My son broke his glasses and we needed a pair fast. Brenda helped us and was great. We ended up getting two pairs of beautiful Ray Ban stylish glasses. And... they were done 15 minutes after the transaction was complete. Generally, we cannot wait the 7 days as in other shops so we will definitely return.

I came in for an eye exam after about 10 years of not having one. Everyone from the check in staff, the person doing the pre-exam, the doctor doing the exam and the salesperson that I purchased the lenses and frames from were super nice and helpful. Bonus - I had no idea theres new technology that eliminates the need for dilation! Well worth the extra $25!

I’ve been coming off and on to LensCrafters for years.My recent visit was after a couple years hiatus. I’ve been going to Walmart because of the prices being a little less than Lens crafters. But, the quality ended up being a lot less than I bargained for.After about my fourth or fifth adjustment to the last pair of glasses I’ve purchased from Walmart…. and since a gentleman there broke my frames when he adjusted them (twice), i was discouraged because they never seemed to have anything I liked. So these reasons, I decided to go back to Lens crafters for my next pair of glasses.Last month, I had to bring my uncle to a eye appointment with the adjoining eye doctors in the Lens crafters store. While waiting for my uncle, I decided to browse through the frames that they had displayed. I liked that they had a really variety of styles and colors and good Price points to fit every pocketbook.After I chose a couple of pairs that I really liked, I happen to notice that Shannon M. was still there. After I showed him my choices, and told him what I really wanted, he mentioned that he just sold a pair of glasses to another customer that he thought was exactly what I wanted. As always, he was right. They were absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted.Then I remembered why I liked coming to this Lens crafters so much. Every time I’ve dealt with Shannon M, I felt like I was under no pressure to buy anything. But, he was just ever so kind, honest, accommodating, knowledgeable and straightforward. No high-pressure salesman here. Don’t get me wrong, the other people that work there a very nice too. But I just like working with Shannon M. You always feel at ease and immeasurably comfortable with him.Lastly, he recommended that I go to the Lens crafters website and set up an account. This lens crafters in Brockton, I will never be a return costumer on that particular store, staff or sales people are not friendly, I had to return a prescription glasses to the store because it did not feel comfortable, one of the women that attended me was rude, she did not even ask me do you want to choose another one.

Ive never written a review in my life I just made this account to share how insanely I was treated there today long story short if you ask any questions about billing your insurance they give you horrible attitude and talk extremely condescending to you won’t let you get in a word and then gang up on you and defend each other’s horrible behavior the ring leader was a chubby guy with yingyang tattoos. Literally the worst customer service of my life....ever. Side note the doctor was very nice and professional and was unaware of how her staff behaved.

The Staff was Friendly and Helpful. And I saved $400 in my prescription costs going to them oppose to the Eye Glass store from the hospital.

Not very good for receptionist Christine was terrible she put another customer in to see doctor who had an 12:50 appointment and mine was at 12:30 I didn’t get out of there until 2 pm they need people there that know how to watch appointments to make sure people are happy . The doctor was good but I was so made I missed another appointment witch was because of her.

Poor customer service. They try to trick you so they don’t bill your insurance so you can pay out of pocket.I was in earlier to order lenses and they asked me to pay $310. I told them I will call them once I get paid on Friday. Then I realize they didn’t say anything about my insurance. When I called them on the phone to ask how much my insurance will cover, one rude lady told me I have to come in another to find out if my insurance cover some of it because they are close. Which isn’t true because they would close an hour later.Shame on y’all

I recently visited lens crafters on Torey St Brockton and after the usual i Purchased a pair of glasses and was to wait for a few days for the arrival. I received a pair of glasses that was not what i ordered and decided after waiting for so many days I could not afford to wait more and have the same event take place. I requested a refund of my money from the store clerk and was told they could not give me back my money and their corporate side will mail me a check in 3 days I have been waiting for days to get the check with no luck I have called and spoken with cooperate and was told they do not know of checks made out to customer as the store only knows and when calling the store the clerk just runs you around saying to wait 10 to 14 days before calling I will never again do any type of business with lens crafters and will make it a mission to let the rest of the country know how this place operates after you give them your hard earn cash. I hope this helps the next person from being taken advantaged of.

I have a very complicated RX and Lens crafters keeps discontinuing my frames and keeps going with all the bigger frames that are really hard for me to use . that is my only complaint ... Torry St in Brockton is the best !!! thanks

Went in there a week or two ago, horrible service. No one asked if I needed help or bothered to say anything to me. I ended up leaving. Bad customer service.

I came in a week ago looking for glasses, Brenda and Dorina Armada (the manager) were wicked rude. They ignored me without greeting me, then when I asked for help, they didn’t help at all and told me I should go somewhere else.

We love going to the Lenscrafters in Brockton, MA. Shannon (who usually helps us) and today, Lucy, are both fantastic. We always leave there with the PERFECT glasses -- always picked out, made, and adjusted perfectly. Both Lucy and Shannon are experts, and we are always treated so kindly! We have been to other places (including online retailers) and have regretted not just going to LensCrafters in Brockton.

Shannon has been my go-to person, at the Brockton Store, for many years now. I have seen many faces come and go, but I know I will get great service and advice from him. I have been to several other Lens Crafters, as well as Pearl Vision, but the Brockton Store is far Superior in my opinion.

As always, the new prescription is accurate and the glasses fit very comfortably. I will NEVER get glasses anywhere else!

The office of Dr. Malgalhaes do not bill your insurances on purpose to then bill you and take your money. They have done this twice to me already. They did it with my daughter first and now to my husband. Our insurance pays for everything. We should not be paying for anything when it comes to our eyes. And this office is now charging me over $500 for my daughter and my husband who were seen there last year!

I purchased glasses in June of 2018. The anti-reflective coating is coming off the lenses that I paid extra to add. I returned to the store today, 12/3, and they said I should have purchased a warranty or I have to buy new lenses. There is no damage to the lenses. Just the coating is coming off. The Store Manager, Dorina Armada, said she cannot help me. Should my lenses only last 5 months? I said I dont think I would buy LensCrafters lenses again. She said It is fine with me if you dont ever buy here again. This is my first experience with LensCrafters and it is terrible. I purchased 3 pairs including sunglasses and the service at this location is terrible. In June, they gave me gun metal frames instead of black frames like I ordered because they ruined the black frames installing my now defective lenses. They super glued my Ray-Ban Sunglasses because the rubber ear piece was loose on pick-up. In August, the lens fell out of my frames because the fishing wire they used was defective. How is this a good experience?

The doctors office is legit the worst. Im always there for two three hours today one of the doctors didnt even know how to work the machines, had to do them twice, and she never cleaned them either. I wish I could say this is the worst experience but I honestly cant.
