I have been going to Romm’s for years and when I decided to have my engagement/wedding rings reset I went right there. Andrea was my sales associate and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She got me exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with the finished product!!!!

Do Not Be Fooled By 5 STARSAnyone can have people generate stars! I was a client and purchased a very expensive diamond ring here not to long ago! The ring contained 5 stones totaling .90 carats and the stones were g,h in color and vs2. After a cpl years 2 of the stones popped and I luckily found both! The ring is a Hearts on Fire diamond ring. I brought it to Romm and they sent it to Boston, Hearts on Fire. It sat in Boston for months, no phone calls, no contact...just sat there. Finally my husband and I called Hearts on Fire and was not fixed because of staffing and covid. No one ever called us and kept us in any kind of a loop. They sent it to Romm where Romm fixed it and the same 2 stones came out again and I have them and went back to Romm. So Hearts of Fire said we will fix it for $1800. I was blamed for wear and tear (the ring is just about 6 yrs old). Romm told Hearts of Fire the ring was wear and tear and what was I doing with it and ...what?!! Are you kidding?! I work in a clinical setting, wear gloves and jog and gym in free time.......Apparently wear and tear is something thats used when you will have no recourse as a client, insurance or otherwise. I have a $6800 (with tax $7225.00) I can not even wear. Hearts on Fire wants $1800 to fix the problem?! They said they stand behind their productsif defective but not a wear and tear.... So where do you think I fit in? Yup! Wear and Tear! Dont buy a Hearts on Fire ring because if anything happens you will fall into the category of wear and tear and dont purchase from Romm for anything expensive because you will not be backed!!!Addendum: The wear and tear that Romm likes to use as verbiage ridiculous! I had the ring approx 6 yrs. Never wore it to bed and I work in a clinical setting where I wear gloves most of the time! Where is the accountability from Romm and Hearts on Fire ?! Really?! Romm supposedly fixed the ring and the same 2 stones came out! Come on! Wear and tear I think not! Lets talk about a defective setting. Lets talk about it mabey not being fixed correctly!! The 2 stones were muted after Romm fixed it so however it was fixed those 2 stones were not the same....there was absolutely NO sparkle in those stones. I would Never let you people near this ring again and I do not trust Hearts of Fire to get their hands on it again after it sat for months and then they were greedy to even fix it based on what was said by ROMM. ROMM, you are as shady as they come! This ring is in the hands of a reputable jeweler and I can not wait to hear what they have to say!! Ownership and Accountability ! When you screw up, dont blame the client for something that should last a lifetime.

Angela made my experience so wonderful that I intend to return and purchase several more items. Romm Diamonds offers jewelry designed by very creative people; I havent seen of their pieces on many on-line sites. Thank you, Angela for providing a rewarding experience. Brittany was fantastic. It was my first time buying my girlfriend jewelry, so naturally, I was very anxious and had no idea what to get. I went in with my future mother in law to get my beautiful, 3 carat engagement ring cleaned professionally, and my MIL needed a new battery for her watch. Elizabeth Menard (the name on the business card we got, so I assume that’s her name) returned with both the watch and my ring in a very short amount of time; not enough time to inspect & clean the ring. I know it doesn’t take long, but still. My ring was brought out on top of a book with small piece of paper towel ... 😒 really? and was left on top of the counter until I had to ask if it was ready/if I could put it back on because she never said “okay here you go,” or anything to indicate it was ready. I looked at my ring and told her it looked cloudy and her response verbatim was, “It is what it is.” Haa... My future MIL and I left discussing how there was no way she had my ring cleaned. She never cleaned my ring. We went to another jeweler close by and asked them to clean my ring. When he gave me my ring back it was brilliant, sparkly and see-through as glass again, just as it was when my fiancé proposed! 🥰 he said, “the man that got you this ring sure loves you and spent a pretty penny. This ring is gorgeous.” I guess we’ll be spending our pretty pennies at the second place we had to go. But hey, it is what it is! 💍

I brought some jewelry to Romms for repaired, resized, and refurbushed I was beyond satisfied, with not only their (refurbishing) craftmanship, but with their customer service! This is a company that goes the extra mile for their clientele. I cannot say enough about their exquisite quality stones and prompt service at an extremely fair price. This is a great place for jewelry repairs or purchases. I have bought Pandora gifts there, but my most recent visits were for repairs. The staff is excellent and friendly (they are listeners!), the prices are reasonable. It is located in a nice strip mall with ample parking and easy access to routes 24 and 123. I was very pleased with a repair they did for a sentimental piece that belonged to my Dad, the work was fantastic. If you are looking for something special or need something fixed I recommend a visit to them. They have lots of bling to choose from.

We visit Romms regularly to purchase Pandora charms for my wife. All of the staff are always attentive and helpful, particularly as my son sorts through all the Pandora charms to find the perfect one!I have had my wedding band replaced at Romms and had mywatch fixed there; all great experiences.

Beware, especially with jewelry repairs. I had the prongs of my engagement ring replaced and they suggested soldering them together which I agreed to. 3 years later my engagement ring snapped off at the point of the solder on both sides. Tried to convince me that it was normal wear and tear for a platinum ring and that I could pay $400+ to have it repaired. Lol- what a joke. Will never return to this place. Terrible customer service.

Romms has the worst jewelry service bar none. My husband bought me the initial necklace for Mothers day last year, the chain should have been 18in and he was assured it would be delivered on time. I not only received it well after Mothers day, the chain was 30in. Another couple of weeks it came and yes it was not 18in and as a result I never wear it! I brought a charm bracelet with charms to be put on. I lost 1 as a result of 3 of the charms never being soldered and again a lengthy wait. I took my weddings rings to be cleaned on 3/24 and they suggested that I have them soldered together, they assured me I would have them by 3/26 and here it is 3/29 and no rings. On the upside I highly recommend Bridgewater jewelers the prices are amazing and the repair is sometimes same day or a day or 2

This is the worst jewlery store that I have ever dealt with! My mothers fiancé bought her an emerald cut diamond ring and unfortunately he passed away.. So my mom brought it back to them since that is where he purchased this diamond. The lady took a look at the diamond and she had another lady out back take a look as well and they came out and stated they will give her $2,000.00!! My mothers fiancé paid $5500.00 8 years ago for this! So obviously my mom was shocked when the associate gave her that figure!! We left the store with the diamond as my mom wouldnt take only $2,000.00! We understand that it would depreciate a little bit but not that much!!So my mom went back in 2 weeks later and spoke to the owner to get an explanation as to why they were only offering to give her $2,000.00. The owner couldnt even look myMom in the eye.. He was looking everywhere else.. Making up excuses telling her she should just keep the ring since he passed away or maybe give it to her daughter as an heirloom! My mom explained she didnt want the ring as it saddens her and she would just like the money instead. The owner said he has no use for that ring! He said he barely sells emerald cut so it serves no purpose there!! He called over the associate that my mom spoke to 2 weeks prior just to confirm that conversation happened. And then told my mom if she comes back with all the original paper work that he will give her $2,000.00. But if no paperwork then he wouldnt buy it back!! He also threw in that the guy who appraised her ring for $2,000.00 is away and then he repeated that he was away and is leaving soon indefinitely! So he basically just said that to my mom just to get her out of there!!How can a business SELL that style ring and when it is brought back make up excuses and find reasons NOT to buy it back!!! Not to mention cant even look a customer in the eye!!This is just 1 of my horrible experiences with Romms!! I know plenty of other people that have bad experiences as well!!I would NEVER refer anyone to this rip off business and I am SHOCKED they have been in business for so long!!
