Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my phone in for a repair without an appointment and it was fixed within 15 minutes (sim card issue). The technician was careful in handling my phone and left it better than he found it. Would definitely recommend this store for your repair needs.

Went today 5/26, Abdi was working, a very nice guy. For my iPhone 6S plus, a new screen and all the ports cleaned out. I can finally hear it like its new and my charger actually stays connected. For my wifes phone a brand new battery, ports cleaned out, and he got her camera working. $121 total and I was in and out in 40 minutes despite other customers coming in. Definitely recommended and I will return.

The guy who was working was by himself and there were multiple customers but still got my screen replaced under an hour! The environment was clean and there was an enforcement on the wearing of masks and gloves. Made me feel extremely comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I went during the COVID pandemic. The service was great, I felt safe with the masks, hand sanitizer and signage and was able to wait in my car then return inside when my phone was ready in well under an hour! I called on Tuesday morning & came later that afternoon. I had a weird occurrence where the power button on my Galaxy S9 randomly came unattached, the man attached a new one for me, quick & easy. I found it odd however that he never gave me a price for the job he provided, and told me to just pay anything, $10 minimum. I told him that Ill pay with my card, and he chuckled as he asked you dont have 10 dollars in cash? He essentially did the job for free as he basically said it was on the house, but chuckling about using my card vs. cash that I dont have rubbed me the wrong way.

I just had a delightful experience with this company. Dropped my phone off, went to Moes for lunch and by the time I was done with lunch my phone was all fixed and good as new. Very polite and kind owner, highly recommended.

Gave excellent customer care & for those who question whether the warrant is reliable; I got my phone fixed there and after a while my screen was flickering, I wanted to bring it there but I didn’t know if they would live up to their warranty. My friend was like bring it they’re reliable with warranty I brought it there the other day and they fixed it & just cause they’re nice after already giving me a free screen protector they gave me another one, for being a good customer. Stopped in yesterday to inquire about a screen repair on my phone. Chris advised me that he could do it in 15min. When he removed my screen cover he noticed that my screen cover was cracked not my actual phone screen. He cleaned my phone, installed new screen cover and saved me from the cost of a new screen. It is integrity like this that makes a business stand out. He did not have to inform me and could have sold me a new screen.....but he didnt. Cudos to CPR. Thank you for your outstanding service. Too expensive

Encountered a major issue with my PS4 a while back. Debated getting it fixed, after already purchasing another but Ive decided to do so after looking into CPR. They looked reasonable and served as a better alternative to sending it to Sony. The staff wasnt very helpful at first but the owner quickly rectified the situation. Im highly satisfied with the results but the customer service could have been better.

I had two iPhones, one of them wasn’t charging and the other one was completely destroyed with the screen and led and the home button. I went their thinking it’s gonna take a long time and be expensive but, when I went there, they fixed both in around 20 min and cost me under $100. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Staff was very helpful and my phone was back in excellent condition within a half hour and all for only $70, had my daughters phone fixed a month ago and went somewhere else and was charged $175 just for the screen and they were not so friendly! Excellent service! used them twice; 1st time they repaired my iPhone that was almost ruined by my sons friend. He had tried to replace the battery and ended up screwing up the operating system. They fixed in no time -even when it looked hopeless they didnt give up! After my first experience with them, I brought my sons iPad to replace a broken screen which came out perfect...They even put on a free screen protector. Both of these are working great 6 months later!

Excellent customer service!!! I went in with an IPhone 5 that stopped working 2 years ago and I thought stopped working for good; It wasnt charging and I replaced it 2 years ago with a new phone. I recently stumbled on the DOA phone again, and brought it to CPR as a last resort before I was going to recycle it. Abdi (The owner) diagnosed the problem, repaired it, charged it, and gave me the phone back within 15 minutes working as good as new. The phone is now working again and I now have a backup phone. I asked him what the charge is, and he didnt charge me anything- Just a handshake. Nice guy! Ill be going to CPR cell phone repair from now on!

My iPhone had no service for a couple of weeks and everything I did would not fix it. I decided to go to cell phone repair in Brockton and they had helped me fix the problem. The service there was great and now my phone is completely fine. I would recommend coming here to other people that have problems with their phone.

These guys are honest and quick. My iPhone 6 wasnt charging so I thought I needed to repair the charge port which costs $70. But the reason it wasnt charging was because it had a lot of gunk/lint inside. So a $70 repair ended up being a free repair and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks Darius!

My wife and I came here to get a replacement battery installed in her Motorola G4 plus. Its three years old now and she constantly had it plugged in.These new smart phones are a lot more difficult to change the battery then the older ones. And the technician took care of it in about 30 minutes while we waited and with him answering service questions from other customers the counter person couldnt answer. He showed me the new Motorola battery he was going to install before he started the job. I called the store a week prior and he told me that the battery would need to be ordered (we didnt need to make a payment for the ordered battery) and to call the store back in five days to make sure the battery was received before we head to the store to have the work completed.Very professional, polite and knowledgeable staff.Hopefully we will not need their services again, but if we do, we will not hesitate to come here to have service completed. Whether its to have another battery replaced, a cracked case replaced, or to have a cracked glass replaced. Well come here again!
