I chose Extra Space Storage cause it is brand new and close to my house. I search around and this was more reasonable and found out later that reserving a unit was even better. I had some issues and I told Erin about them she was very understanding and very helpful I really appreciate her help. Erin is a very good manager she’s got a great smile, very respectful, very patient, and very curious. The office area is nice and clean a warm and welcoming environment I met one of her employee’s there as well nice and respectful, the storage space is nice and clean, carts available when needed. I want to thank Erin and her staff for doing a wonderful job keep up the good work.

There are no problems if you need to change the unit, qualified personnel will always help, always very friendly and responsibly monitors the work of the store and its cleanliness. The toilets are clean, toilet paper and soap are always present. The location is excellent, convenient parking and a large garage for loading and unloading. Thank you so much. Nice and friendly staff very clean and affordable.

Everything was great for the first year and no complaints with my unit. After the storage units were robbed including mine and the kind of behavior that is allowed by some of the renters, I have lost my love for the place.

I have had no issues with Extra Space Storage. Customer Service representatives have all been very helpful. I like that you can drive into a bay and unload/load. All charges have been accurate and any changes that I have requested have been completed fast and efficiently.

Really s pretty decent place in my experience. Only complaint is the lack of carts, they have a tendency to disappear even when no one is there. And more often then not people hog the gate space making others wait long periods to get in. Otherwise, I have had great customer service and thats always nice because its lacking so much everywhere else.

So far so good! I had the pleasure of speaking with Arin who was really helpful and got me all set up! Looking to forward to storing my stuff into this space. Great customer service!

Great company! This storage facility is brand new, secure, well-maintained, and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Online rental was super fast and easy, and the rates here are very reasonable for their sizes. Bill is also very friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with their site, he kindly sent me an email informing me of my payment status, and after calling him, he helped me set up auto-payment. No staff has ever reached out to me and helped me like this before. Definitely recommend!

Extra Space Storage is the BEST storage place I’ve ever rented from.. The building is always clean, welcoming, well lit and maintained.. I especially like the drive-in bays that makes it even easier to move my items in and out of my locker.. They have made my upgrade to a bigger storage very smooth and easy.. Excellent customer service from Bill whom is onsite.. He’s always in a pleasant mood and willing to accommodate any need of mine and if he couldn’t he would figure something out.. What a good experience today while getting a storage unit for my company today . I was running way late and didnt even think I be able to get a unit until the next day sense they would soon be closed boy was I wrong. This is my 1st time, using a storage facility for my things. Ive been here, a little over 4 months, and after searching for a economically affordable storage unit, we rode past and seen this new big green building. Initially I thought, oh this place is going to be expensive. But after going in and speaking with the receptionist, and seeing the different units, we settled upon the space. Weve always, recieved a warm reception, when we come to the storage space, from the receptionist. They keep you in the loop, about changes and notifications via email. Theyve answered all of our questions and concerns. We have told others, about where they can feel safe, to house and store their items and have a peace of mind, with doing so.

Great facility. Very Clean!

Poor management. Went to drop off a couple of things and was verbally accosted by three men who were under the impression that no one else was allowed in the bay until they were finished. They moved an empty car into the second bay to keep anyone else from coming in. One of the guys came up to my face and told me to wait my F- ing turn. When I went to get the manager she said it was okay for them to take over and told me to get out until they were done. The guys continued swearing and calling me names and then took off as I was calling the police. The manager kept on talking to me and telling me I shouldnt have been trying to move when someone else was moving. I know this is incorrect. I have shared this space and carts with other people hundreds of times with no trouble.

Erin was pleasant and answered all my questions. Place was clean and well taken care of.

Extra space storage in Brooklyn Center is so clean, so new and the staff are soo friendly! Go to guy name Bill! He is so helpful and kind. Helped me eye ball the perfect size unit for a two bedroom bath, even helped me figure out how to position my things in the unit. They make sure to contact you through phone and email regarding payment status and have the option of setting up autopay. Again so clean, garage opens and well lit, safe!

Clean facility. Friendly staff, especially Bill. Multiple big elevators. Garage stalls located inside building for loading and unloading during bad weather. Very happy with this place.

Bill did a great job at getting me set-up quickly over the phone. When I went in person to pick up the keys, he was very friendly and helped explain all the terms of the rental. He also gave me a good tour of the facility and where my unit was.

Arin was very helpful in finalizing my setup of my 10x20 unit for my brothers move the next day. She was also very personable and related kindly to my brothers condition when I told her he was in the VA hospital for Bi-Polar and PTSD. She took me up to the unit showed me around and let me know she would be there tomorrow if I needed anything just stop into the office. The facility was very clean and Bill also was very helpful when I mentioned possibility of storing my boat with them. ‼️ HONEST REVIEW ‼️Conveniently located in Brooklyn Center, Mn. The owner was nice too!! Gave me coffee when I hadn’t had any yet that morning lol. Pricing it fair. And the storage units are a nice size. I have the smallest unit available and I can fit several boxes and containers in there with room to spare. There could be more parking available as it does get busy sometimes and parking is sort of limited. Unless you park on the street. But who wants to park on the street leaving their car liable to being hit on the street and carry their stuff from the street to the building ?? Anyway, I recommend this place over Public Storage.

All around nice place. Reasonably priced storage units. Bill works hard to keep it clean and friendly. Wish the elevator doors were a little wider and they had more carts.

Bill was awesome, helped made the paperwork process very easy, i was able to get the storage within the day of reserving online that I requested. Walked in and key, lock and storage was ready to store stuff. Bill kept the facility very clean and made sure everyone had a smooth flow on moving stuff into their storage. Use of electrical is against policy but straight from extraspace.com, Extra Space Storage offers several ways for businesses to operate from their locations. Certain locations do have electrical outlets in the storage units, so working out of them is possible, and storage units are often used to store inventory or parts and materials. ”Misleading information is always disappointing. Facility looks clean at least.

Every employee I came across was awesome and very helpful. The place is super clean. They have giant garage doors you can pull your car into to load and unload and it’s heated everything is so easy which is super helpful in moving situations. There’s a big tall man with white hair 👨🏽‍🦳 who is super nice!! He gave my kids candy and he gave me a $10 credit for not busting down the bathroom doors, that are locked due to covid-19 (he let me use them in an emergency). He even helped me with the straps on my bed to my truck. I will probably come back just to say hi! 🍕🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve paid storage since July, due to covid-19 we was able to post pone payment, we was offered $200. Move out, I excepted the move-out made arrangements to move out on a weds and pay move out fee $200. Friday, after paying for truck And Movers to discover I have mold all over my major furniture and had to pay for them to move it off the truck to take pictures and put back on the truck to throw away I am just getting calls for me to pay my $200 and being told to just file a claim pretty much that is it.The store manager and the district manager said that they took a look but did not see a leak my things has been in storage throughout the winter if you can physically just look and see a leak a lot of people would not buy a home to later discovered they have a leak

Very helpful and explained everything very well even when the computer was down, we got me set up right away, the only issue is that during the morning and afternoon times its hard to maneuver with Moving trucks always loading and unloading and there are usually never any carts available due to that, over all a very clean facility.
