Me Me did my box braids and her assistant helped..OMG I was very pleased with My hair,She let me come early therefore I was in and out.My Hair wasnt too tight and Looks So Darn Good...I will be back..Thanks So Much Me Me!!

Im giving a 4 star because they got me in on Mothers day. I would have gave 5 stars but I asked for red hair and got a fusha color and the hair they used for my microbraids napped up a few days later. Overall the braids are nice and neat its just the kind of hair they used dont seem to be suitable for microbraids

Meme is everything!!! Shes the real deal yall. Above and beyond. 100/10. You really do leave her salon with nothing but the BEST HAIR and SMILES. Came all the way from Wisconsin and she didnt disappoint. Her girls are fun too and know how to get hair done right for sure. Definitely stuck with this one 😊

I came here without any referral so I didnt know what to expect. I had problems finding the place but the lady owner had to come out and show me the entrance. I did box braids and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. My braids were extremely neat and I will definitely come back and refer my friends here.

Meme is very talented! Not only does she provide quality braiding, she is able to style the braids! She is not heavy handed. And she is very KIND!!! You will love her!!

She was fast but didnt use any products but grease on my natural hair..it got fussy really soon even with me tying it down at night but beside that and she does not wear a mask..

Very happy withmy braids. I got 10 cornrows for going to basic training for the military and they feel clean. She was very kind in asking if it was too tight. I know some braiders will rip my scalp off and dont even care, but MeMe is very gentle. Would suggest some basement clean up tho! I respect and get the hardships of small business but I I bet itd be really simple to get a nice fluffy carpet and sting lights or something to cover the rougher edges.

I got two feed-in braids LAST minute and she still did it for me! 10/10 recommend and she is very clean and professional.

Ive been looking for an excellent braider for YEARS; and finally found one!! MeMe is such a nice, professional, patient person. I dont mind that she does her business out of her home, shes a hard working mother of 5; doing the best to take care of her family. A few suggestions are, not to over book yourself, so people arent waiting too long; especially with the pandemic. Invest a little in your basement/salon; so its more inviting. Also, teach anyone u have assisting u with braids, on how its done right; so u can free yourself up. I prefer the owner only to do my hair. Other than that, she did an EXCELLENT job! Will be bringing my daughters soon. Great job!!

I remember feeling like I wanted to drive back home because the location was so hard to find, and is not done in a salon. I was so lost and needed assistance so I called. It disrupted my mind because I knew how important it was for me to have my hair appointment. Outside of this, I like the braids in the front. The work the sister did (half my head) she seemed careless and so my braids look old on half my head after 3-5 days, I prefer the owner to do my full head, she is the expert! Hair took 5 hours for two people, and I’m just glad I got my hair done. I recommend going if you feel comfortable with owner operating out of her basement with family in and out while you are being assisted. I respect black owned businesses and the talents and skills they have to offer. Owners who operate from home have to do what they have to do! Keep up the good work.

I recently got faux locs done in my hair and the hair style is done very good but the quality of the hair that was used is SUPER cheap and keeps getting stuck together in knots and a few of them have came undone far as the lady her self super sweet women and very nice I’m just not satisfied with my hair at all and feel like i wasted $300 for it to be already coming down in a few days and I’ve had this style before (With someone else ) and this wasn’t an issue it’s the kind of hair that was bought and used

I found this person and decided to try her because she was very close to me. When I got there the place was beyond filthy and smelled really bad. I went down to the basement where she was braiding and the condition was atrocious. I stay saying my hair will get done properly. She started my hair and by the way my natural hair is about 3 inches long. I wanted her to put a few cornrows on the side and twist the center. She started my hair and two twist in she allow her sister to continue with my hair while she braided another client hair. When the sister told me she was finished and I looked in the mirror I was so disappointed but I did not show it. My hair was sticking out all over the place and it twisted too big so I asked her to make the front smaller. She used Bobby pin to pin it down so could stay in place. Gezzz her face frowned up. sAnyways I went under the dryer and when I was finished I though she would put a little sheen or something my hair but to my surprised I got none. I asked her how much and she said $65. I was mostly surprised at price just to do my hair. I went home and redid my hair and one twist I got three and four out of it because it was dont so fat. I will not recommend her to anyone and I will no go back there. And her body oder was also killing me.

Meme was very perfessional & on time, also neat & fast ! I love my bob braids I gave it 4 stars because my head is sooooo tight 😩 not even sure how to sleep! But she does lovely work I’ll return, just got to make sure it’s not so tight next time.
