Very unprofessional. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed . As I was walking up, they had 2 employees at the door . One employee was sitting on a box chewing gum . The door was locked at 7:45 when the store closes at 8 . She was trying to speak to me through a door instead of opening the door to speak to me and continued to point at a sign that clearly said 8pm . I then waited for a customer to walk out so I could speak to employee . I’ve never had a door closed in my face and just very rude, ignorant and unprofessional . Yes the product here is good honestly you could the same brands at any hair store . This place has always had employees that just hate their life while they are at work and the business itself should really retrain or rehire .

I take him there around the beginning of every month to get money from a veterans program...earn usually 20 - 30...today 20...home in time for my guitar student if hes still interested...how are you doing?

Update July 31, 2021:The customer service here is still outstanding. As crowded as the store was today, Carissa took the time to give me opinions on different wigs I was trying on. She was diplomatic but honest and I really appreciated her help (as I have fooled myself before)! Shes a very young girl but she listened and understood what I was looking for. Full service beauty supply store! Everything you could possibly need! Kudos!Once again, all the young ladies at BSW were outstanding. I heard them answer the most obscure customer questions. Why do I feel like Im at a party when I go there? Its fun! This kind of customer service and friendliness is what has been missing from the Brockton hair and beauty community. I keep going back -- and with good reason! I actually enjoyed myself!

Women will love this place, they sell everything that has to do with hair care, nails, makeup and so on...

I used to really love this place but there price have really increased in the past few years. They do have a lot of variety. And they have everything from weaves to braids to wigs and hair products. Although their wig section leaves a lot to be desired. You can get the same items MUCH cheaper ordering hair through amazon or hair websites.

Young girls are so humble and pleasant. They smile and are very helpful. Asian people (owners/family) dont always smile or greet you nor do they thank you for your purchases.. No matter howmuch you spend.

The people working in the front need some more customer training but the young lady in the wig section with the purple hair is the best. She sold me a great human hair wig and even talked me into getting some more things. Great customer service in the wig section especially with the lady with the very soft voice. They’re the best! Looking for a wig? Go to them.

Theres only one lady that works there who is very helpful and polite (the one with the high pitch voice) The rest of the staff need a training class on what customer service is! They literally sit there and wont even look at you when you ask for help. My mother asked to look at the earrings and not one of them moved until I spoke up and said something. I will definitely be following up with the owner of the store because they need better workers! Its a shame because the store is great, just horrible workers!

They have a very large selection for cultured hair. The staff is unfortunately lackadaisical, but they are knowledgeable about their products and willing to offer suggestions when asked. The aisles are not labeled. If you are not a regular you may have struggles finding what you need, but Im sure they will have it.

I went there not really knowing what I wanted. Even though Ive been wearing hair extensions and braids for over 30 years, there are so many different choices these days its hard to know what will work best. I had the forethought to ask for someone knowledgeable in the hair extensions department. The Young Lady that helped me was AWESOME! She was very patient with me and walked me through several options. The days of buying hair undercover are over!! Seems like everyone, in every gender and nationality are buying some sort of hair extensions product. So dont be embarassed when it comes to such a personal statement for who you are! I recommend doing just as I did if youre not sure what you want or if you just want to know about the new products that are out there. Ask lots of questions and I hope your experience will be as pleasant and informative as mine was.

This hair store has good options I found a garlic nail treatment Ive been looking for everywhere. But its kind of pricy compare to else where and when I asked for some type of discount on a wig I really liked they tried to direct me to their App that they have no clue about. Besides an English barrier the store is good.

They have a lot of great stuff for hair and beauty for a very good price. Some of staffs are nice and others arent.

They have a wide variety of hair and hair products(braiding hair, wigs, bundles, barrettes, leave in condition, etc)! Unfortunately the staff is kind of all over the place and sometimes aren’t very helpful. But if you know what you’re doing you’re good! Also they will cut the lace off of your wig for $5(cash only.

Maybe some of you should look at the facts before bashing a business. What you are seeing on Facebook from these girls is hear say. There is absolutely not a drop of proof that what these girls are saying is true. (Especially since they all have different versions of what actually happened.)Supposedly they went to the police with a video of the incident and the police didnt arrest the manager. There is no marks on the victim but I hear the manager had a black eye. 🤔 That right there tells you something doesnt add up. The girls cant get their stories straight, then delete and block anyone who questions them. That doesnt sound like an innocent victim to me.Please use common sense, question things that dont add up. Not everything you see on Facebook is true.

Went there for the first time today and I had a great experience. The store is big and they have a variety of hair to choose from. The cashier was really nice and helpful.

If you need help in this store... just ask ..most of the staff are very helpful . One person even took my # & said she would call me when my product that was out of stock comes in. # GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good hair and different styles for hair that u can picked from and different colors there are braids and others type of hair

Good variety of goods, prices are Ok. Wish they would expand the store so you could move around more freely. Would love if they carried more variety of hair company lines...like crochet, bundles ect.. so traveling and or buying online would not be necessary.

The natural hair products section is entirely too small, considering how big everything else is. The skin lightening section is bigger than the natural hair section. Ridiculous.The wigs on display are almost always tangled and messy, so even if you try them on, you cant get an idea of what they actually look like.The staff is Asian, which cant be avoided (read up on recent news about Asian owned black beauty stores. Terrible stuff). They are not unfriendly, but weirdly quiet and almost scared of their customers. The rest of the staff is made up of black women, which is a very calculated it smart move. They arent the best at finding exactly what you want right away so it can waste a lot of time, but they will work with and help you until you do.The makeup here is cheap, but some things arent bad quality. The eyeshadow palettes are aesthetically pleasing. The lipstick is $1 and feels that way. Foundation runs dark, but the quality is bad and looks bad, especially if your skin isnt a smooth canvas that already doesnt need foundation.The hair is really expensive. I find wigs online that cost half the amount they are selling in the store. I never buy hair here anymore. Its cheaper online.

The lady who help me was nice but I almost passed out because I had to use the bathroom asked I am pregnant and I live 20 miles away from the store. They would not let me use their bathroom because its not a public bathroom. I spend $ 178.00 there today and I had to go to McDonald to use the bathroom after I urinated on me at the freaking store. This is bad treatment. I will never forget that.

Found everything I was looking for on my own. The employees need a little training in customer service. Not sure if employees should be taking personal phone calls while on the clock and while the lines are long for customers who are looking to cash out. Owner was in the store not sure if he cares but it looks very unprofessional.

This is the best beauty supply store in the area. It carries old brands like Dudley to the newest brands like Mielle Organics and Etae. There is a huge hair selection and the staff is nice. This is probably the best hair store on the South Shore. Its like a mini version of the Beauty Supply Store Supermarket in Roxbury.

Got everything I need great place

I gave it four stars because it didnt have exactly what I was looking for but I still got something to make it work I like this place lot of different choices and good prices.

I was verbally attacked by one of the sales associates in the wig area. She was aggressively in my face yelling ready to fight. The manager asked what happened but didnt seem to care his employee verbally assaulted and disrespected me the customer. Poor customer service and management.
