It was my first time visiting Xfinity and it was an amazing experience since Sharay Young taking care of me and my family connected phone with this company. She was so patience and pretty calm. She did make a phone call and had been holding for so long but she did great. Appreciate that and will love to go there again. β€
Same terrible customer service Iβve come to expect from Comcast. 10 people waiting, 2 people working. They sent me a new free upgraded modem. All I had to do is drop off the old one. You used to be able to just put it in a drop box and leave. Now you have to wait a few hours just for them to scan a few bar codes and tell you itβs good. South Park had it right. Do absolutely everything you can over the phone/online. It will still take forever, but at least youβre at home.
Charisma was as pleasant as her terrific name. Vary helpfull! Xfinitys phone reps could learn a thing or two from her.

Sharayah was very helpful and so was the manager - I came in needing a new phone and both helped me explore the options available in a thorough manner and helped me with uploading all of my data, etc to my new phone.

I came in to switch to xfinity mobile service and my phone appeared to be locked and Dakaar helped me with the whole process, which took some time. He helped me throughout the entire process. I went in at 10:30 on a Saturday. I expected it to be busy. The store was not busy, we were helped quickly and efficiently by a competent and kind staff member. She answered our questions with ease and when she wasnβt sure of the answer to one, she checked with her coworker, who was also efficient and courteous, and knew the answer. Well done!
I would recommend this store over the St. Louis Park location. Darnell was a great sales rep. He Helped me figure out what type of internet and tv service would be the best for My family and I. If you go to this store I would recommend you go to him.
We went to the Brooklyn Center store today at 4:45 to change our Verizon phones over to xfinity. Jerald Mccowan took care of us. Got my phone changed over. Still working on my wifes. Need to come back in tomorrow. Jerald was very patient and helpful. Tried to get her phone changed over but something on the Verizon side was wrong. He stayed after hours to try everything. They need a check in so can help people that comes in, in order.Employees told us we know who came in in order please have a seat. Because we were standing inline following the arrows .Then lady come in go straight to counter and they worker that told us to have a seat help her. I was already waiting 35 minutes already.. end up being hour.

Fantastic service! Staff are complete goofballs (in a good way). Theyre happy, friendly and eager to help. Anthony helped me when I went. He did not try to sell me anything I did not want, clearly explained all the fine print in simple and straightforward terms and helped me find the best deal possible. The building looks new and is well spaced. During this Covid-19 pandemic, everyone was wearing proper PPE and following social distancing guidelines. Great team!

This was the best customer service I have ever had. Steven, Yuly, Tish, Jerald and Quay were all helpful indifferent ways. Jerald and Quay helped me make a decision about moving my phone lines over and the other three helped me find a plan that would fit within my budget. They saved me $70 per month. Being over billed for a box I donβt have, canβt get thru to a human. Set up an appointment online and the address didnβt exist anymore on Shingle Creek, wasted time looking for a closed location listed online, couldnβt reach anyone for help.
I was cancelling my service and the staff was still friendly, if I ever go back to Xfinity Ill definitely choose this store.
