to miss work to return so they could attempt to fix 3 things that were in my opinion very dangerous unprofessional mistakes and shortcuts!Overall my expectations were a professional install. HOWEVERI feel I RECEIVED the install done by some young uneducated kid that DOESNT CARE ABOUT DETAIL, PROFESSIONALISM OR SAFETY.Update: Weeks later I come to find out more issues, more money! They came highly recommended for suspension lifts by local Dealership. Brought my new truck in for suspension lift and alignment. The lift was installed fine however I got my truck back with 2 chipped wheels, grease on the seat, and an off-center steering wheel. The wheels are factory black powder coated so they cannot be touch-up painted and I cannot be without a vehicle for days while they recoat the wheels. I also wanted to maintain the factory warranty on them so I asked for replacements. Ive been back to Bumper to Bumper now twice, once to show the damage and the second time to have the wheel replaced and the alignment fixed however they ordered the wrong wheel and the alignment shop declined to work on my truck. Bumper to Bumper now will not return my phone call. Im currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. Im very disappointed with how I was treated, how much of my time they wasted, and the lack of care taken working on my vehicle. I do not recommend Bumper to Bumper or Awon, the alignment shop.

This is a place I went to with my step sister and she has a breathalyzer in her car they are not in much of a hurry to help you if this is the case with the with your business transactions at this place the breathalyzer seems to be money they can count on and they are in no hurry to help their clients who are in this situation not only that they charge you for things that are not your fault and have no sympathy for the people that have to pay for such inconveniences that are not their fault

Very disappointed with customer service and lack of communication. I saw a Groupon for the remote start. I called the location to determine which one would be best for my car and I said the total is $150 correct? They assured me they would honor the Groupon price for the remote start, and that I didn’t need to purchase the Groupon at all. I arrive to the location the day of dropping off my car and he goes oh I see we will honor the Groupon price great. So he states the Groupon was $150. I agree and left. I return and they state the total was $289! I was totally thrown off, at no time was I quoted that much for the remote start. He then begins to explain to me that the $150 Groupon is toward the installation, and that the modular and push start is extra. NEVER was this explained to me when I called to ask questions, confirmed the appointment, or at the time of drop off. The price continually stated to me was the Groupon price of $150. He tried to tell me the additional charges were laid out in the fine print of the Groupon and even that fine print was very confusing and misleading. Why even bother buying the Groupon when it doesn’t save you ANY money. It’s very misleading and a tricky way to get more money out of people. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and communication of this establishment, buyers beware!!!

Worst! Was told to drop off first thing in the morning, I was there before they even opened. Came back at 5pm and they never even started the job. An hour and a half later they came out and said they werent able to finish and come back another date. The lights they were able to install were installed in the wrong locations and the switch was put in the wrong place.I complained to George the manager and was told it was my fault because the guy at the desk isnt the guy who would be working on my job....how the F* was I supposed to know? that!!!!!This place seems to only specialize in basic car starters, other than that Id recommend going somewhere else.

Had car remote starter installed here. Service is by appointment. My appointment was on a weekend. They failed to notify me once the installation was completed and had my spouse not followed up, I wouldnt have had access to my car until Monday. Also, information from the staff were rather quite confusing - one tells you one thing and the other tells something different.

Service was great fast and friendly wouldnt mind doing more work on my car over there.

I needed my factory stereo beefed up on my 2011 Lincoln Navigator so I spoke to George and he explained exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle to achieve what I was looking for, he provided me a written estimate of products and services ( that was followed to the dollar) with the timeline of when I could expect my vehicle completed . They took my vehicle in even during there busiest time of the year to complete my project. This turned into a bigger deal than expected due to programming my vehicle needed to operate the new amplifier and he went above and beyond my expectations to get this done. I arrived at the store 15 minutes after closing time to pick up my car and George waited there for me to get there with no hesitation or aggravation to go over every detail of what they did and even sat in the car together listing to the radio to make sure I was completely satisfied with the install. I believe 5 star rating is not enough for personal service and attention to detail that this business displayed to me . I would recommend this business to anyone with out a doubt hands down old school service top of the line products honest and reliable ( unheard of these days ) . My car sounds like a concert hall with no distortion or noise other than the music you are listening to. AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++UPDATE 5/3/16I returned today to have an issue with my stereo looked at, my vehicle was taken right in for the scheduled appointment and I was explained exactly what was going on by the staff as things were developing. The problem was with my factory amplifier not only did they resolve the issue and reprogram my system ( not a simple task) they once again stayed after hours to make sure I was completely satisfied I must say this team of professionals went above and beyond what was expected for the second time . In a world where good customer service went out the window and swallowed up by big business it is refreshing to see there is a still a business that takes care in understanding that if it was not for the customer there would be no business. George and his team have not only earned my respect they also earned my business for life.
