I was looking for a decor in less than 3 weeks, I was nervous because I thought I wasn’t going to find someone on time as I checked others places they asked me for millions but, Shanera Grace took my ideas and transformed them into a dream-My and my husband’s dream. I didn’t know anything about the place but after I checked on google and I saw the place I called and I am glad I did. I was skeptical when you asked me to wait for the surprise, I remember I told you that I don’t like surprises. Let me tell everyone that this day was the best day of my life, the surprise was so great that I cried. All my friends kept asking me who did this and how much I paid. I told them that I didn’t pay enough for all that because you did beyond my expectations and we are forever grateful that we chose Shanera Grace to decor our wedding. It will not be the last, Shanera Grace will do our birthdays party’s, baby showed and all other future events that we may. I must say my Wedding was absolutely Amazing! From the decor in the church to the reception was beautiful. 2 different locations on the same day and EVERYTHING was perfect. I have events every year and have yet to be disappointed. Yet I am a little disappointed that there was a easel that was broken and 2 little glass flower holders that were not accounted for which I was quoted would cost me 127.94. With it being my wedding the last thing I was thinking about was being held responsible for these items at such a amount. She did a good job but after spending 1700 dollars I didnt think I would get a bill for 3 minor items that should have been picked up that night at the venues and not the next day.

Thank you for the decorations, your professionalism that what makes you a great fit for this business. You told us not worry. To tell you the truth I was because I wanted the day to be perfect. Lena and her team did outstanding decorations for my 40th birthday party. We spoke over the phone a couple of times and I sent her a few pictures to give an idea of what I was looking for. She said, “I got it, dear”, and she totally did. Her decorations had so much detail and style. All the guests were so impressed. Good luck to Lena for all her future projects. Most of my communication was with Charlene at Shanera Grace Bridal and she was excellent at communicating, they all were. We communicate through emails, she responded promptly. she was easy to get in touch with. When I place my orders, she provided exactly what I wanted. They were on time with delivering and picking up every items, very Efficient. even the things I added last minute, they were able to accommodate me, everything was clean and in great condition, paying for things was a breeze. I would be very Happy to Do business with Shanera Grace Bridal and Events Services again, anytime. They really did help to make our event exactly as we pictured.

I had the unfortunate opportunity of renting a dance floor from this company. They dropped off the wrong size (incorrect amount of pieces) and they were two different patterns. I had no dance floor at my wedding. When we called day off the event they did not even come to the site to try to fix the situation. Upon calling them the day after the event I was told they would not give us a refund even though they didnt provide the service that we paid for. She said the dance floor was brand new and hadn’t even checked the product before dropping it off at our venue. We have been calling to speak to her since and no one answers our calls… I would not recommend working with this company. Unfortunately I can’t given them no stars

Shanera Grace is a great company. Their customer service and day-off delivery service is fantastic. Not only were they timely and friendly, but Lena was very helpful throughout the ordering and delivery process.I am thankful to Shanera Grace for helping me put together a highly successful and very memorable event.

Shanera Grace was beyond professional and did an amazing job for 2 quarantine birthday parties my husband and I planned last minute this summer. Our daughter’s Turned 1 and 5 year. Shanera Grace Was personable while respecting social distancing, She took our vision to an entirely different level. It was better then we could’ve ever imagined. Lena is absolutely awesome. Not only she obviously had what I wanted but she helped me make my decision to make my Bridal Proposal Brunch perfect! Even when I realized that I rented the wrong chargers the night before my event, she was very accommodating and had the right chargers ready by 6:30 AM. She was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend Shanera Grace Bridal& Bridal!

The positives; ordering rental items was an easy process; actual items were decent; local & black-owned business.I ordered some rental items for my baby shower almost two months in advance & paid in full (except the tax which came as a separate invoice). Communication wasn’t the absolute best when it came to picking up and dropping off the items. I opted to get the items myself as the building is not too far away from me.It took about 15 minutes of me knocking on the door, calling, and emailing before somebody answered the door. The linen I rented was just handed to me (haphazardly folded, not in any container or bag) and not all the pieces had been cleaned. I ordered one specific type of table runner and it was in that moment that they told me it was unavailable and provided me with another type of table runner. Some of the table clothes were different sizes than what I ordered.It took them another 20-30 minutes to gather together the tables and chairs. I ended up leaving an hour after the scheduled pick-up time because nothing was organized. I brought two trucks and my own helpers to load the items.Returning the items was just as much of a hassle. No returned phone calls or emails. I waited over an hour for some response after returning the items to the building but never heard back.Overall, I was disappointed in the service as all the reviews seem to be positive. I understand it’s busy but I still can’t understand why the process was so disorganized when I made my order well in advance.Based off my experience, I wouldn’t recommend renting items for pick-up. It seems like more effort is put into clients that pay for set-up and delivery, which is understandable because it’s more money made. But then why offer a self-service option if the standards of professionalism aren’t going to be the same?

I contacted this lady day of my event 3 hrs prior she not only quoted me availability and price within 10 mins after asking time of event. Call Shanera Grace for any event small or big she is very professional and nice.Due to the Corona virus I couldnt celebrate my daughters 1st birthday like I planned it but I decided to do something @ the house I was so shocked how she decorated my basement. She will give exactly what you ask for and even add a little extra just to please you. She is so excellent
