Do NOT buy any car from here, a lady I know purchased a car for $4,000 and she did not even make it home from the dealership before it messed up (she ended up on the side of the road) & they refuse to make it right or refund her money. This business is a joke and I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I knew that I scammed someone out of $4000.

Visited the lot five times, walked around and looked vehicles over. Not one salesman came out of the building.They must not be hungry.

Was purchasing a vehicle and had financing started Sullivan’s Ford sold this vehicle out from under me. The salesman I was dealing with should have had the courtesy to call me and let me know. Be very cautious when buying a vehicle from this store and if purchasing make sure vehicle is pulled so they don’t do this to you. I will NEVER deal with them again.

I use their quick service department for my truck and the people are always very courteous and professional. They are honest most importantly! The waiting area is always clean as well as the restrooms. They always have fresh coffee waiting for you. Any questions I have, they find the answers. I will be a loyal customer as long as they keep up the great job they have done for me the last 3 years!

They worked well with us in helping us to acguire a vehicle, when we needed one to replace our Expedition.A lady there, Ms Debbie, kept us up to date and actually told of a car that they had just taken in on a trade in.She was so kind and customer oriented. She made sure everythingmet inspection before she handed us the keys to test drive it.Since it was a trade in, it wasnt a Ford vehicle. It was a Chevolet Impala. When the detailing, which included shampooing the carpet, even taking the seats out...it was rainy and cold weather, which took longer to dry out .Once it finally dried and they moved itTo another location, an oil leak was discovered and the Sullivans Ford made arrangements for Stan King to transfer the car there to have the oil leak fixed, all at the expense their of Sullivan Ford Co. We were not charged any more than the amount that Ms Debbie, first quoted to my husband. This company is one ofIntegrity and excellent customer service. We were looking for an affordable car to replace our Expedition . My husband and I drove around looking for something that we could afford.Wes found this car that had just been traded in on another vehicle. We were desperate to find another vehicle, because ...with Dr. Appts and We needing his truck to go to the farm,Some 30 miles away.We would have taken it and detailed it ourself, but the Professional sales lady, Ms Debbie, insisted that they wanted it right, so as to not tarnishtheir reputation. We are now grateful, that we waited for it, as we were not disappointed...they took out the seatsAnd throughly shampooed the carpetAnd the upholstery...it looks brand new. When the car was moved, an oil leak was discovered. The Ford Company had the vehicle towed to the Chevrolet Company and had it repaired at their expense. Attention was given to every detail. All the employees at Sullivans Ford- LincolnWere super nice, professional, and very customer service oriented.
