I have been shopping here for a few years and find the two usual staff members to be the best in customer service. They are always extremely friendly and couldnt be more helpful and knowledgeable. On this recent visit the young man helped me to review numerous color options and paint grades. Your products are better than any other I have tried. All other paint seems like colored water compared with the rich thick SW paints. The staff even offers to help carry out my purchase to the car. Just excellent service in every way!

As a designer, I love SW! I went to the Sherwin Williams store in Brockton, MA looking for a specific color that was not on my SW paint fans I have. So, I figured I would just get the paint chip I needed. Your excellent employees Brenden and Larry not only helped me find the paint chip I needed, but also informed me I needed an updated SW fan deck and they gave me one! P.S. that specific color I needed is on the new SW paint fan! Thank you Brenden and Larry.... employees like you make me keep coming back to SW! SW quality is awesome 🤗

The salespersons are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I also feel the stores are well organized. The salesperson was very helpful in describing the undertones of each selection I made helping me to narrow down to 2 selections.

Luke at the Brockton MA store was extremely helpful answering all my questions & listened like I was buying hundreds of $$ worth of paint (only getting 1 gallon) all while the phone was continually ringing & multiple walk-ins off the street.

I like Sherwin Williams but every time that I go to the one here in Brockton I always seem to buy paint that is 20 dollars more than any other with a contractors account. 63. In Brockton 44. In South Boston.
