Took my ring for repair after I hit my hand on a door frame and I lost a surrounding diamond. The employee evaluated my ring and provided a quote on the spot. She informed me it would take a week to repair. Quote was reasonable. Took one week as promised. My ring looks amazing! Would definitely recommend this place!

My local watch repair shop in Maine was not able to help with replacing a crystal and fixing hands on a keepsake watch of mine. I found The Jewelry Center online and sent in my watch for repair. Took my wedding band and engagement ring in to be soldered. Absolutely perfect when picked up, they checked and tightened the main stone as well. 5 stars arent enough. Great customer service, quality jewelry and great overall experience. I had some rings that were passed down to me through generations but the settings were dated and just not my style. Catherine was able to take the diamonds from those rings to create the most beautiful custom setting that I now enjoy wearing every day. The unused gold was melted down and the value put toward the cost of the custom ring. Hoping I can add a picture because its absolutely stunning. I purchased two wedding bands from The Jewelry Center and within a week of my wedding, two stones fell out on separate occasions. While TJC was accommodating to make the repairs, the quality of work and overall appearance of the rings is lacking. If given the chance again, I would chose a different jeweler.

We had been to a couple of other stores to price a piece of jewelry and alsoTo have a ring repaired. We spoke with Linda J. She was warm, friendly and so helpful. She explained in detail what needed to be fixed on my ring and actually showed us the missing prongs. While we were there my husband inquired about his wedding ring being out of shape. Linda offered to re shape his ring for free before we even committed to selling our jewelry and having repairs done there. Because of her customer service, knowledge and professionalism we sold a piece of jewelry for a fair price and the repairs on my wedding ring made it look like a brand new ring! I would highly recommend the Jewelry Center in Brookfield and will go here for any future purchases or repairs.

It was just a simple watch repair but only a few vendors in the area can fix a watch of this type but they did it quickly and efficiently and for a great price

I have used this jewelry store to purchase items but feel very confident coming here excuse of repairs made to a ring that looks perfectly beautiful. I also sold some 24k jewelry and was paid a better than expected price. The friendliness of the staff and time they spend with me is appreciated.

Brought a Renato T-Rex watch in for repair. They provided a turn-around time of about a week. In less than a week I was provided an estimate to repair and the watch was returned to me in the original weeks time.The only service that would have enhanced the repair would have been to offer a cleaning service for the outside of the watch. Because its made from a base metal, they were not able to offer the cleaning service.

I went to get my watch strap replaced, to replace the watch battery and lastly to replace a guard/sizer on a ring. It was an extremely positive experience. I was very well taken care of and I would be happy to return there again.

This place was recommended by the many people of New Berlin and Brookfield. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Kathy helped me and she was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I got my wedding ring resized and two stones replaced. The timing was about a week if not a a few days shy of a week. which was amazing. They called when it was ready, went and picked it up and they offered to clean my wedding band for me too. Very reasonable pricing as well! Timely and efficient pickup! All in all I would definitely recommend this place and I will be getting any new Jewelry from this place in the future!!

My fiancé and I went to the Jewelry Center after the the band on my engagement ring broke to see what our options were in term of repair or replacement, when we walked in we were greeted by Kevin who was an absolute delight to work with. Kevin was super helpful and didn’t beat around the bush in terms of saying a new setting would be the best long term option versus reshanking my original setting and hoping it would last for a while. He also didn’t make us feel uneducated when we asked questions and for clarification. We went to go pick up my ring today with the new setting and it’s absolutely beautiful!! The quality of their work was phenomenal and Kevin made sure we left happy and satisfied! Kevin has definitely made us Jewlery Center customers for life!!

Great experience! Needed an appraisal on a ring and received it in 6 days. Any other jewelry store wanted 10 days. Some jewelry stores would not appraise any jewelry unless it was purchased at their store. I was VERY satisfied with my appraisal. Very personalized service. Beautiful jewelry in the showroom. Orginial Review: I got my watch sized here and the crystal (glass) repaired. I got my watch back and the crystal wasnt put on correctly. I brought it back and they took care of it right away. They are very nice and professional. Would highly recommened.Edit: I ended up going back a total of 4 times to get the crystal fixed. The 3rd time they gave me an actual receipt showing it had passed the water pressure test. I had to bring it back a 4th time because the whole crystal came off. In one whole piece! They are very friendly and took it right back to fix each time. On the other hand, if i had know it was going to be this much effort /time without my watch (since I only have the one) I wouldve just bought a new one. I cant say I would go back. It is rated to 330 feet and Im too scared to even wear it into the shower in fear it still isnt properly sealed.

I recently stopped into to see about selling a gold coin I inherited and i called before i went and spoke to Linda. She was very pleasant on the phone. Then, I went into the store which was not easy to don in bank location, and was greeted by everyone. I was told to sit in Linda’s space. She looked at coin and offered my the lowest amount I had received on this coin. She then went on to tell me about all her fantastic reviews and she pays top dollar. Not! I felt uncomfortable at this location. I first went to store on Layton and to a competitor and the competitor paid top dollar and was much more pleasant to work with. Sorry Linda .

I went to the Jewelry Center to get a very special ring cleaned. It was my Great Aunts. I was greeted by 2 Fabulous ladies, Linda & Kathy that had extremely warm smiles! Linda had me sit in by her as she inspected my ring before cleaning. Im so Glad I went in, 2 prongs were broken off holding 1 of the stones. She said she could get it in for repair. Linda said it would take 1wk (7days), but it was more like 4day!! My ring came back beautifully fixed & cleaned. I almost didnt recognize it, its a good 70yrs old so it was Dirty! So shiney now! Kathy and I talked a bit when I picked the ring up. We told some stories & the 3 of us laughed about some of our life adventures. I HIGHLY Recommend The Jewelry Center for any jewelry needs!
