Horrible customer service - The Samsung phone I purchased from you in November no longer charges with the regular charging cable. It only charges using a high-speed charger. I went into the store this evening at approximately 5:00 PM. A male and female salespeople were present in the store. I explained my problem. The male salesperson was watching a risqué TV program on the widescreen TV in the store. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I would have to buy a new phone. He offered no suggestions and just walked away. I am willing to pay for the overpriced items in your store if I would get reliable professional service in return. The service was disgusting. The male salesperson was no help and was indifferent to my situation. I do not recommend the store under any circumstances! I rated the store a one star only because there were negative stars.

I came in just to price a phone and was impressed by the prices. I was helped by an employee named Andrew who explained everything in detail and helped me pick out a plan that was best for me. I ended up leaving with an IPhone 11 Pro Max and really I didn’t come in to buy right away. He was very knowledgeable and even helped me transfer all my stuff from my old from to my new one. I also got to keep my same number. Thumbs up Andrew and AT&T.

The one star is for customer service. Very poor, not effective and the employee looked like he was more worried about his phone than actually helping an AT&T customer with there phone... This AT&T customer is now a Verizon wireless customer. Anybody reading this please go to Verizon and stay far away from AT&T!!! Better deals, phone service and way better customer service.

Went in and bought a new IPhone 11 max pro, great phone. I am satisfied with my purchase, but I am also happy with the person that helped me at the AT&T store. Highly recommend going to this store that Juan guy is amazing and will answer any and all your questions. Definitely going back to buy my wife a new phone from Juan.

The address of store is misleading! It should more accurately be Bass Lake Rd! There was supposed to be curbside service...but no one answered the phone...and there werent any customers in the store...why not answering? I had to go into the store...where the rep wasnt using a mask or mindful of his hands to his face... I wasnt pleased to say the least!

The best shop I have been to. Very helpful, did not get pushy for me to purchase (but I did) store very organized easy to find things. Gave a few pointers,on how to save my battery from getting hot.Great Customer service. She fixed my problem and found a few others on her own.

Tell me why your sign says on Sunday you open from 12-5 but when I went to go inside the door was lock. If you guys are close on Sunday then change the sign for false information cause there were others waiting outside at 12:42 almost an hour from opening. That’s how you waste everyone’s time and since I called the store number and no one pick up it was probably closed so change your hours sign
