I visit this store often and the entire staff including the pharmacy are always friendly and helpful

Pharmacy is very informative, kind, caring, and considerate. The main store staff are also as excellent.

Everytime I need a prescription picked up and Ive gotten alerts that my prescription is ready for pick up it still takes them 5+ minutes to process my ONE order! Also have waited behind cars for 15+ minutes. If that customers order is NOT READY FOR PICK UP make them pull around and go inside until its ready! Making everyone wait is completely outrageous!!!

This location has been the single most difficult aspects of making a relocation during a pandemic harder. They do not follow the state guidelines regarding id’s and the pharmacist has lied multiple times regarding a non-narcotic medication. I am actively taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy tech found it necessary to make rude comments about “state insurance.” You would think with the current climate of our city they would be treating people with more kindness. Disgusting classist behavior that should not be tolerated.

This place looks so depressing. The cashier and pharmacist looks depressed and bored out of their minds. Other than that, its alright.

At the drive thru the atendent was very friendly and helpful.

If you don’t want to wait an unreasonable amount of time, find a different pharmacy! I tried calling to get a Rx refilled and sat on hold for over 20 minutes. I then went in and the pharmacist was super rude. Now I have to wait 45 minutes to get this picked up. I’m going elsewhere next time.

I wouldn’t believe the negative reviews on here. I just got my flu shot today at this CVS and everyone including the front cashier was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean store but even though I have a prescription, Im treated like a junkie for picking up needles and syringes for my medicine.

The worst experience ever at this location! trying to refill prescription here since 8/15/19 but have not yet got my medication, I called the pharmacy on 8/16/19 to see if ready for pick up, they said they didnt not receive order from doctor, and told me to call the doctors office,I called doctor s office they said refill have been sent if pharmacy did not receive someone from the pharmacy need to contact doctors office directly. I called back to the pharmacy to ask if someone can call check on it, they told me they will give it call..that was 2 days ago. Today is 8/21 I called the pharmacy and pharmacist told me they dont have the order, been given the run around for a week waiting for my medicine still without it, very frustrated. Any suggestions?

Ive used this CVS for years flawlessly.The last 2 times Ive had a prescription to be filled here they completely dropped the ball.The first time I had a basic inhaler refill scheduled and confirmed for pick up. I showed up over 24 hours after confirmation was received and was told, after standing in line for 20 minutes, that my prescription was not ready. They offered me to wait while it was filled, but I decided to leave. Three hours later I received a text confirmation that it was actually filled. Glad I did not wait for that.Next story, which prompted me to write this review. I had 5 prescriptions sent to be filled for an upcoming trip. I received a text from CVS stating all was ready for pick up. After I returned home I reviewed the order and noticed they only filled 4/5 prescriptions. Unfortunately, they missed the most important one that I needed to take in the morning. After calling they confirmed they received the prescription but have no idea why it wasnt filled. They had to call me back while they figured out why the fill had not been completed. After a 15 minute wait the pharmacy tech called back letting me know I could drive back and get it.One mistake I can understand. Two times in a row is negligence. I feel like I need to double check they gave me the right amount of pills after 2 unsuccessful fills in a row.

Excellent Customer Service, the cashier that helped me check out was very friendly, and polite! The store was also very organized. I will definitely be returning!

Their restrooms are LOCKED and a sign No public restroom is now on the store entrance and right on the restroom doors. Not sure what happened for them to lock it now but i took my business else where now. Been coming here for last 10 yrs.

If you decide to take a call and its near closing please refrain from telling your customer your closing now while in the middle of a call! Very unprofessional!! The question asked was simply: what prescriptions were filled as I was late and wasnt sure if a prior fill had been returned or not. Im sure not uncommon!
