I needed a 25 foot ethernet cord for a project. Ran down to Micro Center at noon only to find out that they’re closed. They didn’t know when they’re going to reopen. Called ICG, they were open, they had the cord in stock I was in and out of there within three minutes. Nice people I would recommend to friends and family.

I was introduced by a friend to this store to have my old mac air repaired. The service was fast. The price was cheaper than what I have to pay in the Apple Store. And I am satisfied with the results. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I bought a custom-built Windows PC from them several years ago. Just before the end of the warranty period ended, a complex part of the computer started mal-functioning, no fault of theirs. They spent many hours fixing it, thereby standing by their warranty even though it ate up a lot of their time. I really respected and appreciated that. I would readily buy from them again.

The jack for the power cable on my laptop broke. I took it to the repair center of the store where I originally bought my laptop and they said it could not be fixed. They basically said I would have to buy a new laptop.I am so glad I decided to take my laptop to ICG instead of believing what the experts at the store told me. The people at ICG did a great job on the repair and they were very nice. I highly recommend them!

WASTE OF TIME AND DISAPPOINTED!I came to this shop to have the feet of my MacBook Pro fixed after they detached from the laptop.I paid $40 to have the four of them replaced. They asked me to leave my MacBook for an entire day for a job that literally takes 10mins!!!After two weeks two of them got detached. I went back to the shop and Raymond tried to help me and asked me to leave my MacBook at the shop for another day, again. He fixed the problem but after one week they have been detached again!!!At this point I decided to give up with this shop and I ended up to do the whole job at home by myself!With only $7, on Amazon I purchased better items for replacement of the feet and I am super happy of the result! So far so good: after one month all the feet seem to behave really well!

Asked them to put a screen protector in my cell phone. It took them almost 20 minutes and in the end they said I had to pay $10 for the labor and $15 for a new protector because mine (which was the highest rated one on Amazon) was really bad.

Nice small shop with kind people. Had my laptops AC jack repaired and HDD replaced. He cloned my old HDD to the new one. Laptop is as new. Fair price for the amount of work and cheaper than elsewhere.
